Daily Recap and Precap 6/9/13:  DEADLY BUDGET CUTBACKS; PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS

She and her husband, Harold Fike  were the parents  of 9 natural born  children. Doyle was also in the pictures, too. Within one year my Dad had died, my only surviving sister had died and I was in the attack at work which should have killed me, but thanks to  Doyle who helped persist in getting care when it was being officially denied all 90 HHS- SSA federal employee(s as part of the "federal plan death panel) of us.many doctors who have treated me in spite of the obstructions over the years, I'm still here, although with a progressive disease. and under a still effective "Let her die order' being carried out by the govt contractors under their CEO Lynn Blodgett. So when I name him, its well documented what he's done and his predecessors before him and even in writing. So as all come under the federal plan for health care next yeas authored by Hillary Clinton  and the insurance liability industry back in '93, but rejected by the people but still  implemented in a step by step process over the last twenty years. Don't expect any batter than what has happened to me as its more pervasive and too many have died in what should be a felony murder but govt contractors were  given immunity from crimes by Congress and Congresses in the past forbid even an internal audit of what they do with the money and where people's constitutional and civil rights are being up held. They are not!
        I believe all should have health Care as a right of life. But this is not the bet and most efficient way to do it and purpose is not for that. Its a scam to steal the money and not use it for direct health care. Otherwise, all these layers of govt contractor 'death panels' as the federal plans have now; would not be even in the bill and the doctors would be in charge and bound  by something called medical treatment standards which is based on the most up to date science and usage and allows for individual applications of what is best for each patients as an individual.Based on science and not profits. But in the long run, being healthy as possible is cost effective. Common sense seems to elude those running things , now.
                                    DEADLY CUTBACKS
       There was another horrible shooting recently and it follows several others. And there are other things occurring that are not good. Many of those who have done these bad acts do have serous mental problems.
Most mentally ill are not dangerous to others. but they can become vulnerable and ensnared into group's and others acts that are not the best for them  nor for society.
Years ago, there was a lot of misunderstanding of causes and modern medicine has been able to come up with medications that do not just  'drug' the patients but actually get to the imbalances in brain chemistry. and more is being discovered and research is needed to do better in the field. as part of caring for each other to have each of us be as healthy as possible and cure illnesses and diseases and injuries.
         The liability industry successfully hides that some of these are injuries from their products that have contributed to many of the brain disorders and other illnesses in this world and people need to wake up to stop being  assaulted and murders of each of us over no control of an FDA that  doesn't work for health and well being of the people, but as a cover  upper for the chemical industry which has had a stranglehold over them way too long.
    In 1985 a US Supreme Court Case came out of Iowa and I knew the attorney and can't say more, but had met the patient in the case. It  mandated that the mentally ill no longer should be institutionalized if there could be services  outsides. Many just  turned the patients out and did little to set up the outpatient treatment programs. As a WHISTLE BLOWER, I  can say I saw too many with chronic mental illnesses released as 'cured'  which meant no follow up services would be needed. That's not the decision of the US Supreme Court. they said if services could be provided  as an outpatient and it was known then what those were and it included what became known as the Partial Hospital program services. group homes, apts houses with counselors on duty, etc.  I AM NOT A MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER  so any having problems please do ask for help from one of them. just added that in case some one reads this and gets the wrong idea. but I do have years of experience with the mentally ill.
         Often what is needed is is not seeing some one to talk to once a week etc. Often that is more for the average person who has some stresses or problems in their lives and needs to work through them. Although it may have a diagnosis attached its not the same thing. I am writing this with some expertise as having taken disability claims for many years and also knowing how easily the mentally ill can end up on the street if they don't have a support network to help them out. Even a simple thing as getting the paper work done to re certify them for a disability check or food stamps,etc. can be over whelming to them, And I have many times called and got the forms completed over the phone  so all they had to do was stop by and sign them or mail them back in the envelope provided. I've  witnessed some who cared less and just cut off their checks only to leave them stranded for weeks to get back  into the system and by that time with rent  not paid and food not bought, they are in real trouble and could end  up homeless. Many do not have a family member or friend to see these things get done.
