 By now some may have followed my many clues as to the name of the father of the President Is. And there are some law enforcement and attorneys who are working on this mystery of who is in the White house who have been told in witting or verbally by me.
 Currently the 1961 yearbook for Topeka HS, The Sunflower (as of a few hours ago) Had the two young men with  the last name and similar first names in the yearbook. One has his picture with the Senior individual pictures  and has the more formal version of the name under the picture. There is a section where all senior listed their activities over the 3 years of school. This is a mixing of both young men's activities and the name on it is the shortened version of the name. Classmates or whoever owns this site?  just can't stop trying to 'fix' things and maybe they are thoroughly getting confused themselves.?
BUT DIDN'T THE OLDER ONE WITH THE SIMILAR FIRST NAME GRADUATE AS A SENIOR IN 1960? What is he still doing in the 1961 yearbook?
In some places in the pages  the older one is shown in pictures doing things with the shorter version of the name and its the Senior who is there. And the older one is with the Choir. And Neither is in the Boys Glee Club.

One would not be in two singing groups unless it was Choir and Madrigals or one of the smaller special Groups which practices before or after school ofr specific performance times.
The curriculum was organized so one just couldn't take only fine arts and get through. one had to take a full list of other kinds of scholastic courses. It was weighed against those in the fine arts even though many of us, like me spent  a lot of time taking private lessons in voice and piano and others played other musical instruments.
The times meant we were in a space race against the Russians an Sputnik and math an science got a lot of attention and the curriculum was designed that any one with any special ability in those fields was going to get exposure and the rest of us would have a modicum of understanding of the  subjects.  Even at graduation when it came to who  got highest honors, etc. An A in Choir did not count as much as an A in Chemistry. Choir got 3/4Th of the points instead of full.  So those high school honors don't always reflect what the grades were, especially if one was more in the arts or in my case the arts and the social sciences which did  count more , too..

 Madrigals did not get credit. I was in it for two years and no credit for the several performances a week with the money contributions to the music dept our performances gathered. Let alone needing all the formals Short and long plus transportation when performances were not on school time and one had to be there.
My mother was an expert sewer so  My wardrobe was adequate and better than many in the group because of it And she had made me a Short evening coat from a material one can't even get any more, which was an imitation of unborn lambs coat which. was very popular at the time and Mom had made my older sister one from it, and had some material left to make me one, too.
 The President's  Dad was not in the 1961 yearbook and he still isn't except some of his activities are listed with the older student. and the Dad's name is now on the older student's other pictures.

Classmates Inc, or whoever you are. The Pres's Dad was written out of the history of the school. and wasn't even in the 1961  yearbook?  If any one still has theirs from 1961, could you please post the following picture's:  the  Varsity Football team, student council, and Choir and Boys Glee club that include males
I also noticed some additions to the activities listed which included the   Dad under Senior activities of he older who graduated in 1960?????  Is everyone thoroughly confused over the last few days? Even Classmates, Inc or owners doing this must be too.
Lying is a tricky business and lying or alterations of the facts can get so convoluted the liars can't keep things straight.
So much so that 4 version of the long form Hawaii birth certificate have now been submitted to the Alabama court hearing  on Larry Klayman's appeal. Source: Before Its News
 Forgive me Orly Taitz if that is one of yours. So many going on. .
 From my years of experience around these kinds of documents and the fact there could not be a real long form birth record from Hawaii when  he wasn't born there, indicates to me that the only thing he may have ever had was the Hawaii Notice of birth and the Newspaper birth announcements which were generated by phone calls in those years and the long form certified copy came after the signed original arrived from the hospital which didn't happen. He got on the list at the receptionists desk or wherever the clip board was kept if someone added a baby that wasn't born there. A lie got spread out  and no document ever followed? .
That's my expert testimony on the matter, and I still am asking all of you to check for a law enforcement criminal  file from 1961 on whether what I just said, did occur and caused some tightening of how things were done in Hawaii. Sometimes the history behind legislation comes from incidents that expose a weakness in the way things are done and the law is a corrective action to prevent such things ever happening again like this scenario.
Over the next few years more and more of the babies born around or soon after Hawaii statehood in 1959 and before their state laws got changed on this in 1962? may find they have to produce moe than a birth certificate when filing for their social security and any other benefits requiring proof of age and citizenship.
If one was only in the country a short time before leaving for Indonesia on a parents passport then having secondary evidence in the USA might be non existent for one born in Hawaii at that time
 So why did his immediate family never tell him about his Topeka Ks birth at least after he became an adult and needed to get his legal paperwork in order for life?
The journey for truth and justice continues and Facebook friends out there the job is too big for those in charge of such things in govt offices so  apparently  we, the people  of face book will do it!

