Daily Recap 5/31/13: Treasure Room: President Obama Born In Topeka Ks.

                                                          TREASURE ROOM
      Been working on sorting out a room to set up an office  for Doyle to use as he has edited books and articles and graded essays for ACT, and some school systems for their own standardized tests and maybe he can help get more of all that's been written over the last year into some kind of  more organized fashion.
     What has been found is a treasure trove of things we need and do not need to buy, now. and also some items that maybe can be donated to those who have lost so much in recent weeks right her in OK. We are safe, just lots of rain, but those north and west fr us got hit again to night and our prayers go with  them.
 Thanks to my loved ones who have helped out as its not easy to get done. So its like a treasure room  to go though all this..'
   I've been a fan of Fung Sui for some years and this room happens to be our wealth area and that means for those who follow this that our wealth has been buried. 
I  have made no money from any of these writings about the birth of the President . and don't anticipate any forthcoming.
    But monies that are already due have not been paid in defiance of judges and agencies who have awarded them due to Lynn Blodgett CEO of ACS Xerox  and his predecessors who  decided  to defy them and not set up the computer file so the benefits due and payable can be processed. and not even the benefits awarded have been paid or bills processed as judges ordered  done and ignored. It shows the complete collapse of our entire system of governing that has run amok So if nothing else we can get all those files in some kind systematic order now and Doyle and others can scan in an area, where any fumes can be kept away from me. As I do have chemically induced asthma and pneumonitus  even causing bleeding,etc. if too much exposure.
  If nothing  else it will be nice to have a place conducive for Doyle to work in . And he has books and articles he would like to write so maybe one of these days I can  link my blog to his.
Last fall, our compute had to go in for repairs and fortunately it was something minor but needed to be fixed and Doyle had gone to a pawn shop and picked up another computer. Its an XP but I used it for several days.
So he will not have to share and try and get in and around everything I'm working on.
That in itself will be a Treasure Room. Wealth isn't always in terms of dollars.
           I 'm so sick and tired of almost 25 years, now of having to reconstruct files gone missing out of Govt offices soon after someone starts getting things processed and paid and then after a round of appeals and back to the local office more gets  some more paid and disappears and the nationwide policy in the federal govt and now no one is allowed to know what in the world is going on inside the contractors who has total control now and won't even show judges orders to the agency officials who need to carry them out.
   Policy nationwide on everyone;s files and records  is not to have any criminal investigation of missing paper or now digital records. Even head of IT at Social Security could not get OIG to investigate why my computer files were hacked into there which means every one's SSA records ae vulnerable.
    And now it the govt   contractors in defiance of Judges who say over and over and over get this or that processed and they just ignore them and who has the power to do that in this world.? Those that run the world? .
        I talked to HHS offices officials today to find out if truly I have to do a false claims to get the stolen monies back for Medicare since the govt is unable to stop the thefts inside the partners of Medicare and I found employees who still don't know that govt contractors ae immune due to Congress. OIG for HHS Medicare does know and they are in a chaotic mess of over HR 1063 signed into law 1/11/13. as Emblem Health now has to sue it self for a few trillion dollars ( insider estimates ); my total stolen using my claims and id @$4 million they facilitated theft of   and still are doing this to help all those insures and health plans who illegally want Medicare  to pay the bills that they are supposed to  pay and legally bound to pay right now.
         No one seems to  know at HHS CMS what's going on one with the law and people are being harmed over the fraud as changing diagnosis codes means even more deadly outcomes as that's your medical history to direct treameetn especially in er's today and its not under HIPPAA and even your doctor can't get it corrected. when your doctor should easily use his or her password or pin and get it done.
     This scam of Hillarycare and that's  what we really finally will have next year as it  skims the monies into layers of govt contractors that are not needed in this High tech era. That's what all this elaborate redoing  of system  of thousands of diagnosis codes is about although some have joked about it .
      The doctor really is supposed to hold the power with his or her hand on the system. What is needed is real internal auditors which should be a highly trained and skilled group to detect anomalies that would indicate something amiss.
