 FINALLY SOME JUDGE FINALLY SAID ON THE RECORD THAT WHAT IS BEING PRESENTED BY ALL THE BIRTHERS IN CIVIL COURT IS A CRIMINAL MATTER AND NEEDS TO HAVE CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS FILED.

So she is asking for funds to help do this. Its your freewill to do so. But, there is a proper procedure on this and its a Federal Crime to use another SSN, etc. One doesn't file with the the US d attorney's office. They only receive referrals from some federal law enforcement agency. DA, and other state officials could review this and they still  have to file with the feds.
 The proper place , in general for SSN fraud is with Social security administration and it was farmed out to the Federal trade Commission under comm Astrue  who left in 2/13 and they in turn contracted It out to Lock Heed Martin. This should be handled differently than on any one else as it deals with high level Govt employees which the president is one and according to Orly Taitz, she was told the case was being sent to Washington Dc, and not the OIG in Baltimore ( Office of Inspector general which is the law enforcement entity in each agency that investigates crimes dealing with agency matters. ) they make the referral but only if the head of the agency agrees and that's a political apt. That's why it should by pass OIG and go directly to the US Justice dept office of professional conduct which has been a deadly joke for decades. I say deadly because reports of alleged felonies leading  to death have led to 9/11/01 in too many cases.
 When the trillion dollar theft of Medicare in an ongoing ricco scam was documented in 2008, the political head of Medicare and SSA and Federal trade commission would not permit the FBI cyber crimes unit of FBI to intervene and investigate. I actually had the OIG officers asking me to try and see if I could get them to step in and they turned on me. So the system is badly broken  and so is the public treasury and needs to be fixed and congress needs to address this along with everything else.  that so badly needs attn in this nation.
 So the FBI is not going to be allowed to investigate crimes on any one unless the political head of the agencies OKs it. not even a trillion dollar theft of Medicare with 500 named witnesses and other documentation diligently gathered by all.
But its the process: so publicity is needed as is why I suggested an SSA walk in of the evidence Its that simple to file the complaint You see a crime  and have evidence you turn it in to the proper  authorities. and in the Federal govt any SSA office is to take the  info and  forward it to the right office. as happened in Ct.? But no word from Eric Holder yet? Is he personally investigating? Not a good idea in such an important matter.
 I do need some further clarification on how its handled with a president. I do know its Congress that needs to get this if the allegations are true for any disposition.
I mentioned this in the Daily Mid Cap today 4/24/13.
Also posted on Topeka Forum Topix an gave some more info and tried to explain the ethical motives in not naming the Dad. There are innocent people involved here and if by some remote chance I'm  not accurate on who's the Daddy we don't need any more speculation and derogatory things said. about any one in this matter. Three families lost loved ones and we have a president in the white house who very well may not have been told to this very day of anything on this.
The Dad is all interesting and maybe some day the president can have a family reunion with his family and those still living from his Da''s and all will have a nice reunion and learn about each other. and the paparazzi will go wild getting pictures.
But the issue of eligibility is moot.and always has been. And if any one committed fraud, that's another  matter, but realistically no one would involve the president in knowing anything about it. DENI ABILITY.
So the real issue are there current crimes and all the birthers who have  evidence, file the complaint. If you see  you call 911.  These kinds of crimes?That's done at Social Security or one contacts the OIG directly on line or  fax or mails in the evidence. etc. BUT they are not to get it when high level. persons due to them being able to say, don't prosecute or investigate me or my direct underlings whom I gave orders to do the dirty deed to.
 So where's the compliant from two months ago? One needs to follow with a certified   mailing to the US Justice dept office it was sent to by the SSA office.
I'm not the best person to lead an SSA walk in as many birthers don't trust me and I am in this late and my motivations are for justice and truth wherever it leads. They just want the president out of office as they don't like him or his politics. I'm not happy with the way  things have been going for several presidents.
Personally, its past time for Congress to take  back some of the powers they have handed over to the president over the last several decades and  follow the constitution more closely where Congress holds  a little greater power as they are more closely representing us.
The third Thursday of the month is usually the slowest business day at SSA.

This needs closure and swift justice however Congress deals with it.

                                   1961 SUNFLOWER YEARBOOK TOPEKA HS
The president's 'Dad' s  doesn't seem to be  in the 1961 yearbook that is online.  I had checked it some time ago. I don't have my copy as it was lost several years ago.
 He was a  year ahead of us.
 There's  a 1960 year book for sale on line and the print is too small too read, but today, I was able to get on and enlarge it enough.
I checked the index and found a  name, the first name was a little different but I started checking the pages. On a couple of them he is listed as in the group, but not in the picture. The pictures seemed to have been cropped or pasted together omitting him and maybe others. That's odd.
The pictures that were there, seemed to be of another person that was maybe a Senior and he would have been a sophomore in 1961,
 He would have been in Football  Junior varsity as Topeka HS was very strict, even if your were outstanding, you stayed with your grade in arts and sports. even in academics. It was geared so you couldn't get ou of HS early, etc.
              There are first names that often are used two wasy. for example Ed and Edward, Bill and William, Jim, and James or Beth and Elizabeth,  Meg and Margaret.etc.
In the index it appears that two young men have one listing. 
All the pages where the younger one, the alleged Dad would be in the pictures, are blank. Why?
And the couple of places he is listed as in the group he's  not there. Topeka HS won award for Journalism and what I saw with the pics, just wouldn't have gotten sent in?.
Some of this has also been seen in some pictures of yearbooks,etc where Stanley Ann is in, and I'd questioned whether she was really her or there?  Looks suspicious? Who owns the company and does any one still have their 1960 yearbook from Topeka HS.
If so please share the pictures from pages 73, 90,151,204,209,220, 295. so it can be seen which one is which.?Its your choice how you share, please do it so the world can know!Pages 46 and 53, seem to be the other young man who was maybe a senior?
I'm going to recheck 1961 one again and see if I can enlarge it.. But hes not in the pics of the football team and he was a star player. Its when I first learned of the interracial relationship and the gossip frenzy when we were losing the game and he was not playing and I asked where he was? and got the tale of terrible discrimination and tragedy coming.
Its like a 'psyops' when one was there and things said and why wouldn't he be in the pictures or this kind of mix up. But in my sophomore year, in the 1961 yearbook, I'm listed as Trudy in the home room class picture so its not always the best job that's done. Linda  became Trudy, My penmanship wasn't that bad when I signed the piece of paper passed around . At least , As a sophomore, I was in her a couple of other places.
                      SEARCHERS FOR THE TRUTH
 It would be helpful when commenting or sharing  say how you know about something. You were there, you talked to someone who was it, you read something, as much as you can  remember about it. Much of what is out there is speculating and few eyewitnesses, but some have read reports about an eye witness, etc. Its a very real investigation for the truth. I thank the person that shared on face book today,  seems to have  some information but some is not the truth as to age. And part of the misinformation, came from Ann herself .I'm sure as she'd been convinced to make  up a story at too young an age. to cover she was a teenage mother I'd say she had some second hand info so  sources is important. Its all we can do is share and sort it all out.

any court cases involving foreign entities go to federal court, not a state court.
