This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/2516 when I found my Medicare data files hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002.when Congress removed the RESTRAINER OF LAW over the cabal of international government contractors now in virtual control of the USA. As the voted for agency not to be able to spend one penny of their existing budget monies for internal audits of nor criminal investigations of a government contractors and this is from local to federal as federally ]funded local and state programs have relied on the federal government to do these and do not have the budget nor wherewithal to come up against them. even California is unable to get Lynn Blodgett off the Medicaid program there after 150 million dollar fine they must let him keep the contract until 2019.
The Medical community is finally waking up to the horrors of what has been going on as they 'WENT ALONG TO GET ALONG " ALL THESE YEARS AND NOW THEY ARE FINING OUT THEY HAVE LOST THEIR SMALL BUSINESS INDEPENDENCE AS THEY ARE FORCED TO BE EXTORTED BY THIS CABAL FROM EVERY CONFLICTING END AS THEY END UP BEING FORCED BY THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT TO COMMIT Medicare fraud in order to get any kind of pay...
Even thought there is a legal way for Medicare to pay as a conditional payment , we have not have the systems designed for 15 years that the taxpayer has paid for and primary payers have made illegal deals with the cabal to hack the system an make Medicare primary .. and since 10/6/16 they pay big money for a bogus illegal off line system on more than must those with primary payers and workers comp and not only get a screen of info without the workers comp ion it. but by going off line and having no security on the system merged into a cyber cloud.. we have an exposure against patient and medical community of massive thefts of one claims being turned into multiples and the whole thefts being overpayment liabilities against the patients and their heirs and fines and penalties that can be assessed against the medical community even THOUGH THE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS ARE BEING DIVERTED AFTER RECEIVED AT THE BANK UNDER THE CABAL OF THE THIEVES OF THE SUB CONTRACT OF THE CMS CONTRACT OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO BE RECOVERING AND COORDINATING TO PREVENT SUCH THEFTS IN THE FIRST PLACE AND GET THE MONIES BACK FROM THOSE WHO WILL NOT PAY.. WHICH THE SYSTEM IS NOW UNDER THE CONTROLLING OWNERSHIP OF.
Inside reports are a billion dollars a day spike in outflow of monies BUT CONGRESS WILL NOT LET ANY AUDITS OR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS BE DONE.. and even though 1-800 Medicare (General Dynamics) which has the system that shows all what is going on and required to report the fraud and security breach with hard copies directly to CMS by contract they are being FORBIDDEN TO REPORT AND ITS BEEN HORRIFIC FOR THE PATIENT TO TRY AND GET THEM TO DO SO ..
THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS UNABLE BY CONGRESS TO SAVE OUR PRECIOUS HEALTH CARE DOLLARS AND THE THIEVES ALSO SIGN THE CONTRACTS WITH THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY TO ACCEPT ASSIGNMENT AND CAN TAKE THE BANK ACCOUNTS OF THOSE WHOM THEY HAVE FRAMED FOR FRAUD AND STOLEN IN THEIR NAMES ALSO.. AND CAN BANKRUPT THEM BY TAKING THE MONEY BACK
This is forcing many of them to become employer of a few national corporations all under the virtual control of this same cabal and head as named by high level officials who have no access to the records of their agencies unless this cabal wishes them to have them remand in my case not even the orders from 38 federal agency judges including 3 Medicare judges who ruled and verified from my employer that Medicare has never been primary for me and in turn for those on my federal Blues Cross Blues shield which my personal office at the US Department of Labor posts bi weekly to the Medicare system under the total control of sub contractor of CMS.. and hacked for 15 years already ..but NONE HAVE SEEN ANY ONE WITH AN OPEN WORKERS COMP BEING SENT TO THEM FOR THE BIG MONEY THEY ARE FORCED TO PAY TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM WHICH THEY CANNOT NOT USE TO LEGALLY BILL
AND THE LOCAL REGIONAL OFFICES OF CMS WILL NOT GIVE ANY A WAVIER TO DO A PAPER CLAIM WHICH IS ILLEGAL AS THERE IS NO SYSTEM THAT CAN TAKE A LEGAL FILING AS ITS RIGGED NOT TO DO SO SINCE 1/06 AS THEY USE THE DATE ONE GETS PART A MEDICARE AS THE DATE OF INJURY WHICH WOULD BE A RARE COINCIDENCE.
