           Thank you for your service and concern for the nation.  And pray you will be able to help solve some crucial matters that affect each and every one of us.. even if all do not agree on matters politically.  The people and our elected leaders should be together for common goals  to protect our rights and public monies which is not being done and has not since the COUP of 2002.. you may wish to speak to Michael Horowitz at the US Justice Department  for more info as to how to correct this mess in the wording of all  laws to over come the overriding law from 2002. . .. as he is my source of info that it occurred in the 6000 page budget E GOVERNING BILL and was altered before being voted on..   

    But , as one who seems not afraid to speak out on matters, you and the others we have sent to take care of our business for us...need to ungag yourselves to be able to mention, contact or have a contractors testify as too often  you are passing laws not knowing what is really going on as none have known all these years and some really illegal things are going on that has harmed  all of us and the nation.. Government contractors  still have to be accountable to the laws of the land, contract terms and the rights of all ... and that has not been going on ... horrifically not  NO INTERNAL AUDITS OF NON DOD AND A FEW ISOLATED OTHERS OVER THESE LAST 15 YEARS. and the ones of Medicare  and social security  at risk and hacked and no access from those in the real government   to get in and found out what is going on and get it stopped when an agency has the legal  right to audit to protect the integrity  of the programs BUT CONGRESS SAYS NO EXISTING BUDGET CAN BE SPENT.   and when crimes are being committed as is going on in these programs and well document  and not just on my records. then  

      Congress  HAD THE OIG COUNCIL APPEAR IN A HEARING A FEW MONTHS AGO ASKING FOR SUBPOENA POWER TO THE RECORDS OF THEIR OWN CONTRACTS AND THAT INCLUDES MY PERSONAL GOVERNMENT  FILES THEY ARE BEING DENIED ACCESS TO ..  should anyone not understand that as they also got gagged to say the whole truth of what was really gong on ...  and the people know that the whole is not getting told and nothing gets done as we suffer and too many die.. 

    They have to get the right to subpoena the files of the people they are to be working on ???  WHICH I HAVE SIGNED  THEY CAN ACCESS AND GET AND OBEY THE  JUDGES ORDERS ALSO BEING WITHHELD FROM THEIR OWN AGENCIES    

     Many among you do not seem to be aware what a few have done to you.. and evil does rear its ugly head, doesn't it.?  Most domestic programs deals with confidential records of persons and entities and not any one can access and when the agency cannot to find out what is really going on  then CONGRESS become unpopular  as your own rules forbid you from finding out either...

    We should be getting our personal records and sharing them so you know what is needed to be done in the laws you pass. so that they work for all of us..  even if we all do not get all we want.. at least we all can be treated fairly and  have justice for all.

   Attached is the linked copy of the article which mentions you and your web site was listed as  A RISK  by GOOGLE..   HAVE YOU BEEN HACKED?  also attached is  the Daily Recap   Letter to Congress an of 5/27/17.. as well as a redacted copy of the evidence of the loss of the security of Medicare. of the 17 numbers created  on me by the contractor's sub contractor of the  Medicare  hackers.. and am not the only one as insiders have said its a billion dollars a day spike in outflow since 10/7/16  when this began.. and the whole medical community  is being framed for taking of their bank accounts as well as one pay is illegal for me as my employer post the two primary payers  bi weekly and then they have hacked for 15 years and the health care law passed in 2010 did not reveal that did it of that gong on all over the stop as  the former   GHI INC OF NY  who owns the data and records. and no audits since 2002 . when its been ordered by the  Medicare judges on me to stop it and recover  the monies an will not..  as there IS NO GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO STOP THE CRIMES  AND OBEY THE LAW OR JUDGES.. ..

         Our prayers for you that you may be able to help as our survival  as nation and people depend on this.. And WE WANT TO HELP AND SHOULD NOT BE DIVIDED FROM OUR ELECTED LEADERS  ON THIS AT ALL
