MEDICAL CONCERNS RE 'DOUBLE SPEAK' OCCURRING
In the book "1984" the meaning of words are changed to suit what those in power wish them to be. When this occurs within the medical field and are used for medical treatment the end results could be deadly or at least physcially harmful ending with doctors and hospitals sued for malpractice as they are given wrong and misleading info to decide what treatment to give. The only winners , the malpractice insurers who get to raise the rates and cause more havoc in health care costs and push our good doctors into being mroe submissive than ever to others than doctors well trained to know what best care is to be.
Few get any justice in injury cases, now; even when the documentation is solid. Over the last decade its got even harder for those newly injured to get the tests run to prove their cases and in the Dallas region almost no pulmonologists or cardiologists will get involved with the corrupted mess called Federal workers comp and most states are now adopting the Federal model run by ACS-Xerox or one of their interlocked corporations.
The result, for one like me; is disbelief that I have an established case from 1/10/89 as few are able to get tests run to establish their cases to get treatment even paid for. And we do not have NO FAULT HEALTH CARE, YET.
Bak in 1989 and 1990's, many doctors would treat and be allowed to run the needed tests to determine the kind of treatment is better. When some conditions require exactly opposite kinds of treatments. Then, these tests are cruccial in making the determination.. more patients harmed and more doctors put at risk for themselves and this is an unconscienable deadly chotic mes with no one winningexpcet the ones colelcting all the money from our premiums and govt funds designatied for our careand not used for it. . . , so access to care is getting scarcer all the time as doctors need protetion from all the coercion and harrassment of the liablity insiers who arethe same entities as all the other entities they have to deal with. They were not eyewitnesses to any injury occurring so they need to be able to diagnose and treat without interference leaving that up to those who were and adjudcators to make reasoned decisions from all the facts. Legally this is what is to occur, bu since no one oversees the process any more to stop abuses, its not happening and the patients and good doctors suffer as a result.
Yesterday, I wrote about how every kind of adverse reaction is now being termed an allerrgy as that is the only field to list them in on the new software being used for the medical field and has been in use for some time by pharmacies. There is an estimted 10 million in my disease categories according to some recent studies I have linked to on this site. Those who have adverse reactions that are the opposite of an allergic reaction and treatments are often the exact opposite.. One would not give an anti -histamaine. for example to one not having a histamine reaction. Its what my doctors have warned me against and run the IGE tests to prove it. . .
I'M NOT A DOCTOR BUT have been a patient of many well respected and ublished doctors in their peer journals and what is going on is beyond common sense.Its evil personified in many ways.
THE FDA does not recognize the 10 million of us and perssonally I think the numbers who suffer from adverse reactions to chemuicals and toxins and ozone, etc and other pollutants is much higher, but their diseases are more slow growing and often the link to an irritant that inflames has not been well documented and with the toxin and chemical industry wielding such total power, the studies to confirm what is generally known is not going to happen very soon. How else could the FDA be promting that rrespiratory patients who need oxygen to live should breathe ozone direct into their lungs when the EPA still says its harmful for them.An effort that seems very well organized to make therapeutic oxygen as all used to get nearly impossible to find a supplier allowed to provide it.The ultimate DEATH PANEL CREATED over 5 years ago and in place already. The new Health care plan is modeled after the Federal plans and this is what it really is and you still think its the best type of plan to have? Yu have to ow there s abetter way for providng health care for all that rmotes good health and best outcomes possible even wth chronic and rprogressive diseases. What we have, now, and for next year is a system in place that stiffles innovative new cures that in many ways are often checper than what we have now. How can any researcher pull data frm a software sytem fmedcial records for al of us and know what kind of patints and what form of these ;double speak' named diseases one even have. I have no doubt this is going on through out health care for medical conditions I aam not familiar with since I don't have them.
Watch for these meginig definitions when medical science has not changed, the ones promoting 'double speak' have forced it on all of us.
The medications and inhalers which came on the market soon after I was sseverly injured on 1/10/89 from a toxic fume exposure which left me with lifetime progressive diseases , mostly respiatory but not all; have well proven one no longer shoudl have a to 5 year life expectancy after the injury. along with oxygen whic is now considered care from day one. ( not the non therpeutic kind from ozone making canisters that allow ozone to get sucked back into the lungs)Proves one can live a long life if medical care is provided, with non exertional type life style in a clean air environment away from those chemicals that inflame. Most find formaldehyde among those and one needs to work with their dotors to find out what they are in order to avoid them. Something fewer are even being allowed to do although well trained to know.