 So in some ways the future looks bright, but some seem to think they must steal the last bucks they can before some wake up and realize it and stop the illegal activity.
 The new Medicare report today looks better. Why wouldn't it since we don't have Trailblazers creating 17 claims out of one and whom got it after transferred to the Federal Reserve to send on?Its going where? FED?
         If HHS medicare and US Justice Dept will not help we may be in court  by next year trying to single handed without any legal help stopping the flood gates of monies owed back to the govt. What most patients don't realize is the stolen monies is a legal liability against tha patient as congress says we are the criminal enforcers and collectors of the monies. Congress didn't tell you that , did they? and ther are no waivers any more as SSA has never implemented ther 2005 agreement to take and process them and CMS doesn't do them. And if we lose because we don't know all the nuances of the laws and procedures, everyone will be harmed as someone else will have to spend years, etc doing the investigations and compiling the evidence as we have had to do to stay alive.(This kind of waiver is "against equity and good conscience" and one doesn't  give personal financial info. Its more like one gets with a stolen credit card from the credit card company.)
       HR 1063 is supposed to put this back on the govt to enforce the laws of the govt and not 50 million medicare patients having to do this.themselves because Congress said the govt can't enforce the laws  any more. This is a deadly and harmful, bizarre and 'end times lawlessness' at its worse if one wishes to speak in religions terms.And we have allowed our elected officials  to get us into this mess. We voted for them, most didn't even bother to vote and maybe we are now living with the fact that in any kind of a democracy where the propel are suppose do hold the power, the least they are to do is vote. The few who do not for conscience reasons, please pray or think good thoughts  as we try to vote for those who will change this path of destruction we are on to the path of renewal and peace..
And if a little Fung Sui can help, by cleaning out a treasure room....  Amen! Good thoughts and prayers go with everyone. especially or neighbors in Oklahoma and  elsewhere who are dealing with the storms.
                                     CLARIFICATIONS
                Someone misunderstood and thought my Dad Rev Tracy Hardy taught at Washburn University in Topeka Ks. Although he was a highly educated man, he did not have the needed formal degrees to be able to do that. He did work there from @1952 through Spring of 1963.
Washburn University was under the City of Topeka Ks and he was deputised as Campus security. And considered an extension of City law enforcement. Would be similar, but not the same as a Transit Cop might be in New York City.
     He also was in charge of the Golf course, but  did not teach golf. He spent a lot of his time on a tractor mowing the fare ways and had gone to school in McPherson and worked for the country club there and knew how to take care of a golf course and what kinds of grasses grew etc. Washburn University won an award for the most beautiful landscaping while he was in charge of this.
Knowledge in our society does not always put one in the role of a formal teacher without those degrees.
He often said that when he and mother got married they should have gone to Denver and both of them got more formal education. but he didn't.
Our whole educational system needs to be rethought. One local community college is now allowing even HS freshman to take courses and there is something wrong when a HS graduate is not trained for an entry level job in the field of their interest. With  college education  available on line today for furthering ones education, one can study and work and not end up straddled with big loan debts and while they are working they are gaining   practical knowledge of the field of interest along with the  formal education.
        It starts with no one should be leaving  the 8th grade who doesn't have a good mastery of the basics. This is a catastrophe that started, it seems with Pres Nixon's;s council on education tat met and started us down the wrong path decades ago and a whole generation's education experiment is a big failure for most students. even those  who have the knowledge make a living until they get the more formal advanced degrees, etc.
      We have to rethink things for the future. Its our tax dollars that are being used and we have a right to end up with a HS graduate who has mastered the basics and can step out and  get a job in the field of interest and those who wish to go on further in a field can do so. The future bio researcher to find a cure for cancer or some other dreadful deasease could at least leave HS qualified to be a lab technician, etc.
Allowing a blending of community college and HS allows one to go forward in the fields of interest and ability and take the other courses at a slower pace. It needs to happen and the future looks  good if something like this is done for all.
