NO ONE IS ABLE TO STOP IT AS CONGRESS VOTED IN THE COUP OF 2002 THAT EXISTING BUDGET OF A NON DOD CONTRACTORS CANNOT BE SPENT FOR INTERNAL AUDITS NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS
And virtually the whole nation from local to federal is now under this international cabal of interlocked maze swamp of corruption that has been hacking and scamming and stealing since 2002 when the act became law. And few who voted knew what they had voted on as the bill was altered soon before it was voted on in an earmark that took away something when most members were adding things to be done
Few in the real government has known of this as the attempts to get horrendous crimes stopped and efforts were blocked by this very few of the DEEP STATE.. not even former CMS Directors over Medicare and Medicaid were aware until evidence we had collected leaked on their desks.. AND THEY RESIGNED AND RARELY SAID ANYTHING,, but the former one Marilyn Travennor did officially tell the states THEY WERE ON THEIR OWN. as the feds could not do the audits or investigations for the federally funded programs run by the cabal. under the named Head by the few I finally got to who admitted in writing and verbally they have to take their orders from Lynn Blodgett.(who his boss is not documented yet and needs a grand jury?) . who not only holds even 38 federal agency judges orders hostage from the real agency employees to be able to obey and even if illegal orders are allowed to go on to not act to uphold the laws and rights of all. States have spent time and money with minimal success with out the full force of the feds. they had relied onto protect the federal monies are spent as the laws intended.
MOST OF CONGRESS STILL DOES NOT KNOW AS AN UNCONSTITUTIONALLY GAG ORDER RULE GOT VOTED IN AS IF IT WAS 'a courtesy; to not know or stop real criminal activities that has caused massive harms of loss of life, rights and livelihoods. And has resulted in massive addictions with money for the causes of pain not spent for the underlying treatments etc. which the micromanaged care of this cabal was withheld as prescriptions for opioid began to be given out with NO DIAGNOSTIC TESTING DONE AS THE CABAL WAS IN A SCAM ON M AND OTHERS FOR THE MONIES USED FOR THE SHUFFLING OF DATA THIS CABAL GETS MORE CONTRACTS FOR . Some conspiracy theorists on line might call this A SOCIALLY ENGINEERED EPIDEMIC OF THE CABAL.. and I began to expose it by saying I will not even leave with the prescriptions 10 times as the wrath against me got worse and worse and real defaming which real malpractice was gong on as soon came to light over the nest few weeks and months of treatments and surgeries etc. AND HAD TO GO HUNDREDS OF MILES TO GET TO DOCTORS WELL RESPECTED IN THEIR FIELDS WHO RAN THE RIGHT TESTS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BACK THEN THE FIRST NIGHT.. and antibiotics started as its a miracle I did not lose eyesight in one eye and much worse.. than that.my life. THAT IS WHAT HACKING OF ONES HEALTH INSURANCE AND RECORDS ON THE UNSECURED SYSTEMS CAUSES THAT ARE TO BE KEPT PROTECTED BY THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND CONGRESS ALLOWED THE OVERTHROW.. There own 2007 studies show my situation is a deadly one, but never put this data base under any kind of HIPPAA law at all as government contractors have never been under it. since our most private records were give to a for profit company unprotected in 1999.
WHY DID THE CABAL INSIST I TAKE AN OPIOD??
(This did not happen on its own as I ran into in 2/07 and the whole cabal turned on me worse than ever and I did not say or do anything to cause this but my husband calmly said he was taking me to another hospital when it became clear that NO ONE WAS GOING TO EVEN LOOK AT THE MEDICAL ISSUE AND NO ONE HAD EVEN LISTENED TO MY HEART AND LUNGS WHICH ALWAYS IS CONCERN/ FOR ME..
I later learned this came straight from the head of the cabal to block care. DEATH PANELS ARE REAL AND WE FEDS ALWAYS GOT HIT FIRST AS WE HAVE ONLY FEDS TO TURN TO AND THEY HAD BEEEN FORBIDDEN BY CONGRESS TO SAVE EVEN A LIFE.
THE FIX WAS IN TO DISTRACT ONE FAMILY AFTER ANOTHE WITH AN OPIOID EPIDEMIC AND THAT IS A DISTRCATION TO CONTINUE THE OVERTHROW AND ROBBING OF THE USA IS THE ON GOING LONG TERM BEHAVIOR OF THIS BUNCH..
I WAS BLSSED TO HAVE HAD SOME OF THE TOP DOCTORS IN THE NATION FOR EARLY CARE BACK TO 1/10/89 (go to DAILY RECAP 9/11/16 AND LEARN OF A CAUSE OF 9/11/01).
