Povidone or crospovidone is listed an added ingredient to many pills now, both over the counter as well as in prescriptions. But how much does one get from those? This is not a good source as its a disinfectant product and why I have having issues due to chemical; sensitivities that can cause inflammation and even bleeding. Its gotten so bad that splitting pills into smaller doses thought out the day seems to be the only way to get the medicine or supplement and still survive otherwise by getting it in minute amounts.
