It is unconstitutional to turn the USA over to a non govt entity to have unfettered access to the public treasury and not have to obey any laws of the land dealing with all of us in an unconstitutional manner defying judges and laws and withholding the records and data of the nation which includes all of our personal ones the govt is obligated to protect and preserve from illegal acts against them and us

If a govt official had access to all of our e mails and phone calls as the contractors do , then one who got access to our records could be prosecuted if not accessed for official purposes and if the info was used for illegal purposes. if we say or write one word or phrase which might be captured as a potential threat of the USA then a real govt official is to rule us out but if they take the info and even g access intentionally some phone call or e mail of a x spouse for example or member of congress and then go illegally black mail or other illegal actions with the info . on that also,,, A REAL GOVT OFFICIAL CAN BE PROSECUTED FOR THAT BUT A CONTRACTORS CAN NOT... I do not like invasion of privacy as we have today ... but our whole lives is a REALITY SHOW if one wishes to download it. ..Most of us do not have an interesting enough life to make big bucks for a TV show.. or we might already be doing it.

Yesterday was the bi weekly post of our employers or the worker on which one might have their insurance and the status of the worker decides which plan pays primary at Medicare. The system is not owned by the govt since 1999 .... and has been hacked by the contractors since 2002 with illegal deals with health plans to get our of paying primary since 2002.... and the patients heirs inherit the overpayment if the claims paid are not labeled as a conditional payment and sent to the contracted out recovery unit to get the monies back from the primary ..

it took 2 calls to get the info to day as they are being told not to see anything but the bogus screen and its horrific in some of the call centers and we could be receiving any number of the in the USA.. so beware and get the info and order the proof .. and realize most of these people are basically good people caught in a horrific situation.. and the phone menu helps.
CALL 1: came in on the (CLAIMS) phone menu and verified one of the phony claim number on Doyle with suffix D4 (remarried widow and I am neither )was active and that 7 recent claims had been paid on that number. also in the last year. Then got to a person ( since 10/16 when this illegally system was put in place and by 3/17 they went back to 12/12 and paid all the claims 16 additional times , that is the date the prior thefts got stopped an a year ago when I called all 17 numbers were cross referred to the real one to stop more than one payment getting out but that had ended and now all claims back to 1/06 from before to now are multiples and for those in the Dallas regions it may be for you also. assume so .

CALL 1: CONTINUED then I asked to check the insurances on the records and this person refused to give me any info but MEDICARE PRIMARY WHICH VERIFIED THE BOGUS SCREEN IT STILL BEING SOLD AND USED BY ALL IN THE USA NOW. and hung up on when I pleaded for the info .. and that the EMPLOYER POST WAS HACKED AGAIN THIS BI WEEKLY AND NOW ANOTHER 14 BILLION TO BE STOLEN OVER THE NEXT TWO WEEKS COULD BE USED IN TEXAS AND LA.. NOW BY OUR OWN PEOPLE IN GRAVE NEED IF NOT FOR ALL OF OUR MEDICAL CARE NOW AND IN THE FUTURE

TO ISSUE A CARD . but no one knows what is going on with their system as its been hacked and officials denied access for 4 years now and they wrote to Congress also for help BUT THE NEW YORK TIMES DID NOT PUBLISH IT== WAS ON THEIR OWN SSA.GOV WEB SITE and I have a hard copy as those wireless printers are great as can put rooms away in a ventilated area and out it comes on crucial evidence like this and the younger generation does not understand that anything in cyber space can disappeared and you have no records. and its not like in the movies where some genius is around to retrieve it all ...
I GOT THE TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER ORDERED ON TD SUFFIX AND THEN GOT THE INSURANCE IN and the BI WEEKLY HACK OCCURRED AND MY TWO PRIMARIES ARE AGAIN open , not terminated but hidden in cyber space as of 10/ 6 / 16 as deleted or updated and I say D means duplicate screens as the bi weekly hack which is a double hack for me of altering who pays first as well as turning me into 17 patients
All pay big money for bogus info and blocks the system from generating letters for recovery efforts as judges ordered recovery efforts to be done from the primary payers also...
The bogus screen has the fake Blues supplement on it yesterday of HCBS-BCBS OF OK FEP B ONLY AND A ONLY AND A FAKE ID THAT HAS THREE ZEROES IN FRONT OF MY REAL CLAIM NUMBER AND LEAVES OFF THE LAST 2 Digits and if the billing people use this as is I often get a collection letter for he co pays as there is no such policy exists as it mixes federal contract terms with state regulated ones if LYNN BLODGETT MANAGERS AT ILL BLUES DO NOT CATCH IT AND THEN PAY 50%? out of that million dollars per head for FECA and let them think my bills are getting paid and the rest from Blues etc.

Just saw the resigned chair of HOUSE Govt reform of this year on FOX WHILE POSTING THIS AND HE IS BEINGNG TO GET SOME COURAGE TO SPEAK OUT NOW AND PRAY HE WILL BLOW THE WHISTLE ON WHY The CHAIRMAN OF GOVT REFORM Resigned AFTER HE LET THE OIG COUNCIL TESTIFY.. IS MY PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE .. as no reason ever given and now.... and if there was a personal matters then I apologize but the timing seems suspicious that he was threatening in some way and that is terrible as he seems to be like the very ones we NEED IN CONGRESS if any thing the people are waking up to news being FAKE NEWS of this bunch and we need to look at the actions of our elected office and what thy do in their jobs first. and that is not always easy but we have to do the best we can as voters in all elections and sometime we of faith have to let our prayers guide us to make the better choices..
