                    Thank you for your years of service to the nation.  And ARE sending you this to ask to allow the people to help for the good of The nation in anyway we can...Our personal hacked  government data and files and monies stolen the contractors involved are , of course not going to report to any real government  officials nor to you .. and we get bad laws that do not work well due to accurate  facts or data available as once you were able to get.  most of which is confidential files.. but which  an agency once  had access in an official audit or  a member of Congress would be able to take our privacy release and find our records even if buried under the head of the cabal's desk   which no none is allowed to 'bother' and not even Congress due to the unconstitutional  gag order rule to not mention, contact or have a contractor testify to a real holocaust gong on with theft of our public treasury and harms to  loss of personal lives/health  and livelihoods due to illegal acts and unconstitutional  behaviors no one can find out about officially  nor stop.   . and in areas  like Medicare and Social Security  which is not the level of TOP SECRET..  but affects every one in the USA in some way  and we are personally affected ... in many ways and its our monies, our rights and our present and future being robbed from us  and that is A REAL NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE .. WHEN ITS A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY THEFT AND TRILLIONS MISSING SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 ITS NOT A COURTESY TO IGNORE IT. AND WE MUST ALLOW OUR AGENCY OFFICIALS TO DO THEIR JOBS AND GET IT STOPPED AND GET THE TRUTH AND FACTS AND REAL DATA TO CONGRESS TO ACT ON 

     But since the COUP of 2002 non DOD agency contractors  with a few exceptions where specific appropriation  bills included the right of oversight of a contractor, the LAW OF 2002 STANDS AND FORBIDS IT STILL.  You may wish to speak to Michael Horowitz of he US Justice Dept who told me more about this  in 2014.. and testified to Congress a few months ago over this issue. with the OIG Council.     .

               Attached it a copy of the linked article of DAILY RECAP OF 6/7/17 and also a copy is being sent of LETTER TO MEMBERS OF Congress of DAILY RECAP of 5/27/17 along with a redacted or full social security number of the 17 active Medicare claim  numbers on me created by the cabal sub contractor of the contractor under the named head of the cabal in the USA by the few that knew who was in control of the USA Lynn Blodgett and whom all have to obey , even agency officials and Cabinet Secretary's  cannot act due to CONGRESS REMOVING 'THE RESTRAINER' OF THE RIGHT FOR AN AGENCY TO USE EXISTING  BUDGET FOR AN INTERNAL AUDIT OR A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION IF THAT COULD BE   DONE BY OUR LEGAL SYSTEM

      The CMS contractor   to protect the integrity of the system and records and sells the access to the billing system they own to the medical community  has been hacking  the system since COUP OF 2002 JUST TO ALLOW ONE ILLEGAL PAYMENT ALLOWING   THE PRIMARY PAYER NOT HAVING TO PAY ITS LEGALLY OBLIGATED BILLS.. and now over 50% up to 75 % of all workers comp is illegally dumped onto Medicare  even on claims where the bills are approved to be paid by them as that is under total control of the cabal head. as he has had FECA since 2002/ also  and million dollars a head disappeared to be used for us..at the time..   life sustaining medical care is obstructed and its a real holocaust in many ways now and has little to do with having health care  insurance  or plans but who is running it and he is...  THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT  RUN HEALTH CARE IN THE USA   .

      Our prayers for your efforts for the good of the people and the nation and surely our personal issues will be resolved as a result... as this has to be stopped as how can any budget be out together when thefts are going on and monies not spent as the laws you make says they are to be spent ..   Government has to remain the authority over the contractors for goo reason as you are there to protect the interact of the people and our nation. and we can make AMERICA  GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE ...   TEAMWORK IS NOT THE SAME AS PARTNERSHIP AND THE LATER DOES NOT WORK WELL IN GOVERNMENT  AT ALL when some can be tempted to steal the public treasury they have been given unfettered access to with no oversight and our human and constitutional  rights are also affected which  each and every one of us are to have.
