I am going through these daily and updating the info with a comment . before signing and resubmitting to various agencies and their contractors who will not act and process, even in defiance of 38 federal agency judges who have ordered things be process and paid etc. There is no use dong much more until congress decides to take back the government so our constitutional rights are restored.
I have had on going issues with disappearance of records and other skulduggery that went on as soon as I got approved when others got turned away from the hospitals on day one and I became their medical precedent first. Then the first Gulf war veterans came home and the real issues began to get rid of about 6 cases that were their medical precedents as they would be paid based on our getting benefits and treatment paid for. Our US Constitution is based on equal rights and I get over come by a toxic cloud and the medical treatment standards are applied and paid for etc, then any one else with similar injuries should be getting the same. Get rid of 6 cases nationally and no one gets anything.
What was so legally bad for us is the original research on toxic and chemical injuries was done as part of the Tobacco research and I know some of this first hand as I was a patients of the doctor who headed up that research for NIH (National Institutes of Health) They had identified 39 chemicals in a cigarette and them proved what they did to the body. Then when any one got a chemical or toxic injury and got some benefits such as we 6 , we were PROVING HOW BAD A CIGARETTE WAS EVEN IF TOBACCO HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH INJURY . So those who had broke laws and aided the enemy and then have a case that tobacco companies, chemical and toxin industry did not wish to survive, meant we six had a bulls eye on us and then no extra protection for my files and data.
One case at the Coast Guard came up with that this injured person had post traumatic stress syndrome and that was the cause of his real physical injuries! It made a case like mine that clearly was proven to only be real and very bad physical injuries worse than ever for me as they had gotten by with it on that person. and it brought wrath against e that they could not break my spirit to fall to Satan's minions as that is how evil a few have been since 1/10/89 when regard for human life is a fly to be swatted away like a nuisance for their evil agenda.
THE CLEAR MEDICAL FACT IS ONE CAN HAVE PTSD AS THAT ONE PATIENT DID AD STILL HAVE REAL PHSYCIAL INJURIES THAT ONE WILL DIE FROM EVENTUALLY AND SOONER WITHOUT MEDICAL CARE.
Sorry those who would do such evil, I did not crack as when I see others suffering and y case can help then I will fight for your rights of life as its also fighting for rights for me as well.
And getting rid of us 6, scattered throughout the nation,, put the FIRST GULF WAR VETERANS WITH A MYRIAD OF TOXIC AND CHEMICAL INJURIES IN THE SAME LEGAL CONUMBRUN that did not get broken until 2009 when the FDA finally had some regulatory control of tobacco.
Too many have died and all have good health insurance on 1/10/89 .+ It was a few years later doctors in the tri state area told me that ALL THE DOCTORS IN THE TRI STATE AREA KNEW THAT ALL 90 OF US HAD BEEN BLACKLISTED BY THE PEER REVIEW BEFORE WE EVEN GOT TO THE HOSPITALS
And when that happens to a patient, one is facing a life time of obstruction of medical care. The third party law suit FECA required me to file to reimburse the taxpayer is pending against Hartz Mountain Industries et al in Hudson County NJ waiting for FECA to figure up the damages for the government to help bring the case. This is a horrific situation for any injured worker to be in for the government was clearly 'in bed' with the owner on matters and covering up things also that led to 9/11/01.
All covered up by the 9/11 Commission Report chaired by those from NJ who were in office when this occurred and they decided NOT TO GO BACK BEFORE 1995 and as such never answered the question from Congress even though they spent $40 million dollars for what? We still do not know what laws to pass to prevent another such tragedy and we are in worse shape than before inside the real government that is not even in control of our data records nor has any idea what is really going on . And in turn congress only knows what the contractors want them to know so we get laws that should be good, but turn out to be scams for the contractors to steal more money and skim and scam us more and the work intended to be done to help the people and nation does not get done as expected.
But, before the COUP OF 2002 if a judges ordered a file be put back together that had been messed with , etc. the judges were obeyed and we got back on track getting things paid and processed,. eventually, as the wheels of justice do move slowly but at least they moved. NOW JUSTICE IS STUCK IN THE CONTRACTORS AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO GET THEM UNSTUCK BUT CONGRESS WHO HAS GAGGED ITSELF TO NO MENTION IT, CONTACT ACONTRACTOR OR ASK THE TO APPEAR AT A HEARING TO EXPLAIN THEMSELVES. That is a COUP OF 2002 AS WE THE VOTES DO NOT HAVE OUR VOTES COUNTED WHEN THE ONES WE VOTE FOR CANNOT AND DO NOT ACT FOR US AND TAKE BACK THE GOVT SO THAT THE GOVT WORKS FOR US AND THE NATION.
LYNN Blodgett SET UP MORE COMPANIES A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND NOW HAS THE CONTRACTS WITH WORKERS COMP INSURERS TO HAVE TOTAL CONTROL FOR THEM. It worked so well with the federal government ,now the states have lost control of the state regulated programs that also have federal regulations and laws too, but none have to be obeyed for anyone now. Plus he is over nearly every program down to local levels and his 'partner' is the one owning and collecting our private e mails and phone calls. and can do what they wish with them. Unlike a federal official who could be prosecuted for misuse and illegal access for non government official use. Your medical records is owned by them and now protected by the HIPPA law either and recently one found out their employer got personal info and I wrote and said there is no privacy laws since 1999 once a claim to any kind of health plan or insurer occurred as GROUP HEALTH INC OF NU OWNS THEM AND THE HIPPA LAW NEVER COVERED A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR. Government employees are not under that law either, but are under privacy laws that are just as strong and in some ways maybe more so.

Lynn Blodgett the current ruler of the USA, the hired USA head of the international cabal that Congress voted to put in power over them and all the rest of us by employed defunding any real government to know what the do or arrest law breakers and massive thefts of public monies has also had a personal smear campaign against me and high level officials have said in writing and verbally what he has said. Since he has even withheld the judges orders from them as he gets them first to post to the file he has yet to set up on me even though I have an established , non controverted case. that should have had extra security on it just due to the interest in the case from those who did not want it to exist for their own greedy reasons. Our US Constitution gives us peaceful means to remove an abusive leader who acts like a god or goddess and we should never worship as they are imperfect humans just like the rest of us and why we have checks and balances to corral out of control power of one branch of government over another.
THAT HAS BEEN SCRAPPED IN THE COUP OF 2002 AND TIME TO TAKE BACK THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN AND HAVE A GOVERNMENT AGAIN THAT IS OF, BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE . VOTE!
