(only DOD conractors can be audted, investigted or prosecuted since law of 2002.. States can do this when their shared funding contract but most have little resources to do so... so these software companies are not owned by govts so?? we can neveer have a legit election until congress changes the law?? is this why house of reps will not do so since 2002?? those who give the contracts out and sign illegal deals still can be but this blog been waarning about this since stated 12/08 of the robbing of our public monies and rights and now its our votes?)Trump: FBI and DOJ 'Missing in Action' During Investigation of Alleged Voter Fraud
