                   Didn't get Precap done this AM. Scripture for the day was  Judges Chapter 2 The Lord( Yahuah , Yahusha, Ruah whom Christians call  Christ Jesus) will never break the covenant. but the people can choose to break it and turn away and over history time and again believers have done just that and done horrible things and find themselves in terrible situations due to it. Due to their own bad choices. Rewriting history doesn't help it only makes things worse as we too easily forget to not do things that harm our spiritual well being an the physical well bong of ourselves, others and of Creation   it self.
         Common sense eludes us sometimes. Heard that we have more nuclear waste leaking out in Hanford Washington. When the talk of nuclear power started and at the same time the talk was no one knew what to do with the waste, I had reservations about it. All the 'experts' in power said humanity would figure it out, but  no one talked any more over the years about doing anything to solve a problem that was inevitable. Now we need all the knowledge that never got done. Will we ever learn?
                                        SSA IS SECURE : But SYSTEMS HACKED
                               A couple of weeks ago I got a decision ( from SSA) entitling me to Medicare Part B as of 7/1/13 and the premiums amount. Someone had made a decision that I was retired. and no mention of the pending appeals and requests and where the info came from which I don't think anything was done but a computer generated general enrollment period was not hacked into and stopped this year on me as it was last year.. Yes, Comm astrue is not in charge as he has been when a lot of records in the system and paper files of mine went missing including my personnel file after telling a lie to  the workers comp liaison that I had retired and gotten a settlement and nothing was needed to be done on my files and they all followed the false orders. 
       So the system is not secure if the one in charge is allowed to go in and illegally and maliciously alter records. Is this why he is gone so abruptly. Did OIG contact the White House and put the Deputy Colvin in charge as acting until Congress can confirm someone who will not usurp people's rights?
 And there are appeal rights on the letter which were not there in prior ones so the new acting COMMISSIONER MUST BE TRYING TO TURN THINGS AROUND.I PRAY SO!. As any one who has read the numerous violations of civil rights pages 1 through 43 and other letters published on line to SSA, my employer one is aware that  there are  major problems .At least I got a  letter with appeal rights, but no mention of t two pending applications filed in 2013 and in 2012 never processed and also that fact there is a hearing pending on the entitlement factors and the Part B premiums are missing. since 2009 when someone did not code the software that there was an open Workers comp case with permanent medical benefits in a very secured system at US Dept of  Labor and at the time benefits should have been reinstated as the appellate Judges over turned the falsified 1998 decision trying to say I did not return to work in 1990 when I did and almost died several times as nothing promised was done and EEOC had sanctions against Sec of HHS Donna Shalala over her cruelty and decimation of my  civil rights. 
       This was an established case already and someone in the Dallas regional office, E Martin Walker the regional commissioner laughed at Doyle and I and said he took the records out of  my file shoving I returned to work, etc. and the conclusion  has been horrific. For almost 25 years there has been no security on any govt file of mine paper or digital in any agency  since I was the only NOT turned away from the hospitals in Jersey City on orders of the highest levels of our govt-  cover up major felonies and a matter of national security which Pres Bush 41 put on this as he was aware a former cia asset had gone rogue and began the long process of al queda declaring war on the USA?
      I've written about this in prior writings and on 9/11/2012  in Daily recap as 9/11/01 began in our office in Jersey City and 90 Social security employees under  Health and Human Services became 'collateral damage for billionaires and the international cabal. In the hospital, the wrong employer got put on my chart and I got all the tests run to prove toxic fumes and as near death being prepared for admission when they diagnosis was made and the state of NJ health report had to be filed and they found out I was HHS-SSA and was sent home to die as the orders were NO RIGHT OF LIFE FOR 90 of us.
Rushed back to another hospital and admitted and the orders came down to get me out of the hospital LET THEM DIE was the order.THIS IS THE USA! NO INVESTIGATIONS ALLOWED AND CONGRESS did nothing except Cong Dan Burton who  was stopped from continuing the hearing to impeach Pres Clinton which stopped the exposure of real genocidal crimes on going inside the govt.
        This is the bunch that will be in charge of  health care for all next year and its a long trail of dead bodies and abuses of power and no one in Congress is addressing it yet. One can't blame one president or another as every one over the last 40 years has let this occur and its grown into a coup d'etat which is almost in place.