AND ONE DOES NOT GIVE TYLENOL INCLUDED WHEN HEALING IS NEEDED AND THEY KNOW THAT YEARS BEFOE IT WAS TREATMENT STANDARDS.. BUT WHT IS GOING ON OW HAS LITLE TO DO WITH WHAT DOCTORS SAY SHOULD BE DONE.
. and this is the evils I have been documenting that now controls the whole nation and that is the war.. WE ARE IN OF AN OVERTHROWN AND OCCUPIED SO SILENT ITS SINISTER.. .... and that causes even more consternation.. for REFUSING TO LEAVE WITH A PRESCRIPTION FOR OXYCONTIN AND OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS OF REAL STRUGGLE TO GET Diagnosed AND Treated WITH AN INFECTION THAT HAD GONE TO and caused swelling that pressed on THE OPTIC NERVE BEYOND THE SINUSES .. I KEPT REFUSING TO ACCEPT THE PRESCRIPTION AS MANY OF MY FORMER DOCTORS HAD SAID DO NOT TAKE A PAIN KILLER UNTIL DIAGNOSIS BEING A HEART AND LUNG PATIENT.
I became a threat to this cabal for obeying good medical treatment standards as ordered by many good doctors I have had over the years.. and what I needed was an antibiotic. and when got it the pain began to sub side . THERE IS EVIL OUT THERE THAT HAS CAUSED THE CHAOS AND HORRORS WE ARE LIVING WITH AND ONE HAS TO BE ABLE TO FACE THE TRUTH THAT WE GOT OVERTHROWN BACK IN 2002 AND THIS CABAL DOES NOT CARE AND ITS NOT AN ETHICAL CABAL... AND THE ADDICTING EPIDEMIC IS NOT GOING TO END UNTIL THE UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS OF PAIN IS TREATED OR AT LEAST DIAGNOSED FOR MANAGEMENT. and that mans health care back under the medical community who gives the orders not takes illegal ones under duress by the ones who hold them hostage as they really are. and ALL BEING TREATED EQUALLY BEFORE THE LAW AND RIGHTS .. this cabal is not under the laws and has disregarded any goodness of trying to serve medical needs
CRIME IN THE STREETS IS ALSO A RESULT OF THIS CABAL
and our own history , even in congressional hearings of he past explain truths that still exist.. its not all illegal gang lords. but they also prey on the same ones from other nations who end up here..
Some of the more vulnerable without mental health services as those got cut off as mandated by the US SUPREME COURT TO EXIST in 1985.. when it was ruled that long term institutionalization was not needed BECAUSE THESE EXISTED and then the cabal gradually got the monies scammed from these and we have to get more police as the monies for the cures was removed along with the constructional oversight of our nation by its real govt that is of, by and for the peolle which a for profit international cabal is not.
And this goes on and on of the human rights tragedy that has been allowed to go on that over flows into all of society having to deal with . WE AR BEING ROBBED AND HARMED EVEN TO THE PINT OF DEATH AND WE ALLOW THOSE WE ELECTED TO VOTE TO NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT IT, LET ALONE PROTECT OUR RECORDS THAT ARE IN AN UNPROTECTED AN UNSECURE CONTRACTED OUT NATIONAL DATA BASE. THT a one cannot get a copy od and no way to correct errors or co mingling of other patients records etc.. NVER PUT UNDER THE HIPPAA LAW BACK IN 1999. when GROUP HEALTH INC OF NEW YORK GOT TO OWN OUR PERSONAL MEDICAL RECORDS AND DO AS THEY OLEASES WITH THEM AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE AT ALL. AS I FOUND OUT. CONGRESSS HAS KNOWN THIS NOW FOR A DECADE AND NO SIMPLE LAW TO PROTECT US AND OUR VERY LIVES. . (not The ones at ones doctors office.)AND THEN HAVE THEM TESTIFY TO CONGRESS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHY THEY ARE DOING WHAT THEY REALLY ARE DOING???
Everyone is in that now, not just those who have some kind of health care plan or insurance and it a potential DEATH PANEL FOR ANYONE..
Why would one vote to re elect one hat will not serve eh pole in the most basic of ways??
THE MOVEMENT IS UNDERWAY IN BOTH PARTIES FOR SOME NEW CANDIDATES FOR THE NEXT T ELECTION IN THE PRIMARIES AND ITS ABOUT TIME FOR THAT UNLESS THOSE IN OFFICE WILL WAKE UP AND KNOW WE ARE THE BOSS , NOT THIS CABAL. And those on both sides wanting to get rid of President Trump HE DOES NOT WRITE THE LAWS- YOU DO AND YOU in congress DECIDE WHAT MONIES CAN BE SPENT. not him. or any president. WE THE PEOPLE WANT TO HELP YOU HELP US AND THE NATION... AND WE NEED TO ALL BE ON THE SAME SIDE, EVEN IF WE DO NOT AGREE ON EVERY PART OF THE SOLUTIONS.
