43. I President Obama s Great Great Aunt Grace ( Hardy ) Hackett. the youngest of the 5 siblings. and her husband Bill Hackett. I'm guessing the photo is from late 1970's. They bought out the other siblings when her Dad Great Great Great Grandpa Hardy  died  in 1933and farmed on the home place as well as added more. They had done quite well as had gotten into irrigation.
44. My Dad, Rev Tracy Hardy with his sister Grace ( Hardy Hackett) about 1984.
She is seated at the piano. All of my Aunts were accomplished pianists. and Aunt Grace had taught her children how to play. Its been part of e the education to learn how to ply and I met Stanley Ann for the first time in the summer of 1958  after she had moved to Topeka ks to stay with Fred Phelps at Westboro Baptist to go to school at her piano teachers, as I was looking for a new teacher as mine had retired. She introduced herself as Ann Dunham and we had no idea we were second cousins. Any time my mother met someone  and she knew some one with the same last name, she'd always asked if they were related and I got into the habit early.
She was going to be attending Capper Jr HS and I was already attending Boswell Jr HS.
My Dad had been allowed to not study piano as he thought it was only for girls, but later on admitted he wished he's learned. But his daughters all studied music and played the piano. It was just considered something to learn along with math and reading,etc.Mom had started taking lessons from her Mother -in- law before she died in the mid 1920's  on the small organ she had. and was still in the house in 1953 when we visited. and Mom taught her how to bake a pie and Mm said she came over one day with a pie she had baked. She didn't know how to do some of the things 'everyone'  else did about cooking and canning.  The whole community 'wondered' who were these people who seemed to have always have others do things for them.
                                            PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES
I realize that some that read this newsletter are not Christians and I only ask you ponder the general wisdom in some of the scriptures , or you may just skip it as its your free will to read or not.
For several years, I've just opened the Bible in the morning and read the Chapter that it opened to I annotate the chapter with the date and if one comes to our home for Bible study and need to borrow a Bible, that;s what the dates are in it. After all chapters have a date, a new Bible is chosen.  For personal use m the New King James is usually read, but one should study many versions if one is doing serious study as its a translation from the original languages.
Today's Chapter was: Acts Chapter 11 and the verse that had special meaning for me today was:
Verse 9"...what  God ( Yahuah, Yahusha, Ruah) has cleansed you must not call common.
All of creation is special  and good.
                                                      REMEMBERING;
have been gong though tubs of old records of ours and my late parents and have so much to file on other matters to stay alive and in this corrupted mess with files and documents of ours going missing all over and and WHY DOES LYNN BLODGETT 'HATE' ME SO MUCH THAT HE WILL NOT POST MY FILE FOR OVER  DECADE SO BILLS CAN GET PAID AND DISAPPEARING  APPELLATE JUDGES RULING S THAT SAY LISTEN TO ME AND LET ME RECONSTRUCT THE FILES SO ITEMS CAN GET PAID AND WORKED.
Ms Carter , my claims examiner in Dallas doesn';t even know I  answered the last appeal timely over a year ago and followed up via certified mail last fall as she doesn't have it. 'You' signed or it in London Ky. How can any one have any human rights , when the person who is supposed to work the case doesn't have access to what has been filed. That's why the last appellate judge panel, after getting this over and over due to disappeared files for the last 24+ years said, Ask me for the facts of the case and obviously I returned to work in 1990. EEOC sanctions against Sec of HHS  Donna Shalala. our boss then, for her orders to almost cost me my life several times. . But she doesn't know anything   as you have not let her see the 2/09 orders, she said or anything else to do her job. She has no idea how to even set up the file, as 'you. ACS are contracted to do it and have not done so for over a decade since you took over and followed the orders on me from  o a convicted criminal in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal.

 You are demonstrating so well how there is no constitutional rights for any one with this cabal running the world. I am pleading with you for mercy and justice to do what is right and legal and passing on lies about the facts of the case after the three judge appellate board at US Dept of labor said to ask me as no one Else has a clue what is going  with several sets of the file disappeared and remember YOU HAVE 14 YEARS OF oxygen claims not input as your manager said you are ordered to LET ME DIE and to input them, they would be paid and the 'gig would be up and you'd have to pay all my bills. Isn't that what is to happen when one has permanent medical benefits. HR 1063 signed by Pres Obama on 1/11/13 says you are to stop the games and set this up and get things paid as ordered by that law or get fined a $1000 a day.  Others are running around pointing that this or that person is the Antichrist, If this is not the Antichrist spirit what is? My prayers for you go forth daily and  are for justice and mercy, please. And for you to have the courage, even with your high position to stand up to this evil.
