EMC Said Planning to Sell Documentum Business Amid Dell Deal - Bloomberg ACS as Xerox 'shell' company since 1988? as some surmise.... bought into Hewlett Packard and Dell. After purchasing EDS , Ross Perot's company.... ITS A WEB OF MURKINESS WHO OWN WHO IN THE WORLD AND WHO IS CONTROL OF THE WORLD AT THE TOP AS ITS NOT AS SIMPLE TO KNOW as it was in the past when a few big bank owners controlled who could get money to do business...
And control of the world is not just government by private industry. and workers may not really know who is their boss anymore as it may not be the one represented by the sign on the building of a corporate or government contractor name which now is often just the impersonation of the govt.
I have actually spoken to some new hires at government contractors who THOUGHT THEY HAD GOTTEN A FEDERAL JOB and were just employees of a shell company of this international cabal which had control of some part of local, state or federal government.
So Dell and EMC want to merge and remember these are companies with stock holders. Dell is now private so the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE CANNOT SAY MUCH OF WHAT OCCURS .
Even if trust busting laws might be able to be applied.
SO WHAT IS OCCURRING HERE COULD WELL BE THE PART OF EMC THAT IS INVOLVED IN NON PRODUCT SERVICES is going to sell off that part to WHO?
Who might have he biggest influence whom to sell to and who might buy it when the same entity could be part of not only selling but buying????
The same international cabal that seems TOO BIG TO STOP TOTAL CONTROL OF THE WORLD? and all ready to go when the Trans Pacific Partnership goes into effect that seems to be the last part of a ONE WORLD NEW ORDER? That is not a government with rights of individuals and rights of nation states to be have their own sovereignty at all.
And what can the USA do or legally have the right to do in this? If even bigger conflicts of interest are created then e already have with shell companies of the same entity controlling all conflicting [arts of the whole. THE RIGHTS OF FAIRNESS AND JUSTICE AND NEEDED IMPARTIALITY FOR MATTERS OF APPEAL are just not going to be there unless Congress acts.
None have since 2002 when they defunded any civil or criminal over sight of government contractors and did little to pass guidelines to prevent one entity from taking total control of the whole government. Those giving out the contracts can't even do what I am able to do online and making a few phone calls to find out who is doing what and who owns who.
Even the SEC was defunded and still is to at least regulate what must be done so all can compete in a free and open market system. THIS IS NOT FREE MARKET AT ALL. ITS NOT CAPITALISM EITHER WITH FAIR AND OPEN COMPETITION. This cabal hires our own neighbors to work for it and few even understand who they work for. And most think they are helping society and some of the work they do does until its learned that what they are to do is not legal or ethical and they are caught in the maze with mortgages, car payments and kids in college etc..
Its a few powerful allowed to get in and steal the assets and monies of a nation and create more skims and scams to gain more power and more wealth that often is from THE PEOPLE'S TAX DOLLARS AND NOT FROM THE WEALTH THEY EARN DOING BUSINESS IN A JUST AND FAIR WAY.
So when a candidate or elected official wishes o cut some budget for the poor and cut budgets for those things we all use like road, bridges, clean water and health care, WHY DON;THEY CUT THE WELFARE GOING TO THE ONES WHO HAVE UNFAIRLY AND ILLEGALLY GRABBED FROM THE TAX DOLLARS OF THE NATION. Often not even paying their fair percent of taxes, even at the rate everyone else does directly or indirectly. You think you do not pay taxes. next time you get your phone bills and most of us get more than one now, look at the federal taxes you pay monthly just on that and ours went up again recently, too.
Even those with their 'OBAMAPHONES' PAYS THE TAXES.....?
WARNING IS TO WATCH OUT AS THE POWERFUL MAY WELL GAIN MORE POWER AND WILL ANY GOVERNMENT ENTITY BE ABLE TO STOP THE OVER THROW OF THE WORLD INTO A SYSTEM THAT IS NEITHER FAIR OR JUST FOR THE REST OF THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD, A murky 'beast' of a system with tangled web of secrecy to know who is in charge of every phase of each ones earthly life.