And these is some give and taking place in the movement on both sides of he mainstream movement on this and pray it continue so that we can have a Congress which WILL go back to our history and know we do better as a nation when all get together and come up with all the facts and data and listen to all the experts as well as those on the front lines of the problems and sometimes compromise... SO THAT NO ONE IS HARMED AMONG US.. BUT ALL ARE SERVED WITH WHAT IS NEEDED FOR GOVERNMENT TO DO THAT EMPOWER INDEPENDENCE NOT SUPPRESSES IT .. Its the 'extra mile' of help up front that leads to helping other help themselves. AND NOT BUDGET CUTS TO ALLOW THE CABAL SHUFFLE DATA AROUND FOR MORE CONTRACTS EITHER.
Medicaid for the poor was a sub standard violation of the 14th amendment to the US Constitution and was not part of the original future plan for health care for the future at all A COMPROMISE OF INSURERS AND GOVERNMENT STATE AND FEDERAL FOR THE POOR ;CALLED MEDICARE WAS AND WE GOT ON A PATH THAT HAS BEEN A HORROR STORY SINCE THEN..
And it was not every one to get Medicare as the future plan , but is was for those who did not have insurance otherwise like an employer plan. READ HISTORY OF THIS and few have dug it out that is also. CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS AND DEBATE OF THE TIME.. as it was discussed .
In 1965, The USA was already 50 years behind most of the industrialized world in the government seeing to it that all had health care. many states had a fairly good state and county system, and that should have been part of the whole in a step by step process for health care for all and was not when Medicaid became a sub standard program .
AND THE USA CAME UP WITH A UNIQUE COMPROMISE THAT WAS AN AMERICAN INVENTION.. but with strict oversight as INSURERS HAD A PROFIT MOTIVE IN PAYING CLAIMS AND HAVING A SECONDARY INSURANCE MARKET AND THAT HAD TO BE OVERSEEN TO MAKE SURE ABUSES AND OUT RIGHT CRIMES DID NOT HAPPEN as we now have.
With NO OVERSIGHT AND OUR INSURERS NOW BEING THOSE UNACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS THEMSELVES BEING MANAGED BY THIS CABAL THAT SHOUD NEVER HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO OCCUR UNDER OUR ANTI TRUST LAWS...
BUT WHAT WE HAVE NOW UNDER THIS CABAL STEALING AND SCAMMING AND MICROMANAGING WHO GETS CARE AND WHO DOES NOT BY DIAGNOSES, EVEN OMSE ALTRATIONS DONF ON THERE AS MAKING ALL LUNG PATIENTS COPD PATIENTS WITH HARMFUL OUTCOMES AS OUR MEDICATIONS ARE NOT ALWAYS THE SAME .. I saw this happen in about the same time in 2007-08 as the cabal took over control of state after state's medical schools / hospitals and state health departments.... NOT EQUAL JUSTICE FOR ALL ...... and our doctors have no place to turn either with NO GOVERNMENT IN CONTROL OF ANYTHING IN HEALTH CARE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
I SHARE WHAT I HAVE LIVED AS A PATINETS BUT ALSO AS ONE FROM INSIDE THE OT SINCE 1968 AND HAVE SEEN THE HISTORY UNFOLD FOR THE WORSE AS THE LESSONS OF THE PAST WERE FORGOTTEN OVER AND OVER Human temptation for some to do criminal things still exist.... and a society has to protect its monies and assets from those who would take advantage and use it for harm to all and not for good. and lawful purposes.
The states could come is with providing the secondary coverage for those who could not buy a second policy ... FOR THOSE NOT RETIRED THEN WE have to know that the insurers have not been paying their bills they were obligated to pay since the COUP OF 2002 AS THEY MADE ILLEGAL DEALS WITH THE CONTRACTOR OWERER TO HACK AND MAKE MEDICARE PRIMARY FOR ANY WITH A CARD . and most of approved medical for all workers omc p is now illegally dumped on to Medicare by the cabal now in total control of all workers comp in the USA ad having approval MEANS NOTHING AS THIS CABAL IS NOT UNDER THE LAWS OF THE LAND as 'THE RESTRAINER OF LAW WAS REMOVED BACK IN 2002. by our gagged CONGRESS and few have had the courage to speak out and why is that??
If the bills that got voted done to repeal and replace has been passed we would have been enslaved for another decade under this cabal ... GOT TO READ THE FINE PRINT IN ALL OF THIS..