                                Sorry for the Digression, but sometimes the evil my family and I are facing is jut too much to not speak out to those doing harm and Affiliated Computer services, a Xerox Corporation does get a copy of this Daily recap via e-mail Its a due process to let them know they should be caring about human rights as each one of them is a human being. As the scripture says  this world was 'cleansed' in Noah's Flood and each of us should be treated fairly and with dignity for if one is denied , you may be also  by the same entity that cares little for  the goodness or for any of this creation.

         I've remembered things in bits and pieces and have not shared some of this until it could be put in context or time, etc.
 I now understand why I did not associate one conversation in to one by my Dad.
After my parents had taken gdnshp of Ann, Dad came home one evening from work and walked in the door saying: Dan called me at work and they came and got  me somewhere out on Washburn Campus to come to the phone and talk with him. Dan is my first cousin, Daniel Wayne Pope who assumed the ID of Stanley Dunham to go to WWII and got in at age 14. and was career military and why Ann had  military health care for free at Forbes Air Force Base Hospital.
He said this bit while standing and reaching into the refrigerator to get his snack before driving out to do farm chores..
Then Mom and he sat down to talk  ( second scene)and that's when Dad said: There is a man who wants to stay in the USA and Mom was to ask Ann if she would marry him. Mom didn't look very pleased to be asked to do this. But she did agree to convey the message.
 I am very gladdened to have these two pieces of info put into a whole, now. And , one may not think as I do, but I think by associating and the act of his speaking while doing something else , then finishing the conversation with Mom seated at the Dining room  table  in a more serious tone. ' Other things like this are being put together into a whole after 52 years. Its a long time when this only lasted a few months and I went on to live my own life and all the things one does in that. I should have kept contact and done more, but someone seemed to be giving orders for me not to be directly involved and I don't think it was my parents as Dad did share things , Mom didn't much. My parents didn't realize I knew her. I'd forgotten after Hearing Fred Phelps racist sermon when Mom came out with the gdnshp papers saying Stanley Ann Dunham instead of Pope on them.
My parents were asked to step into a real terrible mess and it wasn't just to help to a pregnant girl  in the family, it was fear and murder and bad people and years of hiding identify over other fears as I've been writing about. Murderers have gone free as no one  wanted to talk and the possible suspects are still causing hateful problems for others.
Orly Taitz misquoted me a couple of days ago and I hadn't realized it  until I did a Google search.
I'm after truth and Justice where ever it leads  and others don't seem to want to know the Truth if it doesn't fit their agenda. Hate can be a horrible thing if that is the motivation.
Western Journalism had an article about some info that he had an Indonesian adoption and revoked citizenship which is not any  new supposition. I responded that it makes the TOPEKA KANSAS birth certificate all that more important. Hate and ire is clouding the issues of these all being legal matters and things have to be done when its legal If this is true, then the Kansas Birth certificate would be under the adoptive name, Barry Soetoro? and would be stamped NOT FOR CITIZENSHIP PURPOSES and usually a notation on the back to the US State Dept number for the revocation.
My information is that there may have been a grandparent adoption even though he lived with his mother and then he would have returned to USA in 1/71on his grandmother's passport as her legally adopted son. This not uncommon to happen for many reasons.
And her passport is under Marilyn Pope? not Madelyn Dunham and the Kansas record would show Daniel Wayne Pope and Marilyn as new parents.
Orly Taitz has had a judge waiting in Topeka Ks since 9/22 to ask for the court order. Eye witnesses do have some value in this nation. I'm available but so are newspaper archives, etc and all kinds of records in Topeka ks and no one seems to understand that you are in civil courts and not prosecutors and you have to prove the case. Get the original records. and its all in Topeka ks and I'm believing  you are going to unravel murder cases getting solved and all kinds of secret CIA stuff at Mennigner's and many other things that rumors persisted and even Sirhan Sirhan wants a new trial and it may get unraveled back in Topeka ks before this is  over..
Somehow its all interwoven in some way  even if not directly. Evil is going to get over come and it may not be what one is expecting to learn. I want answers to all the questions I have never had answered , too.