The FDA has not encouraged any safe subsitutes for the inhalers almost all of which, have been pulled off the market to save the ozone layer.

Over the years, doctors would list COPD among the various diseases that make up a complex disaese called Reactive Airway Dysfunction syndrome which is also known as Ocucpational asthma and one of my accepted conditions at Federal workers compensation. with tests run to prove its that kind of asthma and other conditions such as chemically induced pneumonitis and etc from Inhalation of toxic fumes with bronchiospasms, Heart cnditons are a given as the heart is immediately getting over worked in order to breathe as well as pulmonary hypertension and kidney disease and all organs and parts of body do not function well when one is not gettting oxygen into ones body as healthy lungs are able to provid So blood tests get abnormal, too. So ones doctor being abl to run tests and treat without interference as they are trained to do is imperative.
More recently I am seeing for many the 'encouragement' to call all kinds of lung conditons COPD. I was taught by dactors over the years that this merely means Chronic obstructive pulmonary Disease and the proper treatments can be as varied as the cause of the obstruction which is not always from smoking . . I am not aware of any of the new coding breaking this down into the varied types which can be a variety of forms and in some instances opposite kinds of treatments needed.
What has occurred is no new medications coming on the market to replace what the 10 million or so of us have lost. to protect the environment.
My doctors have resorted to compounds for inhaled cortisone steroid with . Preservatie free drops in the distilled water humidifier bottle attached to my liquid oxygen tank.
My rescue inhale,r Maxair is being taken away. and I am on the last inhaler that helps control other symptoms, Intal. which is no longer available to purchase.
The medications now on the market have causeed severe documeted reactions and why I was asked to submit my records way backin 1997, when FDA almost pulled our medciations them to save the environomentand leave us with nothing. to susutain ourlives. This time, ther was no waiver for us to live so far and many who ae suffering probably have not been able to get any of the tests run to prove they are getting sicker , faster, becasue of the medications they are using. HORRIBLE DEATH PANELS for ones doctor to have to deal with when not much iis available any more to help..
Some of the newer ones have had med watches filed on my adverse reactions 15 years before any warning labels were ever put on theem to not be used for those with reactive air way diseases.Long after too many were harmed en FDA knew they were. Now its nealy impossible to get one such med watch even filed. This semes to be criminal negligence of the worse kind that is occurring form those in authority wo know and do nothing when they are hired to prevent harm to occur. Bribery can sometimes be more subtle than envelopes full of cash in our times.
FDA does not work well for health care, patients, nor for doctors. And the law says ones doctor can't even find out what all is in a medication.(some ingredients aren't even regulatied which surprises many who think they are.) Only the patient can call the pharmaceutical company and give them the chemicals one reacts to and I have found them forth right in all but one instance and that medication was later pulled from the market as unsafe. Often just saying my diagnosis is enough for them to say this is nnot for you. Why must the patient call? Beacusewe are the ones who can sue if harmed, or our survivior.
This is far beyond what any patient should have to do when their own doctor is denied the right to know what they are prescribing for their patients.
For years, Medicare and other govt health plans have discriminated against us as medications which are in the cheaper co- pay groups are not ones that help us.
So as COPD and ALLERGIES is now the naames for all kinds of medical conditions and not what the scientists and doctors have always called them, what are we to do to protect our very lives and health in such a ocorrupted mess of out of control FDA and others only intersted in making money, etc. At some point the general welfare and life of each of us must again be the prime concern in this world.
We are all flesh and blood and can be made sick and die from this. If the interest was reducing health care costs, then shoudln't the effort be made to reduce them by better care and better health of all of us? I choose life. Death Panels such as these is not an option for any one.
The deadly abuses which already exist must end before all come under these agency regulators and their unaccountable govt contractors. As one of my doctors said recently: The companies are out of control.
Everyone is forced to fit into some field on a digital software screen window and the fields available do not include one for too many of us. Where do we fit into this world? How many more have to face deadly harm before our elected leaders whom we have allowed to take so much charge over us, make the necessary changes to promote life?
And how can researchers find cures , if the medical records of all of us are in such a corrupted mess? How can they find clusters of diseases that may link to something going on in some geographic area, etc? Maybe that is the ultimate intent. COVER-UPs and no new cures. Just letting people die as soon as possible who get sick or injured so no one has to alter their behvairos to prevent sickness or injury and pay some kind of damage claim.
This is not humanity nor is it basic human rights nor tose famous inalienable rights our founders spoke so passionately about and fought hard to have for all of us. Life is the first one listed. and its justice for all in our well known sayings.
