GOOD MEMBERS OF CONGRESS YOU GOT TRICKED BY SOMEONE MANIPULATING WORDS AND PHRASES IN HUGE BILLS YOU VOTED FOR is what I had concluded several years ago and have had to search and dig to find out. and the journey for truth and justice is all here in this blog since 12/08. as why it was started when no government was able to help as once there was even when thy wanted to do their jobs .
I do not know who, but it occurred. So I have just named the Speaker of the House then and now for the COUP OF 2002 as they were responsible to not let these changes occur without notifying all that you voted for OVERTHROW OF THE USA TO AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT IS NOTHING BUT THE BIGGEST ORGANIZED CRIME RING IN THE HISTORY OF THE USA.
and I got that info to quote from a us attorney back in 2008 when we all found out what the hundreds who helped document this said was a trillion dollar theft of Medicare could not be stopped as it was being done inside the contractor 'allegedly' but absolute proof of crimes and unsecured systems that could not even be stopped from anymore thefts and harms done to the USA and people's lives at stake.
Some members of Congress have heard of the term COUP OF 2002 and seem to think I am blaming them directly. Most of you who are knew , do not know but now that you do and can check it out, simple changes that were made to bills THAT OVERTHREW THE USA GOVERNMENT can just as easily be put back in the budget bills. These are changes that more than pay for themselves in reduced theft and lives saved that no amount of money can be said to pay for one life let alone that the case can be unraveled that the third leading cause of death in the USA goes back to this overthrow in nearly every part of government from local to federal.
Media has to be called to task to stop reporting the government did this or that and get the name of the contractor that was in control of what happened Not east as they are ordered to not say and that is the first clue as we know its public info what agency we work for and even our salary and leave records can be asked for but you may be asked to file that in writing as a formal FOIA request. If you can get it as these records have been hacked into now and contracted out and the people cannot even know how many work for them anymore its so bizarre.
Thankfully the US Department of Labor has not contracted out a very secure system.
But if contracting an office that is advertised as a government one, it may not be anymore at all and if not then info you give is not protected by laws of the land anymore .
. But ask if they pay into the federal pension plan and what name is on their w-2 and then one can usually get to a supervisor and get the corporate name. Many rank and file government employees do not even know themselves and at times they may be having contractors seated among them in government offices and not told, which violates all the basic security procedures of the federal security protocols, even in less than top secret entities.
Its still illegal to 'impersonate a federal official" and that has bee allowed to go on all over as I have written of blatant internal hacking orders and destruction of files, mine when one thought it was the real government ordering it done as they thought Lynn Blodgett was a real government official and he is not and no one is to violate their contract terms and destroy records etc., Its illegal and destroys the historical record of the government as well as violates the rights of any and all parties.
I would not be in this mess fighting for my life if all of the contracts terms were complied with let alone defying laws, and 38 federal agency judges in my cases and ours as my family is affected as 2 family members on my federal Blue Cross Blue Shield policy also has Medicare cards and Lynn Blodgett has ordered systems be hacked and alter the official government posting that its their primary payer to making Medicare primary as part of the illegal partnership deals that has been going on since the COUP OF 2002 FOR ME AND LATER ON THEM, He is in control of every part of health care now and even maybe your own doctors management firm.
In 1999 Group Health got control of the Medicare data and system by contract and is not under the HIPPA law as contractors are excluded along with government employee. Its a deadly mess of typos etc and many dead from it when used for medical treatment and all of our records are there as soon as a claim for payment from any entity health plan or insurer if filed . Few, even in the medical field now that as they spend billions complying with privacy and protection laws, as soon as they file a claim for payment NO PROTECTION EXISTS AT ALL Our records can be used or sold for what every nefarious purposes. and for the liability industry its a gold mine.
You may go to the doctor, or take a sick loved one and not know that why you are sick is already part of a class action law suit in the works, some where far away and you may not even know why you are sick, but the liability insurer does as soon as the claim is filed and you are on their 'hit list', your medical care may begin to be obstructed so your doctor is blocked from approvals for care, etc. and whatever else they choose to do as this cabal also is the contractor that gathers our e mails and phone calls ad is immune from protection laws for what they do with that info
I do not like the loss of privacy that modern technology has created either. BUT IF THE GOVERNMENT WAS OWNING THE DATA THERE ARE LAWS WHERE MISUSE OF INFO FOR OTHER THAN OFFICIAL PURPOSES CAN BE INVESTIGATED AND PERSONS PROSECUTED FOR IT.
HELPING OUT AN INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET OUT OF PAYING SOME CLAIMS FOR MAKING SOMEONE SICK IS NOT LEGITIMATE OFFICIAL BUSINESS, IS IT?
Government employees are not under HIPPAA but have as strong or stronger laws on privacy rights with criminal prosecutions possible so that is not as bad an exclusion
In the name of YAHUSHA whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may our good members of Congress get this overthrow of the USA stopped and put the real government back in charge of the government so that is works for us and the nation and not for an international criminal enterprise. JUSTICE FOR ALL cannot occur if there is no government to make it happen.
