                Thanks for your dedicated service to the nation and Congress since 1994.as both Chief of Staff for your predecessor and since 2011 as  Congressman.. You sit on some key committees that must act for this nation to survive and even have a government  left to be in authority on behalf of the people.

    WE THE PEOPLE WANT TO HELP MAKE THINGS BETTER THAN EVER   AND IT MAY TAKE OUR PERSONAL CONFIDENTIAL RECORDS BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS IN ALL AREAS OF GOVERNMENT  NOW FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL TO HELP YOU TAKE BACK AMERICA FOR US..  

     Our own records held by them and we are the only ones that can even  get access to them. and them many we cannot ... .  Once we have stopped being robbed , maybe we can rebuild what has been lost, and from our 'plenty' help other sovereign nations in the world when they are in need.. and they in turn help other also as they recover and the few bullies in this world can be stopped from ever being allowed to cause havoc and chaos and atrocities  ever again.

    As the attached linked Daily Recap shares as well as the Letter to Congress:  Daily Recap of 5/27/17 and most shocking is the evidence of just one small part of how some say a billion dollars a day is now being stolen by the insider sub contractor of CMS and no right to get in and stop it since the act of Congress in the COUP of  2002.

     The meltdown of the Medicare system as shown by the 17 numbers that are active on me.. . An unredacted copy showing the full social security numbers is on file with our privacy  releases  with our congressional delegation... They are  unable to help us due to the rules of Congress not allowing a contractor be mentioned , contacted or having one testify.  The contractors  are the only  ones who know what is going on  and Congress gets reports that are noting but what the contractor  tells the agency which they cannot verify the accuracy of., Congress as we get bad laws from bad data and monies go missing and stolen  and scammed and we are in a deadly mess.

      Agency heads seem to have forgotten you need the whole truth . and have not been sharing that with you  since there  has been no internal  audits  of a  non DOD contractor  since the  E- governing budget bills of 2002 removed the right of agencies rights  to use their existing budget for them or for criminal investigations and  prosecution.  and much of this is so blatant that how could there not be the later? * Source is Michael Horowitz who told me in 2014. 

        Even the OIG council came to you a few months ago asking for the right to subpoena  records  from their own agency contractors  which routine audits in the past would have allowed full access to a as matter regular  oversight official business  of an agency .. 

. There is no government really in charge of much of anything now. and Congress is not getting the full truth of data and files to even begin to find out what is wrong on and pass good laws that work for us and the nation.. and stop massive thefts and scams going on to even begin to know what our budget should be and he best way to make it work for all of us..

   The people  are angry over  this. and voting for another to fill your seat is not going to change anything until you are again able to represent us.. even if we have some disagreement on political philosophies.. you will all be able to work it out again as once you Congress did  for us and the nation.

    You are not only on the Rules committees as well as budget but also on  Transportation and Infrastructure.

       President Trump wants to make America great again.. and we can make it even better.

.. BUT THERE IS GOING TO BE EMINENT  DOMAIN ISSUES AS A MATTER OF COURSE .  AND WHAT ABOUT ALL THE MEDICARE OVERPAYMENT THE SAME BUNCH IN CONTROL IN THOSE PROGRAMS EVEN THROUGH THE STATES HAVE THEM AS CONTRACTS WILL DO WITH RIGHTS WHEN THEY KNOW WHO HAS THEM AND THE OWNERS DO NOT.

     . THAT MANY DO NOT EVEN KNOW EXIST ON THEIR LANDS NOW OR INHERITING BOTH LAND AND OVER PAYMENTS  AND STILL BEING PUT ON THEM  DAILY AS THE MEDICARE HACKERS CANNOT BE STOPPED, UNTIL CONGRESS ALLOWS IT TO BE.        MOST DO NOT KNOW AND NO WAIVERS  ARE BEING ALLOWED TO BE PROCESSED OVER AT SSA BY THE SAME ONES  OVER THERE AND HACKED SYSTEMS.

    Maybe we need a blanket waiver of all over payments  for those who had no part in the thefts as long as there is cooperation to recover the monies  . Much as I had to do on a stolen credit card a few years go ... if anyone was ever caught and prosecuted I had to agree to appear in court.

        May you do what is  your best for each and all of us.. as its all of us in one big mess wherever we turn ..and cutting budgets just to make up for theft losses that are not ending makes no logical sense.