I am not opposed to a fair and just free market system so I or any one else can go out and make a buck if what we have to offer is wanted by others. And the richest among us have to play by the rules and laws also to give each one a fair chance to earn a living if they choose to do so on their own and not work for someone else, who needs to be treated fairly so that work will exist, also.
If it were not for some of our news media covering the business world and sharing their info online as the main media focuses on the latest shenanigan of a politician or mover star or that Duchess Kate Middleton Windsor tried to play a sport in India wearing heels..... All very interesting. and hope they are having a good time.
But I would not have known of something that affects me very personally already with this cabal in defiance of 38 federal judges on my cases alone.in multiple agencies. if I did not get some online free news letters.. They CANNOT BE MADE TO OBEY JUDGES, LAWS OR EVEN THEIR CONTRACT TERMS ANYMORE.
As immunity from Congress was granted defacto in 2002 and that puts us in an OVERTHROWN NATION AND THAT ACT OF CONGRESS WAS DEFACTO TREASON TO DO THIS TO THE USA.in my humble opinion. None since have corrected it except Senator Sanders staff said he got some oversight in the VA bill. but that is not the rest of the government at all and a vet in Iowa cannot get approved care now at non VA site as its not under the VA to manage now..? So we gain one step forward and take several backward into their grasp....
The only thing we have we are in control of is our soul. And Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus , help me to not lost sight of the path of love, life justice and fairness for each one of us. May the ones in charge of this world find the better path so I and mine do not have to struggle for the basic rights of life and livelihood which should not be an issue at all by law. In the meantime, CEO Lynn Blodgett has his standing orders to all on me "let her die' and do not process any oxygen claims as they would be paid and the gig would be up and all of her bills will have to be paid" And all follow his 'godlike powers even when its immoral and illegal and approved for life for home liquid oxygen by all three health plans for what is Federal workers comp bill which his cabal took total control of in 2002 and now has he lives of ever injured worker in his control in the USA. and no one wants to know of the holocaust going on. in that area , either. right in the USA as no one in the government want to know and Congress has gagged itself not to bother a contractor ......
In other areas this would be 'conspiracy to commit murder' and arrests made a long time ago. But when a new god is followed by so many then one may have to wait for the REAL ONE ON A FINAL JUDGMENT DAY OUTSIDE OUR EARTHLY TIME AND SPACE AND IT WILL NOT BE A JAIL CELL ONE MIGHT FACE BUT LOSS OF ETERNAL LIFE IF ONE DOES NOT REPENT AND CHANGE THEIR WAYS AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND LEGAL. AND APPROVED ALREADY FOR LIFE. IN AN ACCEPTED , NON CONTROVERTED CLAIM .
I am alive as my family is hauling 200 lb liquid oxygen tanks to the gas company and paying for what is 100% approved for even by the appellate judge at Medicare before he could rule on other matters to get enforcement of the laws to make CEO LYNN Blodgett pay back Medicare. But since he is in control of all of every one's health care(government is not in charge of anything for years, they just act as if they are) and all three of my health plans, he has now blocked any of the other two processing anything for 2 year as I was getting about 60% back from Federal blues which a shell company manages also for OPM. As he orders hacking of systems and deletion of files which would be felonies to destroy official records, etc..
VOTE! AS THIS MAY BE OUR LAST CHANCE FOR THE PEOPLE TO SHOW THEY ARE STILL THE ULTIMATE BOSS UNDER OUR US CONSTITUTION. and keep on voting in all elections for a decade as we may have to say : 'YOU'RE FIRED" WHEN THEY ASK TO BE REELECTED. if they know we are gong to vote , maybe they will know WE ARE THE BOSS . and expect fairness and justice for each one and a government that oversees our money, assets and rights of each upheld.