It was heartwarming to me to retain faith in my Dad. I just couldn't fathom him finding some guy  and arranging a marriage. Obama Sr was  someone Ann's own Father knew. and I had read some time ago of Obama Sr workig with Dan in a miliatry relief operation in Africa. which seems to have more credence than him being in Hawaii in 1959, unless it was part of some military operation.
 In 1959, Ann was in Topeka Ks at Capper Jr HS as I saw her when we went over to play Capper in Football and she participated in the half time ceremonies. The president's Dad was playing on the Boswell team. What most of us were not aware of , is that were  making history as sports teams had been segregated and the Topeka Schools, after Brown vs Board of education, began integrating the Jr HS teams and He was part of that, and then on to HS
. Our Jr HS's included 9Th grade. Is that where Ann and he first met? She saw him play?
   Orly Taitz says I'm a liar a week ago, but she posted a request for help for some information and I will share what I remember and I did find my 1986 Social Security Hand book. Again, I'm going on memory, but there is  an SSA Library in Baltimore that contains the history of SSA, etc and one can call and see if the dates she wants can be gleaned. After Comm Astrue got through the last 7 years of disappearing my files and computer files hacked into for a decade, hopefully they still have the records she wants.
    She asked questions about SSN's. In 1974 SSA began administering the SSI low income program for the Aged , Blind and disabled. We had a year to get all the state records coverted over to the new Federal program  from the welfare programs in the states. Many had no SSN, and we were going to a computerized system and everyone had to have one. A quick method was used. and its the reason none will have a social security card with a number starting with 9. We arbitrarily assiged a 900+ number to do the conversion. then ssn's had to be gotten. I recall about this time is when evidence was going to be needed and everyone in our office, grabbed SS-5;s and filled them out for our children so we didn't have the hassle of locating documents. Prior to then, no evidence was needed if one was under 18 and nothing seemed suspicious about the application. I did this for  our children as we had not gotten them numbers yet. It was about the same time.
 Some who get a copy of their records might find a 900 number archived on it a for the era if they were listed as a dependent on someones records that was converted. Some states had this for dependent categories. Of course, in Nebraska some county workers had gotten over zealous and padded the roles and some  pigs and cows got cover ted too and they were not issued ssn's as one does have to be a human to get one.
It was about this time that if one was a dependent on a benefit application we started getting the SS-5s for a number , too. I don't have the exact dates.
Much of this history used to be in our paper manuals which were many volumes and each of had a set.
When this was converted to web sites in 1992 and I was in one of the test offices for what we now know as Windows as Microsoft made a deal to let us  test his software in exchange for our new computer systems,much of this is not available look up  any more? Worse of all is some categories of  more obscure benefits had disappeared too so they never get them as newer employees since don't know about them..
Prior to them taking over, SSA trained its own computer programmers internally and I'd taken the test and made an A on it that indicate I had the aptitude to learn. An inside' joke' at  SSA then  was that if one wanted to know anything about the SSA laws, ask the programmers , they knew.
No one wants to know anything any more and I have a hearing file and missing Part B Medicare premiums as I know the history  that the programmers interpreted the law, one way and some officer another and its never been in front of even an administrative law  judge for almost 30 years for a legal ruling, yet. And someone seems to not want that to occur, either. I have the case pending if any one wants to allow a ruling after all this time and over the years has caused a lot of problems for injured federal workers and others involved with some state workers comp. Yet no one filed an appeal that I am aware of and no one showed me a ruling either when I filed in 8/09 and the hearing is legally pending although' Lynn Blodgett' took it out of the  SSA Hearing Office to 'diigtize it'? and its disappeared for good as other files in many agencies, also.
Probably has disappeared in the same as  in the same govt contractor as for all those other missing records like Stanley Ann's passport records? There is a very common interlocking  on this  throughout the govt in h the hand of its contractors accountable to none and many are not even aware of things happening as their own files disappear, too..
 As for passports, its  an 'experienced guess' that it was also after 1/71 that every one had to have an ssn for one, too.
Since 1968, I'd conducted those interviews with someone 18 or older who had no ssn to 'grill' then to find out if someone had filed for them and they didn't know it. and get them a duplicate of the original.
 Pay no heed to age on an SS-5 from before the mid 70's as no proof was needed and if one looks at some of them their is no penalty clause one signed under. It was not a crrme to lie on the form. Many did lie  to go to work when too young.  thinking we could tell an employer what was on the card and we couldn't do to confidentiality of their records. Later, when they filed for beneifts, we had to take a stement of why the differnce in the age. I've wrtten the same sentence about  thsi many times over.