 THE KEY IS TOPEKA KS; WHERE THE REAL BIRTH RECORD ORGINATED1

 In 1994, Ron Thornburgh, Republican  was elected Sec of State of Kansas  and he was reelected several times, He was on duty in 2008 when Pres Obama filed the first ballot applications and allegedly submitted something for a birth record form Hawaii and allegedly a phony social security number.  But no investigation has been located on line which I've been made aware of yet.
There was some changes on voter registration done under his watch and he contracted out a job to do this to NIC. Inc which does software for many states and  inside the federal govt. He also got an award from MIT for updating the technology.
Abruptly in 2010 he resigned without finishing his term and gets a job created as Vice President in this Stock Market company with corporate headquarter in Olathe Kansas, i e  greater Kansas City. to run the Elections software section. This company also has the govt contract for the Federal Election Commission.
An interim appt was made by the Gov and then there was an election and Kris Kobach from Kaunas City became the new Sec of State.
He is well known for many of the more strict voter registration laws as well as more strict immigration laws.which he has been given credit. for writing.. Some of these go beyond what I, personally would want to see passed. But, many have agreed with him and there is no doubt we have upward of even over 20 million or more, in the USA who have trespassed in and should have been politely told to go home soon after they arrived. unless they met  the criteria of certain laws to stay her .The wealthy and powerful in their own greed for cheap labor ,etc have allowed this to happen after the 1988 amnesty law and doing little to close the borders  from a flood of persons trespassing in.
I use the term trespasser as that is what they are. and if one does not tel la trespasser to leave  or make provisions for them to legally stay they become 'squaters' with squatters right, usually after 7 years. when one is speaking of property rights which the USA belongs to the people of the USA and individuals and entities hold deeds to the rights to parts of the whole.
Caught in our own ignoring of the laws. Even the laws that were passed such as the forerunner of e verify was initiated and I even took the calls from employers at social security to check if name and number matched and it was decided to just not do it? Never given th reason, we assumed they didn't wat to hire more people art Social Security to answer the phones? Considering the astronomical cost we now have taking care of any one that just decides to come and no one asks them to leave and go home it would have been a very cheap thing to do, to carry out the laws that Congress passed which is what 3 presidents decided not to do.
There is a reason the constitution says the President is to carry out the laws of congress. Laws are usually passed because there is a serious  problem that needs to be fixed.  As far a I'm concerned three president's should  have been called to task by Congress or sent home in an impeachment. If immigration quotas needed to be relooked at it should have been done a long time ago to have a realistic picture of who wants to come and why and accommodate was is reasonable for the nation and the people. Personally , there is no reason if workers are needed they can't be hired in the country of origin and the employer be responsible for all the paper work, the transportation and housing for the first 90 days where and some oversight so exploitation does not occur.
The apple grower from Washington state a few years ago is an example. He went to Jamaica, flew  in a crew of pickers housed and fed them and then put them back on a plane for Jamaica. If the need is that great, then the expense is a tax deduction, isn't it?

9/14/12 after I'd read and been sharing my eye witness account of the President Obama being born at Topeka Ks, I called the Sec of state of Kansas's office and filed an affidavit with them as to what I knew (posted in the daily recap ) and then the staff for over an hour searched for birth, marriage and the death records of his dad)
 There  have been some still debating natural born as an issue and the death of the Dad and marriage of Obama Sr to a 7 month pregnant 15 year old 'rebuts the presumption of the husband being the father' in   most states. I think Louisiana  is the main one that differs as their  laws are based on  French laws rather than English law which most states have as a foundation due to who settled the area  originally.. But am not aware of what is current law in most states as have not been  at SSA having to make these kinds of decisions for some time now. Plus DNA makes paternity issues more simple unlike just a few years ago.
I could not have the information, and I knew that by training and experience. But I'm not in Kansas and still can't believe almost 10 months later since I started on this writing in the Daily recaps as of 7/26/12 and not just commenting here and there and getting shunned aside';  no one has bothered to check the records and solved all this. You find it; its yours to do with as you please!
Of course, I  gave the staff the names and places,etc.  even of Daniel Wayne Pope, the grandfather's real name (Stanley Dunahm an assumed id to go to WWII at age 14 and did .) Even under Soetoro in case there had been an adoption. There were two specific comments made by the woman who was the main one on the phone with me, although there were others 'gathered' around as she called them over when I fist called and said my name and even gave her my full name of Linda Joy Hardy Adams just in case they wanted to check me out, for verification, etc.  She yelled out "Queen" to the others. Don't ask me what that was about?
I'd not been in contact with them in years  when I called for general info as to charges and where to write for another's birth ceritificate.
THERE WERE TWO OTHER 'UNIQUE' COMMENTS: 
One has been shared here many times. Its after they got onto the 'separate' place for the Forbes Air Force Base Birth records of a closed military hospital and she ( I have her name) and she make the comment after checking  under Soetoro and she had the other last names Pope Obama, name of real Dad, Dunham, etc.
she said: "WE" DON'T THINK HE KNOWS..
 Whatever he doesn't know, they knew and I understand the govt office mentality too well  to not know, 'everyone' knows in that office very soon. as more than one was apparently present for this to say "we".
She had also mentioned something odd about the murder and made the comments about  adults did it. Whether the records show something on the murder I don't know, But it was an odd comment, but it might just have been from knowing the general history of the the way things occurred in the horrors of racism in the past history of this  nation, not so many decades ago. This I've also shared several times.

