         Thanks for your service to the nation.  The list of committees you are on or chair is a major responsibility you have undertaken  for the people and the nation .  This is a plea for the return of the USA to the people.. and a couple of things that are crucial to move forward...

 One is to reinstate the right of agencies to use their existing  budget for internal audits of their contact so you have accurate info to base laws and budgets on . that have not been allowed to occur in non DOD agencies  since the COUP of 2002 which is what it soon became. and massive illegal activity has gotten worse ad worse over time. 

   Michael Horowitz said it was done  in the e -governing  budget bill of 6000 pages  and few knew it had been changed before the votes occurred passing it .

     And then please remove that unconstitutional  gag order rule as that is what it does to all of you..  not to  mention, contact or have a contractor testify before Congress. Since most of the work is done by the contractors now and most constituents are dealing with them having issues they contact all of you for help with.

    YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP  AND BECOME INCREASINGLY DUE TO NO ACCESS TO THE DATA AND FILES OF THE NATION NOR AN INDIVIDUALS AS OURS ARE NOT A RARITY .. Agencies usually are not going to be told if something wrong or illegal is going on and its becoming common that it is. 

     This is our nation and WE WISH TO HELP YOU  MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN FOR EVERYONE BETTER THAN EVER.

   Since most of the data and file are covered by privacy laws,  and our members of Congress and their staff  often cannot access info or verify if accurate as the agencies cannot access either and at too many blatantly being denied access .. even with signed privacy releases from members of Congress from the individual .

     Then we , the people are the only ones to get ours and forward them to you..   if we even can... THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY TO VERIFY IF PART D MEDICARE IS BEING PAID 17 TIMES ALSO PER  PRESCRIPTION AND MONIES DIVERTED AS THAT IS A SUB CONTRACT OF THE INSURERS.  AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS EITHER, This raises the issue of using ID numbers not tied to a SSN and many inside the contractors  who have discovered the thefts are concerned over this also, 

   Attached is a copy of the linked article which also shares some horrific maters going on with FDA and not protecting the people  at all.   The med watch is overwhelmed. Over the lack of oversight of even criteria  for clinical trials as they re allowed to exclude he very ones that would cause warning label for some patients  .an mother matters I have written  about sharing my own issues over the last few years trying to help others stay alive  Doctors not allowed to know hat is in a drug and pharmacy software only for those with allergies and not for about 11 million of us  like me who has had three serious   reactions no longer even ale to call eh company and ask if the main inflamers are in the pill, etc.  and the same goes for food. to hide chemicals that  harm me and all I ASK IS LET ME KNOW AND LET ME CHOOSE NOT TO EAT OR DRINK SOMETHING.

      Also attached is the DAILY RECAP LETTER TO CONGRESS AND A RECENT SET OF A REDACTED COPY OF THE ACTIVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS BEING USED BY THE SUB CONTRACTOR STEALING MEDICARE ... AGAIN  WITH MULTIPLES BESIDES THE ONGOING HACKING TO MAKE MEDICARE THE PRIMARY  PAYER FOR ANY PRIMARY PLAN ONES EMPLOYER POSTS BI WEEKLY  SHOWED PAY .AND ILLEGAL SINCE 1994 TO ALTER  AND  DEFY EVEN MEDICARE JUDGES , AND CONTRACT TERMS AND THE LAWS  AND THIS IS MORE THE NORM  NOW THAN NOT.

      .  AND NATIONWIDE  INSIDERS SAY NOW FOR THE MULTIPLES:.   I CAN BELIEVE  IT COULD WELL BE A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY SINCE 10/7/16. 

   My own congressional delegation has an unredacted set to put with the pending privacy  releases from us  they cannot help with due to the gag order rule. I call it that as you have been in Congress long enough to know when things worked better as all could fin out the facts and data and help things be made more fair and better for each and all of us and he nation.   and matters got discovered on individual cases that showed where better laws could be make or amended and budgets changed for other matters that needed attention. .

    The spirit of cooperation for the nation and people came first even if all did not agree on philosophy  of how to do things or the best way  etc., Honest debate with known real facts and data could help all come to some common understanding of matters.  And its in that spirit of cooperation I wish to help as most of us in the USA are ... and lead us to what to do to help you get  the swamp drained and make it a pristine lake of justice for DC
