Of all that had gone on with Joseph and his brothers who acted in hate and jealousy, even after the help and caring shown after the reunion, they still feared he would want revenge after their father Jacob died.
And in the spirit of Love, as the Almighty shows us, he accepts the repentant sinner and offers salvation...The Almighty offers eternal salvation, but we can accept the repentance of the heart and forgiveness for wrongs done to one or each other.
CORRECTION: is somehow, got the Bible stories messed up and Joseph did honor his father and took his body home to bury with their ancestors....but Joseph had to wait 400 years for Moses to return his to his ancestors...
Then we have little info of the secular world and how some Pharoah came along who did not know Joseph and the family got enslaved for 400 years. Other ancient writings give us some clues, and that is where the Bible story, needs to agree with whatever else is around. But the important matter seems to be that in Egypt, things were good with Joseph in high power and influence...until the goodness ended with new leadership and we only know it had to be some other group that had gained power that was not favorable to Joseph and his descendants.. and then they did not return home where the Almighty had said they were to have human ownership of the land...as promised to Abraham and Isaac and then Jacob, renamed Isreal
The free will of humanity sends the Divine plan of eternal salvation for humanity into all kinds of detours but for me, it's not an unknown to the Almighty, as He knows what we will do before we even do it...and we seem to be on a learning journey of how to resist evil and overcome it for good, over 6000 years of good choices mixed with failing into the seductions of evil
In the name of Yahusha, save us what we do to ourselves by our own free will, You made us have and we sure do not use it well at times.
Prayers for continued healing and even if very cold and seems the best is to hibernate under warm covers, we at least have warmer weather expected tomorrow as others face some cold and ice.
Prayers for continued healing for self, and others in need now facing all kinds of harms and illnesses.
And may those with power over the way of health care, find their way to healing and health and turn from a very evil path we have let some get control and lead us into some real horrors of forgetting Your directive to heal the sick and feed the hungry or we end up in a hell on earth instead of heaven You taught us to pray for...
Lead us to know what each can do with the real evils we are dealing with and may all be led to do good instead of what some are doing that is evil and harming to one and all of us....In Your Holy Name, Yahusha, Amen!
Will close for today, and keep the faith and stay warm...and read an alert that our Oklahoma Gas and Electric is going to have a meeting about lowering costs, rather than having a raise so all can stay warm....and others are now finding some taxing costs in preparing their tax returns this year and some real hidden horrors seem to been passed in some recent laws in congress and who wrote some of this that seems to wreck many things not needed and some downright harming to all of us in the final result. Some of this 'free money sent out, seems to not be so 'tax-free.' So all the mind games of sending out even more to seniors, as if it was going to arrive this or that day, ended with nothing, but at least our group is not finding out what many got is now adding up to unpaid taxes, and even putting some in higher tax brackets...EVIL IS REAL....and congress is still passing laws, they do not read, or some not even trying to hide they are not in charge, and deception of some kind of real evil seems to be listened to for way too long..
How do we deal with the evils of this world, without keeping in contact with the Almighty and His return one day to deal with what we humans have yet to fully overcome...and too often let get the better of us..