THERE HAS BEEN NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH ARE OR NOT MUCH OF ANYTHING ELSE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.. AND FOR THOSE WHO WISH A FREE MARKET SYSTEM FOR ANYTHING THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE WHEN THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT TO REFEREE THAT A FEW BASIC RULES OF FAIRNESS ARE MET.
HISTORY IS NOT TAUGHT NOW AS TOO OFTEN THE WORD 'GOD' IS IN THERE THAT MOTIVATED THE MAKING OF HISTORY AND THAT IS A DUMBING DOWN OF SOCIETY ... One can study a subject that includes religious history without trying to convert one... It was done for years and as a child in the 50's we always respected those of other faiths. or none.. (better then some did other groups with a different skin color and the same faith) )and never asked one to salute the flag is their faith did not adhere to such.... THE IDEAL TAUGHT WAS TO RESPECT OTHERS BELIEFS AND NOW WE DO NOT EVEN KNOW HISTORY TO LEARN HOW TO AVOID THE HORRIBLE MISTAKED OF THE PAST.. WE LET A FEW WITH AN EVIL AGENDA DETOUR US OFF THE PATH OF GOOD AND INDEPENCEE AND LIBERTY FOR ALL.. AND WE HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT WE ARE DIVERSE AND EACH HAS RIGHTS AND WHERE THOSE BOUNDARIES ARE TO BE... AND DEPRIVING ONE OF THEIR RIGHTS IS NOT HAVING THEM .. AS LOSE SIGHT OF THE GREATEST EXPERIMENT IN HUMAN GOVERNING OF THE US CONSTITUTION THAT USES ALL THE MISTAKES OF THE PAST TO MAKE SURE WE NEVER GOT INTO ANY OF THOSE HORRRS OF THE PAST...
We forget that all have rights and some times we have to allow others to do their thing until we get our turn to do ours . I LEARNED MY FIRST HEBREW BY A SHARING IN A PUBLIC SCHOOL CLASSROOM BACK IN THE 1950's AND IT WAS NOT A CONVERSION ATTEMPT BUT LEARNING ABOUT EACH OTHER... WE LEARNED HOW TO DO THAT ALSO.. JUST PRESENT THE FACTS OR INFO .. WE LEARNED RESPECT FOR OTHERS AS ITS THE LAW UNDER OUR US CONSTITUTION AS AMENDED.
Maybe that is the problem now.... we have those in leadership form the younger generations who never learned to share and work things out so all have a part and o ones rights arr infringed up on.. WE DO NOT HAVE MINORITY RULE WE HAVE MAJORITY RULE WITH THE RIGHTS OF THE MINORITY NOT INFRINGED UP ON BY THE MAJORITY
I will get back to the DAILY TRACKING THIS WEEK DOCUMENTING THE THEFT OF MEDICARE WHICH IS NOT BEING STOPPED AS CONGRESS HAS TO VOTE TO ALLOW EXISTING BUDGETS OF AGENCIES TO BE SPENT TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AND STOP IT
How can we expect to fix health care or anything else when w have elected official that will not even stop a ROBBERY IN PROGRESS?? Its OK to disagree and not every one is going to get all they think would be... BUT is the least among us harmed?? in ways that violate basic human rights is the issue.. AND WE HAVE ENDED UP WITH ALL OF OUR RIGHTS BEING USURPED IN a voted in COUP OF 2002 AND ITS TIME FOR THE SWAMP TO BE DRAINED AFTER CONGRESS UNLOCKED THE GATE SO THAT WE CAN HAVE THE IDEALS AMERICA WAS BASED ON THAT NOW CAN GE HAD BY ALL. with not one left out ever again.
And stop trying to blame it all on President Trump .... this was done long before he ever ran for office.. We all have to look in the mirror and share some of this blame... but those we elect accept an awesome responsibility for us and when they voted in the COUP OF 2002 AND LEFT US AT THE MERCY OF THIS CABAL .. WE GOT

But we have the vote now and its time 95% voted in all elections and we have more access to research about who is running than ever in our history.. We can only do our best to try and figure out who will not let power overwhelm them and not forget they are elected to serve us. AND TO UPHOLD THE US CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE OF "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation."
You do not like a president's proposed law on something PASS A DIFFERENT or partially amended LAW.. President Trump seems like one who can ,'MAKE A DEAL' when the outcome is still a beneficial one for the people and nation.

Those of faith have Divine help to aid us on the journey along with human history to know and learn from.. . )

May we keep our path towards good for each and all.. Pray for our elected leaders to do the same and for President Trump as he deals with all of us with our own agendas that some are not the best to have for a society that has to come together and solve problems that only we can solve together as unique individuals. And his awesome job that is to be the greater servant of us...in a real mess of a human society that lost track of taking care of the peoples' business years ago . Amen!
