      This is about a serious matter that involves every one that allowed  this nation to get this bad, but needs all to help solve it..   Michael Horowitz of the US JUSTICE DEPT  CAN BETTER SHARE WHAT WORDING IS NEEDED TO PUT BACK  THE RIGHTS OF THE GOVERNMENT TO OVERSEE WHAT IS GOING ON AND STOP HORRENDOUS CRIMES ON GOING WHICH   HAS NOT  BEEN POSSIBLE SINCE 2002 BY ACT OF CONGRESS

     Attached is a copy of the Daily Recap linked about as well as he DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS .. Also , a redacted set of the 17 Medicate numbers active on me now to steal what is a believable  e billion dollars a day. with no way to stop it until Congress  votes to put back what got removed in  the E Governing budget bill of 2002.    Our medical community is framed for their bank accounts to be seized as it appears the money is received  at the banks and then diverted to ?? INDIA??  and the patients heirs inherit the overpayments . Most do not even know this has happened to them until they  find out for themselves.   And the same head of the cabal though other companies  WILL NOT LET ONE EASY WAIVER OF OVERPAYMENT  TO BE PROCESSED OVER AT SSA WHICH HAS ALSO BEEN HACKED.. 

    These 17 numbers are generated from the illegal offline ancient system being sold to the medical comment and all over who need access  at the Medicare  sub contractors. Its  not cross checked with SSA, but no one knows what is really going on hidden as SSA OFFICIALS HAVE BEEN DENIED ACCESS TO AUDIT AND WROTE TO CONGRESS 4 YEARS AGO  and no action by Congress taken

   My records have been hacked .as appeals drop off the system and remand orders also  never allowed to be carried out.. . 

        Our own congressional delegation has the unredacted set with our privacy releases but like most, is not able to help their constituents as  THE ISSUES ARE WITH THE CONTRACTORS DOING ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL  ACTS AND  THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE FORBIDS  YOU KNOWING AND IS HOW THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE FOR ONLY A FEW IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND CONGRESS TO KNOW AND MISLEAD OTHERS SINCE 2002 AND MANY ARE NOT EVEN THERE NOW.  WHO VOTED FOR THE OVERTHROW OF THE USA WITH NO WARNING OF  A MAJOR CHANGE HAD OCCURRED IN THE BILL THAT WAS NOT AN EARMARK TO SPEND MONEY BUT TO TAKE AWAY THE OVERSIGHT OF GOVERNMENT FROM THOSE WHO SOON TOOK OVER RUNNING ALL OF IT FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL LEVELS..  As I understood this when Michael Horowitz called me in 2014.    

    Please do what you can for your self and others .. as its a nationwide problems   and not Justin health care either   as we do not need monies for roads, and infrastructure etc. skimmed and scammed as our health care dollars have been and still are going on  now..