        Another service is those family support groups where training is provided to those who have become even part time care givers. Many without this, just give up trying to help as they don't understand what  they need to do and how to do it. . It should be part of the general educational curriculum in this world, as often someone in ones life may need such assistance and it helps to know what can be done and what needs to be turned over to the experts, and they should be there according to that US Supreme court decision. but that part got ignored too often and is being ignored now with these DEADLY CUT BACKS.
   This is the reality of what its like. And some of them can end up involved in crimes when they end up homeless. just to survive and drugs are too available to entice them into that world, too.
    Many areas of the country at first set up and soon over the years became widely a part of the services nationwide -what is called the partial hospital program where patients can come for several hours in a day and learn the skills to survive in the everyday world. But its not like you  or I going to a cooking class. Its staffed by those who understand how to teach and then there is other counseling type services and group interactions and  much much more than one realizes occurs in these programs. Thee have been cut backs in recent years, but usually just less days or less hours,etc.
      The last thing any one needs in this society is more on the street that do not need to be there and too often ending up in the prison system as where else are they to go.
    The US Supreme court decision addressed this. It didn't jsut say turn them out , but turn them out to  provide what modern medicine and knowledge can do for the general welfare of society. We all pay the price when this is not done and our humanity says its to be done. Its in these programs, the experts know when someone needs to be institutionalized or needs more intense care to protect themselves or others.
     Many times, group homes are the answer, or apt houses where there are counselors on staff to monitor and assist to make sure medicines are being taken and they are taking care of themselves. and getting their food, etc. Again, this is a trained skill and special  people hired to do it.
          Earlier this year, not soon after the terrible incident the northeast elementary school, and questions being raised as why it happened and my only answer is someone needed professional help and don't get it and the systems in  place didn't work very well to see it was gotten.
     President Obama came out and made a public announcement and an executive order? saying that there would be cutbacks for living skills. DID HE KNOW WHAT HE WAS SIGNING?
WHAT GOT CUT ALL OVER THIS COUNTRY WAS THE PARTIAL HOSPITAL PROGRAM, COMPLETELY FOR THE MENTALLY ILL who were most at risk, Even mental health workers with masters degrees now found themselves homeless with no way to pay rent or mortgage payments.
 I  personally think we are see the DEADLY CONSEQUENCES  of that order by President Obama and I implore him to go back and study the past legal history of the laws, the US supreme court decision which came from Iowa in 1985 and the success fo the programs over the years. Even a special program so that school students can go for special help part of the day with specialized tutoring to be able to finish high school. Then with the more extensive govt contracting out of services, most sheltered work ships closed several years ago; so that those who could do some kinds of work and get paid by the piece found their jobs going to a govt contractor getting paid huge sums instead.
      Its like everything the professorials said worked for the better of society as a whole and to care for those most in need, has been cast aside as if an era a fascistic belief system has taken over and all life has little value.
Who decides in an era , like, this which humans have value and which don't? One can't, as all have value. Something is wrong when our elected officials say they care about life and people and morals, and then go and do just the opposite and act as if only those who can greedily get the big bucks to them in a govt contract or be able to not pay a fair amount of  taxes                 so they can amass more wealth when the money could have been used to help others. Seems as if we are losing our basic humanity of what it means to be human.
The main media never has covered this story at all  as to what has occurred.
              DAILY PRECAP
 I didn't get one rotten today.  The prophetic Scriptures for today was I Timothy Chapter 3. It gives some moral qualities one should have for spiritual leadership.   Sometimes the obvious, needs to be repeated as a reminder. I pray we elect in the secular govt such people of good moral character, also.  Then it ends with a a "mystery of godliness."
Verse 16  " God ( Yahuah, Yahusha, Ruah; whom Christians call Christ Jesus) was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the spirit, seen by angels, Preached among the gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory."
 May our leaders ponder the general wisdom of these words and do what is best for each one of us in this world. Common sense needs to prevail and don't forget JUSTICE FOR ALL needs to occur. whether it  be someone struggling for health care now, or justice for three dead in the Kansas river from 3/61 and why isn't the President of the USA asking for justice for them, when one of them is 99% sure his real Dad and the reason he grew up with out one.
For non Christians , this is a basic belief of Christianity as to who or what Christ was. And its also a belief of most world religions that each human being has value and the weaker among us, must be looked out for. Its an innate part of being human to love one another. War, hatred, destruction  is not what we are to be doing.