The medical community is being told by their billing and management services of this cabal that has virtual control of them.. TO NOT EVEN PASS ON THE INSURANCE INFO FROM THE PATIENTS.. AS THEY DO NOT WISH TO KNOW ITS SO BAD AND FOR THEM TO KNOW MAKES THEM LIABLE RIGHT AWAY.. AND THEY ARE UNDER THE VIRTUAL CONORL OF THE THIEVES.
While all kinds of faith leaders are preaching and teaching about end times and all understanding the terms and looking for anti Christ's when many are not even Christian followers... WHAT HAS OCCURRED WHILE NO ONE WAS LOOKING WAS WHAT IS DESCRIBED IN THEE BOOK OD REVELATION OF A BEAST SYSTEM THAT HAS GAINED POWER FROM NATION TO NATION AND NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF ANY GOVERNMENT AT LEAST IN THE USA since 2002 when a budget bill was altered to pass the REMOVAL OF THE RESTRAINER OF LAW. FROM THE NATION.
WikiLeaks has revealed and more and more the teal government no longer worked for the security of the nation or protection of the people. and snooping contracts on all of us.. is not the worse of it.. unless its being able to black mail or embarrass a sitting elected official or real government employee. JUST LIVE YOUR LIFE AS IF YOU ARE IN AN ON-GOING REALITY SHOW.. AS ALL REALLY ARE TODAY.. just most of us are not getting big TV bucks and being watched prime time..
A LOVED ONE NOW HAS AN OBSTRUCTION FOR MEDICAL CARE OF A HEALTH ISSUE THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE VERY SERIOUS .. and its happening all over the country and millions have died in all kinds of ways that even Congressional studies point right back to this cabal and head as named for thee USA. and is in other nations acting also now.. This blog was started to try and track who was gaining such control that even judges orders were ignored. as the main reason I and mines are in this horrible struggle for life and livelihood in the first place.
Even though I am approved for lie by three health plans for home liquid oxygen and its the reason I have the permanent medical at FECA for 23 years under an obscure 1988 labor law that also makes it 100% coverage for all bills.
NO SUPPLIER WILL TAKE AN INJURED WORKERS AS LYNN BLODGETT NOW HAS CONTROL OF ALL WORKERS COMP IN USA OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS AS CONTRACTOR WITH THE INSURERS. WHICH HE NOW HAS CONTROL OVER.. and Medicare is now paying the bills they are to pay and all getting overpaid.... AND CONGRESS WILL NOT ALLOW THEIR SELF-IMPOSED UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER BE BROKEN TO MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE HIM OR HIS TESTIFY AT ALL SHIRKING THEIR OATH OF OFFICE AND CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE. to uphold the US Constitutional mandate. of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation.." as his international security force is doing what??? where were they at Benghazi ,Hillary ?? and Congressman Troy Gowdy did not have him testify either did he??? as Hillary Clinton covered up and went along with the over throw of the USA.
No wonder members of Congress are not having town halls.. IF THOSE WHOM WE ELECT TO REPRESENT US WOULD SPEAK UP FOR US AND BE OUR REPRESENTATIVES. THEY WOULD BE POPULAR AGAIN AND WE NEED TO SUPPORT THOSE AMONG THEN OF EITHER PARTY OR NONE WHO WILL DO SO ... and not be influenced by the gossip and rumor if they are doing the jobs we sent them to do ..at any level of our government.. 95% voting for 10 years and my prayer is we would vote in heaven on earth ..
and as a Christian when Christ returns it will be a celebration of our accomplishment and HIM not having to return to save us from ourselves. .
IN the USA we are the ultimate power as the people and voters and we need to take our responsibility to govern and support those who will stand up for us. and say "you're fired!" to those who will not... And vote as even the rich man still only has one vote and those few times voting irregularities occur, its said that its much harder to do when 95% or better are voting.. and that takes account of those who do not for reasons of faith and hospital emergency...