 So I called today to verify if any of the pending appeals, etc were on the system to SSA 1-800 number and I was told they weren't and got hung up on. as far as any one at SSA seems to be  concerned out of sight out of mine, the system is secure she said. The evidence proves otherwise and the head of systems for SSA can't get the OIG director to do anything about it. If my appeals just disappear off the system even though they were sent via certified mail signed for or taken in and stamped as received and proof of filing received, (and witnesses said they were on there initially but no decision ever.) doesn't matter as throwing away the file 7 times means it is gone forever and no one has any rights. This is not the SSA I went to work for in 1968.  But I called back and got hung up on again. I was polite but I did assert myself and tryied to explain. No you have no rights! whatever the ones in charge of this world want is what it is
         Micorsoft has the contract for the software and maybe its time to contact them to inform them of their systems problems of the biggest database in the nation being documented and proven  is  NOT secure and hasn't been for a decade. When one files an appeal no one is able to go in and delete a record.according to the deputy Comm of systems months ago . Yet,  I wonder if the Commissioner of SSA isn't able to do this and its not known. But why would he or she?
     Many felony actions have been documented as coming directly from there over the last 25 years and comm Astrue contracted out to Lynn Blodgett at Acs-Xerox and he's been running around and lying about my status and files as he withholds judges orders and files in multiple agencies and the last time big big money on I and others were seen was at his accompany. S' I;m so angry at those who seem to have lost all sense of common sense and respect for others. This kind of behavior would have caused congressional investigations only a few decades ago.
A federal employee is not legally allowed to retire until federal workers comp gets them on permanent disability with them and I filed for this in 1996 and only have had that file disappeared multiple times.
NO HOMELAND SECURITY inside the govt and contractors who are immune as recent congressional hearings showed as no monies are allowed to be spent to investigate crimes of security. especially in a contractor.
 The constitution has been shredded. How did we get here?
                                   52 years ago three were murdered in Topeka Ks and nothing was done  much about that either. Nothing but a cover up. What has brought it to light is that its been unfinished business in my personal life and family and the president was a victim as unborn as his mother was also.
So a serious path got started long ago to decide who had a right for Justice and who did not when the  pledge of allegiance that many have dissed in recent years says JUSTICE FOR ALL.
ALL, not just the ones the elite in charge decide shoddily have it.and often that decision is part of a cover up to keep them out of jail
                       SITE OF THE MURDERS
         Ann told  my mother that she and her 'significant other were seated on the bank of Soldier Creek just as it went into the Kansas river when the mob attacked them after months of malicious harassment egged on by the bunch from Westboro Baptist church. Fred Phelps, pastor. Ann was able to get away and go for help. Three bodies went under the waters of the Kansas river and did not come up until over a year later when they washed up on a sand bar and one had a rope around his neck. It was supposed to be a triple lynching and POTUS unborn.
 I found a geologist report on line and linked Tito my sites just ahead of this today. The army corps of engineers was doing a re channeling oft Soldier Creek and the whole area ws 'under some kind of  restructuring.'  This did not get completed until  11/61. All part of a plan to prevent a flood like the one in 1951 that devastated the area.
        So three bodies must have been pushed and shoved around and why they didn't get caught in the undercurrents and float on down like so many of the rumored disappeared of Topeka Ks?. The area lived under a fear not unlike a third world country and its purpose was "TO KEEP EVERY ONE IN PLACE with the 'invisible boundareies' marked well. for those who lived there and knew. But woe too those who moved there from other parts of the nation and world and didn't know where their 'place' was supposed to be. Deadly results took place.
    If one looks on line there are no REPORTED lynchings in Kansas since 1922. emphasis on REPORTED. But a fight for survival ensued and the bodes went under the water and didn't get hung in the air. MURDERERS have gone free as the intent was deadly. and it was.
ITS why  the president of the USA grew up without a father and he was not told the Truth of his origins. as far as I am aware of due to  some kind of personal problems of his maternal grandmother. It caused the 'cultrual adoption' by Obama Sr who married a 7 month pregnant 15 year old  in Topeka , Ks as an honor to her father, Daniel Wayne Pope who had taken the ID of   Stanley Dunham to go to WWIIiat age 14 and marry and have Ann by 1945. So one lie and intrigue got compounded into another and isolated him from their extended family over the subterfuge, etc. It led to POTUS birth at Forbes air force base hospital and my parents were asked to intervene as the only paternal relatives in the area.
    Yesterday, there was confirmation from a member of the Phelps family, who left them; that Fred Phelps had gdnshp of a lot of teenagers and they would stop by and get money from him. But my parents were told the Phelps were relatives of ANN's mother? Who herself, doesn't seem to exist before 1944 and does Fred Phelps exist before then either? Its why eye witnesses are so crucial. They may only know a little part of the whole but they were there and they are  not a document that  can be faked when its a person saying I saw or heard this or that.. What others have to do is put that eyewitness testimony into the whole and context of the whole I've yet, in all of this over the last year, found any eye witnesses that contradicted each other when its taken in context of what was actually seen or heard.
    A lot of this could have been done if the Topeka State Journal now owned by Morris Publication would have assisted in getting the 5/62? article for me so I could  confirm the other two names who died and maybe contact thee families as they might still want some justice for their loved ones.
JUSTICE HAS NOT BEEN SERVED YET! and the search for truth and justice goes forth.
