PRAY FOR THEM THIS IS  LINKED SERIES BACK TO 10/25/16 documenting the massive current on going theft of Medicare by the  owners of the systems as contractor and sub contractor.  and since 2002 NO INTERNAL AUDITS ALLOWED NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND/ OR PROSECUTIONS AS Congress WILL NOT LET ONE DOLLAR OF AN AGENCY'S EXISTING BUDGET BE USED FOR THEM and your unconstitutional  gag order rule forbids you in congress to mention, contact or have a contractor testify which most of you are not aware of either of these things done to you, the people and the nation.  There s another filing done DAILY RECAP OF 8/28/17 also and if Congress will not stop this then we 62 million  beneficiaries and as nearly as many Medicare card holders are on our own to take some kind of legal action as  FALSE CLAIMS TO RECOVER  A BELIEVABLE BILLION DOLLARS A DAY NOW AND TRILLION SAID BY INSIDERS AS STOLEN BY UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTORS  SINCE 2002  AS WELL.
     OR AS A CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS FOR THE ONES THE GOVT GAVE THIS UNFETTERED ACCESS TO OUR GOVT FILES AND KEYS TO THE PUBLIC TREASURY TO STEAL IN OUR NAMES FOR OUR HEIRS TO INHERIT THE OVERPAYMENT DONE IN OUR NAME AND NO GOVT TO STOP IT   AND OVER AT THE HACKED SSA SYSTEM THE SAME HACKERS THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY HAVE REFUSED ACCESS TO THE EMPLOYEES THEIR TRYING  TO STOP THE THEFTS  AND ILLEGAL ACTS THERE WHICH IS REFUSING TO ALLOW ONE REQUEST FOR WAIVER TO BE Processed...

      You are seated on some the most crucial committees to stop the thefts and harms being done now..  You may wish to speak to Michael Horowitz who testified earlier  this year of what I have been documenting since  10/16 this time and since 2002 as I knew from an employee  SINCE 1968 THAT CRIMES WERE BEING COMMITTEE AND BEGAN INVESTIGATING ON MY OWN AS NO GOVT IN CHARGE WINCE  THEN OVER THE ONES IN CONTROL OF THE USA. THE CONTRACTORS FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL LEVELS    and only a few in the DEEP STATE KNOW and  kept well hidden from all  of you..  Every bill has to have the oversight of the contractors in it OR THERE IS NONE and as of 2010 even our health insurers are no w unaccountable government contractors too ,.

     Whether one wishes the single payer option or the FREE MARKET system or something in-between in health care as  neither is possible without real crimes going on since 2002 with out some govt oversight to make sure all obey a few basic laws.. AND THE SAME IS GOING ON IN  ALL AREAS .

           Attached is a copy of the  Daily recaps of 8/28/17  as well as the DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS  as well as the proof of the crimes that is a believable billion dollars a day theft that is ongoing and no one is getting any fraud reports from General Dynamics on this  as vangent did file a few years ago and after 18minths of appeals finally got it stopped in one region and one companies  but the evidence shows its across those lines this time and from the owner of the system of sub contractor of the named head by high level official and contractors as being of the USA; Lynn Blodgett and who his boss is, is still a DEEP SWAMP MYSTERY TO ME   although persons of interest do exist  over 100 nations now  culd have upwards of 30 trillion of the US TREASURY TRANSFERRED TO  

      So a redacted copy of the 17 active Medicare numbers on me and assume all may have from 4 to 17 on them also who have a card  

     Our Congressional delegation has our unredacted copy with our privacy releases but like you and others are not able to help as the agencies have no access to our records or data  and do not really know what is going on and your gag order rule does not allow you to locate our govt records now no matter were they might be.. even if hidden under Lynn Blodgett' desk  

   This is a life and death struggle for me and mine and so many others. and we could use that missing 30 trillion dollars now as we see a real disaster unfolding in Houston .. TX members of our human family...