Members of Congress tell the truth and we, the people will salute you.. and you will find its good to be able to help a constituent with their issues with programs as you will be able to even contact the ones who have the files and data. as you have gagged yourselves to not do so now and cannot verify any data or files unless you contact the contractor in virtually all cases. DON;T YOU KNOW WHY THE PEOPLE ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOU AND YOU GET FRUSTRATED AT US AND ONE EVEN TOOK THAT OUT ON A REPORTER YESTERDAY... AND NOW ARRESTED FOR IT. .AS HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OR HE WOULD HAVE NOT HAD THAT KIND OF EMOTIONAL RESPONSE. IN THE FIRST PLACE is my opinion without knowing any direct facts as its the common issue right now.. and not one member of CONGRESS HAS BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 ND THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULES AS ISSUES ARE WITH THOSE WHO HAVE MY FILES AND ARE TO DO THE INITIAL PROCESSING AND OBEY THE JUDGES. AND NONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS THEM AND NONE WILLING TO SPEAK OUT.. AS THEY ARE UNDER HEADS OF THE 'DEEP STATE; THAT KNOW AND GOING ALONG and no one knows what is going on but its getting so bad that all are beginning to want to know why their own lives and livelihoods are being so badly affected.

On my own social security number I have the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M.T.TA. AND FROM THE DOZENS OF POSSIBLES AS A SPOUSE I HAVE : B,B2.B6.D.D4.D6.E,E1,TB.TD.TE.W.W6 1-800 Medicare can send you a temporary entitlement letter to prove that the MEDICARE SYSTEM HAS BREACHED THE SECURITY ON YOU AND THEN ITS UP TO YOU WHAT TO DO AS THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT TO HELP STOP IT BY ACT OF CONGRESS.. until they act to restore the rule of law to the nation over its contractors. I do file with the OIG for HHS , SSA, DOL. but to no avail and their hearing 3 moths ago has not gotten the law changed yet. and the chair of government reform who held the hearing is now resigning form Congress... another resignations over the years o any party or none and through 4 presidents now. by any one who has taken any actions their or in the real government to help and resigned and never spoke out .. I do not know what he is leaving.. but its a pattern.. ??

Phone lines still blocked to my home.. for blowing the whistle a few years ago . . but thanks to those who are still doing their jobs for the nation and people and got through twice.
call 1. came in on the phone menu with one of the 16 phony numbers and it verified me as active with that number and a claim paid on it as a multiple but when I got to the agent... I WAS REFUSED THE INFO ON MY OWN RECORDS.. the answer today is to tell me about the attempt by Lynn Blodgett to alter records and got high level officials to obey his vernal words and believed him and other records went missing with work yet to be done as several agency judges had ordered the work done on my files and things paid and affirmed the benefits I already had and medical at FECA does not end until I leave this earthly plane of existence. and the promise of never needing health care again.
HE OUTED HIMSELF A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN SEVERAL JUDGES IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES DEFIED THEIR ORDERS AS HE WOULD NOT GIVE THEM THEIR OFFICIAL DIGITIZED COPIES TO ACT ON. AND WENT FROM AGENCY TO AGENCY HEADS LYING AND SAYING I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED AND THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO ON LY CASES.. WHEN THE JUDGES SAID OTHERWISE. AS A LOT TO DO AND MUCH TO BE PAID. INCLUDING THE ON GOING MEDICAL AND OXYGEN WHICH HE HAS NOT ALLOWED ONE CLAIMS TO BE PROCESSED IN 16 YEARS NOW.. AT FECA AND DOING THE SAME ALL OVER THE COUNTRY FOR ALL. INJURED WORKERS AND BLOCKING THEM GETTING A SUPPLER.. NONE HAVE THE RIGHT TO A TIMELY PROCESSED CLAIM AS NO GOVERNMENT TO MAKE HIM

MY family and friends just took a 200 lb to the gas company today that still fills for medical oxygen for patients and got it filled so I can live another 10 days.. and that is how I stay alive when the head of the cabal has ordered "let her die" and not to process an oxygen claims and even Fed Blues is now stopping paying partial for three years as his managers found out there .. etc. and they are the ones who call and have BCRC hack for years now.. and their verbal response is to say OPM said when its his company over there he is the info giver to that is just repeating his cabal orders all around from the same source. AND MEDICARE WILL NOT PAY IF THERE IS NO SUPPLIER.
