          Guess the "Cloud" is having a tantrum to day for being found out its not so invisible to all those in the govt any more whose curiosity is invading the privacy rights of everyone, to catch one bad apple in the mix of of the rest of us.
I've had horrible time today on line with pop ups  which shouldn't; be occurring and disrupting even being able to finish something, etc. I don't; mind those at the side( except porn) as its the only way to have a free Internet,  after paying for the service provider, etc.) but I do mind when it blocs the info one is writing or pops up and won't get off until one just logs off and starts over. and pop  up preventer doesn't seem to be working too well against it all.
    I was just in a chat room with a face book friend, Carmen and sharing some things, and she was sharing some history she knew of and the next thing I know I couldn't respond and answer her. so I am letting her know here: I am  very interested in family histories. Its part of the whole of history and those personal family histories,put in the context of the times and eras,makes history come alive. And it also shows not knowing for sure who one is more common than one realizes.
 The modern era with folks almost all born in hospitals and documents carefully put in order with the govts means most should know who they are.Even DNA can be used to find out who they originated from.
  Hopefully, I can get this posted without interruption. I was on face book chat when this occurred and am sharing this much of our conversation as I wanted her to know I didn't just 'log off and ignore her.! Many like, her and others do have a story to tell and its often very unique. Course the govt knows all about it so ask them what she said. She shared nothing of in any interest to any govt entity so curiosity would be the only reason to eavesdrop.   I don't wish to share more than that, its hers to share as she chooses.. That's why we have privacy rights, or we used to . .
     But if one looks into there own extended history, there is a lot to be shared. It makes the history of the times come alive for me as it puts a unique human  faces on eras and times. The way it was and really is in this world.

    Another face book friend was having problems, also today with face book and made a joke of maybe they were upgrading. I initially began posting the Daily Recap on face book nd then linking t back to my other sites and its was horrible trying to spell check as it took forever time wise and didn't always work well and sometimes the whole posting would get lost. and I switched to using Blogger.com first then linking.  If any one finds more of those postings missing as some went missing in their last up grading to system, let me know, I could post on Flickr.
         ABC spell check isn't the best as my problems with spelling are more typos and sight and sometimes I don't spell 'The' right and the suggestion doesn't even give that option which seems odd for one of the most common words in English. Nor can one add in a word so its in the memory
 My expectations of privacy stopped existing at a very early age that someone would be spying , if only out of curiosity.
   We are watched first by our loved ones and caregivers from birth on and then those who see us expand into the general places of our lives like school, work, shopping malls, etc. and more and more one is on camera most of the time and that footage is stored in memories of systems to be pulled out with the click of a computer keyboard or Laptop., etc. with everything going in to a big 'cloud' soon. One mighty electronic air wave entity will be all knowing 'machine'. Almost as ALL Knowing as our Creator, but hopefully the 'Cloud' will not begin to think for itself and think it is the ruler of the world and creator of the all!
          One thing that's becoming very clear in all the investigations of POTUS's bio is that a lot of people don't really know who they are and sometimes not even where they were born just a few decades ago. If one is lied to , for what ever reason, one may have  no way of gettng to the truth. And as I well know, babies have memories and often what is told, doesn't 'jibe' with what is being told and its gets 'archived' away until something occurs that brings it all out to the forefront and has to be dealth with.
        By that time, many of those who do know the truth have passed on to heaven and are not here to share. or in case of POTUS, in a political furor over his origins going on. No one cares to listen to a real eye witness and few have been permitted to really share what they know. With the big money bieng made by those who really don't know what they are talking about or any part of it all.and making up things or wild speculations and rumors and gossip is spewed out and causes difficulty for the truth to shine through in all of it.
          We had rainand more rain here. Got out into the mud to pick green beans and its still cool enough that part of the snow peas are still trying to produce and still getting a few. But in another month, its usually very hot here and wonder if we are going to have summer at all?  Transplanted a pot of basil into other pots as it was getting root bound. Doyle's tomatoes in containers look good and mine are growing well and looking forward to some fresh tomatoes one of these days.
