(govt does not know much as all data and records under contractor control and all govt knows is what they tell them as 2002 law= no audits to know? so that is the real issue? remember Michael Horowitz had to take court order for e mails and get military to hack into FBI data base that is NOT IN CONTROL OFTHE GOVT AND CONTRACTORS DEFIED COURT ORDER....AND DOING IT FOR ALL OF US...NOW!!