Having health insurance does no good if the head of the cabal in virtually control will not allow treatment to even stay alive. A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL IN CHARGE WOULD HAVE TO OBEY THEIR JUDGES AND APPEALS AND PROCESS CLAIMS AS PART OF THEIR ROUTINE DUTIES AND ILLEGAL TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST WHOSE BILLS THEY WERE.
CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES AFRAID OF THE CABAL TO FILE REQUIRED FRAUD REPORT AND NO WHISTLE BLOWER PROTECTION FROM THE CABAL IN CHARGE OF THE INTAKE FOR THE RE1UEST FOR HELP ..
So I get worse and worse resistance to help as the one who should be free to do their job , is put in jeopardy by the cabal in charge for doing it. as one above a supervisor did not deny that they are one of Lynn Blodgett's management companies now running General Dynamics as hey are in most defense contractors now and gotten the contracts to run the domestic programs with no oversight of what is going on.
So this agent tells me about the attempt that he took and ordered to BCRC corporate a few years ago and gave my social security number as the ID number which FECA has never used as they have never been able to hack the FECA after the bi weekly employer post.. .although its been tried . and he gave a made up date. to all.. and its id not work although the info is in the history of the system of the attempt.. The agent would not deny that the real BLUES and FECA were on there as primary but deleted from the bogus off line screen sold to the medical community is NOT TO KNOW OF THE TWO PRIMARIES ON ME AND BLUES PRIMARY FOR THE ONES ON IT WITH A MEDICARE CARD.. THIS HAS THE CYBER CLOUD IN A MELTDOWN TRYING TO CONSTANTLY CORRECT ITSELF AND CANNOT by the hackers.. so I have three primary payers. with Medicare primary and secondary and one of now 27 variation of a fake blues on there to block any insurer getting 17 requests for co pays? seems to be the only reason to do that as they used to just deleted or hidden on the former system soon after the bi weekly post. but not can't as the security from the federal is too secure ??
$1500+ a month is paid by the taxpayers for us to have that policy as a federal employer and you are being deleted and getting nothing for your taxes paid directly or indirectly as all pay.. one way or another. And I pay the other 1/4TH. The only good is that it gives us the flexibility to cross state lines and find health care even if it hundreds of miles to drive to get it.. as I have had to do over the last 15 years and being a medical precedent case for toxic and chemical injuries in the USA. not always that easy before.. Some more conservative studies a medical precedent for 11 million now affected and discriminated against by the AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.
I got hung up on with no more info than verified that the claim was paid on a phony number. also. and system still hacked and sold to the medical community to maker sure they do not stop the billions dollar a day theft of Medicare as a paper claims would stop that and would be no liability against them or us if labeled as a conditional payment WHY DON'T WE HAVE THE SYSTEM WE THE TAXPAYERS HAVE PAID FOR??? CONGRESS? and the medical community extorted to pay again and again for access to a fraudulent bogus mess ??

I did call and leave a message with the Dallas regional office of the regional commissioner who never in Dallas call me back and begged for them to do the waivers for the medical billing people so they can file my claims legally and obey their own judges. as I SAID THEIR OFFICE THAT DEALS WITH THE PROVIDERS IS BASICALLY ORDERING THEM TO COMMIT MEDICARE FRAUD IF THEY WISH TO GET ANY KIND OF PAY. " THE DEEP STATE" IS ENTRENCHED BEYOND DC where the GATE TO DRAIN THE SWAMP HAS BEEN LOCKED BY CONGRESS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.

Pray for our elected leaders to be guided by this faith of knowing this and for President Trump as he journeys over seas and comes home to a mess that his budget seems to still not have overcome.. AND CONGRESS NEEDS TO DO ITS JOB FOR US.. and the nation.. AMEN!