                 PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES.  I didn't get a precap written this AM.We had a real scramble getitng an oxygen tank filed for me before the weekend. Lincare won't believe me that its all covered by health plans and it would be 100% covered if they would just send in the claims. Instead, with our Son and now Doyle taking over the empty tank as they are too heavy for him when filled  one weighs about 180 lbs, its only reimbursed at 60% as no supplier and I really don't understand them. Even CMS came out with a memo recently saying  one doesn't have to be constantly re certified by running expensive tests. Once one is approved for life and that happened years ago on me.That memo came out about a month ago. One of the most common sense things being done as really no need to redo this over and over. Just code it on the system and all one needs is the new prescription each year after the first three month's or 6.. All this bureaucracy is just not needed if the health Care plans and insurance will keep up with modern medical knowledge.  Once one is diagnosed with certain conditions, its known what is the treatment and in 2005, Dr McClellan who was director of medicare then, got some guidelines done,  then he left and none has followed them since and many have suffered and died prematurely over it. as well as lot of expensive tests and harm done and time consumed, etc.  Suppliers haven't even known what the guidelines were in recent years, In my attempt to get Medicare to recover the monies they paid for oxygen from Federal workers comp; first Administrative law Judges nd then the appellate judge on M09-1406 affirmed I was approved for home oxygen first then went on and said the patient has to go get the government's money back for it as the govt no longer could collect its  debts  owed to it by other entities and ignored the 1981 law as Sec of HHS Donna Shalala suspended enforcement of back in 1994 and told the insurance industry be nice, we won't bother you and they went right out and started the systematic theft of medicare in one scheme after another to get Medicare to be the primary payer when it legally was not.
So HR 1063 solves that and adds fines of $1000 day a day for not obeying it and it was signed 1/11/13 by POTUS and  no one one seems to know anything about it and sits down and lets the medicare trust fund be stolen as Medicare can pay as a safety net , but only if its coded for conditional payment and then a collection letter goes to the primary payer to pay Medicare back. Its been 20 years since this has been routinely done and Dallas region seem not to know what it even is to do or how to do it and doctors  rightfully whine about cuts in payments and Congress whines about medicare going broke and this year seemed a little better since trailblazers wasn't creating 17 claims out of one in the Dallas region and who knows where else and getting by with major organized crime theft. Only stopped by Temporary director Don Berwick MD not renewing the contract with them But I don't know what's occurring elsewhere but soon will be finding out in a nother month. And a whole new round of appeals doing on. ' I do know the theft is on going at Novatis as its allowing  Medicare  paying Doyle's and another dependents bills primary and its not primary and doesn't post that way from the US Dept of Labor, either  due to my status and my employer group health  plan is primary for them and will continue to be until Lynn Blodgett CEO of the world  (ACS-Xerox et al ) decides to allow my file to be posted and reconstructed as Judges ordered done and ordered and ordered,,, and claims paid, but he's in charge now and not the president or nay one else and he ignores Judges and even requests for recovery from Medicare now and on no one can do any thing as Congress says they can break the laws and get by with it. The most stupid law Congress ever passed was to say govt contractors are not equal before the law as any other entity or person. COUP D'TAT!!
    Prophetic Scripture for the day was Ezekiel Chapter 8 and will only do  a short discussion. What I noticed were the abominations in the temple that were listed: In secret the priesthood was worshiping a god of darkness and apparently using snakes in the ceremony and other creeping things.. sounds like a satanist movie.. Then women were crying over  Tmmuz, this is the worship of Molech where babies are sacrificed and how in the world was this ever allowed to happen in such a sacred place?  They were also coming and worshipping the sun, too as they did in Egypt. And it ends with the Lord ( Yahuah, Yahusha, Ruah) whom Christians call Christ Jesus) saying that he wasn't pleased and said that he was not going to pity them when they cried out for help  " I won't hear them"
Problem is we are repeating these behaviors today in our places of worship and in society at large. And we wonder why we are living in such violent times and peace and harmony aren't in the world. Maybe we need to look to our spiritual cores and see if our worship of the Divine is good or if its been allowed to be perverted into something that promotes death and destruction instead of peace and love. It all starts within each of us and whether we worship a deity of life and love or one of death and destruction as our free will allows us to have the choice.  And we do have to ask for accountability from our places of worship as well as from those in positions of authority in our govts and in our corporate giants whose god seems not to be a good one.
