We are busy filing another years worth of claims to Federal workers comp contractor ACS-Xerox sine the US GOvt officals can't receive them before they decide what ACS wnats them to see. Oxygen claims are not to be senen but hidden to hide that I have been on home oxygen all along since Federal workers comp put me on it over 18 years ago and have hid it well. After the Death Panel' decision was made on me "LET HER DIE ' AND TRY TO END MY LIFE.
Greatful hanks to all those in the medical field and others who have ignored the illegal order from the higest levels of the govt according to witneses. Also, former Cigna Govt Servicces which paid the medicare claims, and sent them as they legally shoudl do; to have the monies recovered form ACS as contractor of US Dept of Labor and persnally told me I should never have to have concern for life sustaining care again as permenently approved for liquid oxygen.
Until a new regulatiton got passed forcing the end of free enterprise and all the small medical supply companies forced out of providing the care as unable to afford to continue by haing to hire a respiratory tech whihc makes no medical sense as that would be part of home nursing care which has noting to do with providing the equipment. itself and most of us do not need this kind of care until nearer end of life. With them ot of the way, the other regualtion passedallwed the larger companies to compete to serve territories in the USA at higher cost than the small ones could do by just exchanging tanks already filled by a gas company and each having a few customers and hiring someone part time to make the exchanges a few times a month.
ACS-Xeros on order sform CEO Lynn Blodgett will probably continue to process all but the oxygen claims and refer to the missing million dollars as the reason not paid. Nad appeals on this go unasered as ther is no more rights to appeals when this company decides what is to be. or show to any govt offical who can not 'legally ' see anything until my file is set up and posted. Which mine has yet to be even though appellatte judges ordered it done in 2009 when I asked them for help in the matter. US Dept of Labor claims examiner is not permitted to see even those so their authority is mocked and so is the US Constitution. I hear this is far too common occurence.
The oxygen claims will continue to be 'hidden' from the US Dept of Labor so the details of why they think I have a million dollars which was never receive by me personally for my medical care, as their call center agents were tell early on and obstructed Lincare form continuing service.
Director of OIG for OPM's staff susepects its a major embezzlzement ring of a million dollars per head of injured federal workers with established case and more severe injuries where obstruction of care could be deadly, etc? May be as far back as when the law was passed in 1988 this has been going on... Oculd be a billion dollars gone missing for the care How many have died without the medcical care the law was written aand pssed to prevent these kinds of illegal behaviors from happening before medical sciene could no longer sustain life. What right to allow these Death Panels created by corruption?
There are prisoners in jail and some sent to death row who must ask why they got convicted for a felony action that cost a life and tose who do it agsint a federal employee are not treated equally before the law?
I am being rather blunt, but I have been accused of all kinds of things I have not and will not do and character defamed,etc. I have never treated any one with such disdain for their basic rights of life and livelihood. Abd They know I have said to some of them that we are here today fighting for their rights, too; should they ever be in the same situation as I. Something which is becoming more and more common every day in this currently corrupted world where getting injured means ones worth has left.
ALL LIFE IS PRECIOUS! All I have done is ask for the right to live and other constitutional and civil rights for my self and others to permit my life to continue. . Apparently that makes me a terrible person who should be denied the right to life sustaining medical care in this current world.
A recently linked article to this site was about our soldiers being sent to Sudan with the UN Peacekeeping forces and implied it was due to the atrocities against Christians going on there. A later article revealed that the real motivation apparently is that the 'civil war' and atrocities were disrupting the flow of oil from there.
What is motivation? Death or Life? I CHOOSE LIFE FOR ALL!