'SECREATRY OF STATE KRIS KOBACH DOESN'T WANT TO HAVE TO KEEP HIM OFF THE BALLOT."
She had also and sounded sincere was going to to go to the library that weekend and check for the marriage and birth announcements in the newspaper archives and get back to me. To this day she never has, and I don't know if she even has a job for associating in this. I will provide her name to law enforcement. only.
I have been praying for her and am very concerned as to what may have happened in an adverse way for helping out on this.

I then called Orly Taitz and the woman who answered hung up on me and was not Happy with my information, I thought she should ask for the court order for all the records when she appeared in court the following week and was really expecting all of this to be over with on 9/22/12. He's eligible for the ballot due to his Toepka Ks birth and the rest would have to get worked out some way about him not knowing   where he was born.
That's the time I called back several times and left recorded messages of  my eye witness testimony and what I knew. SHE HAS MADE IT SOUND LIKE I'm calling and calling  her over and over and that is not me. I found her general email and she gets this daily recap if she wants to know what I'm up to.  Is someone else calling her and saying they are me? Doesn't she have caller ID?
I actually keep a hard copy of whom I call, so ...
Sec of state Kris Kobach goes into court and accepts the ballot application and says nothing about it showing  the wrong state or my affidavit to him.. And Ms Taitz doesn't ask for the court order, either.
Thankfully the judge did not dismiss the case and its still open for her to ask for the court order.
'She?" did say recently say  to me, although wouldn't verify it was her, "She doesn't have a shred of evidence of what I'm saying." The last time I checked eye witness testimony is still legal evidence in this nation. And I think enough in a civil case, like this for the judge to order the sec of State of Kansas to check the records and    some states have a  provision to submit it direct to the judge for review even if not presented in open court. Did this happen? If so, Orly Taitz would be aware of it? but may be gagged to not say anything.? I'm not a lawyer, but ones who are, help  sort this all out.if I'm right or not on this.
DOES THE JUDGE IN SHAWNEE COUNTY, KANSAS- TOPEKA KS HAVE THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF PRESIDENT OBAMA IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WAITING FOR MS TAITZ TO CALL ME FOR TESTIMONY OR PROVIDE SOME OTHER EVIDENCE OF THE BIRTH?
 Did the very helpful employee of th Sec of State Kris Kobach go to the library and find the newspaper records and those are also in the sealed envelope too in the court case filing on this? What is everyone in Kansas waiting on? What do they need? I have no money for a lawyer, to help me out on this. Instead the very ones who are fling all these court filings often don't seem to want to know the truth at all.
What do the attorneys for the president say or do in that proceeding?.I've seen no transcript posted of what was said or happened in the proceeding. Only a couple of brief clips and they were not in agreement. Most had no idea what was going on behind the scenes before that hearing that the birth records may be in the possession of the Sec of state of Kansas.
I'm not in this for political reasons, I got disgusted at all the terrible things being said about who's the Daddy and trashing of a 15 year old teenage girl who should have been allowed along with her boy friend, decide their future and not be attacked because they have two different colors of skin. Its time for justice in this and what should be occurring is a coroner's inquest, grand jury, or any other forum possible to get to the Truth  of why three  ended up dead in the waters of Kansas River in 3/61.
