Pres Obama Alleged SSN FRAUD CASE mishandled by Com Astrue
I got on the Internet in late 2008 to save my own life and on advice of a lawyer. I am in a life and death struggle right now over direct actions of Commisisoner of SSA Astrue in collusion with others as witnesses and documents show.. He needs to be charged with multiple violations and also some of my co workers have died as a result of some of his actions is my allegations. He told the liaison for federal workers comp at SSA that I'd gotten an OWCP settlement and retired and not to do anything more on my case. and never produced any paper work as there was none. He obstructed another 3 judge panel of appellate Judges who'd ordered benefits paid on this established Case and he also continued the "Let her Die Order on me and colluded with Affiliated computer services over at US dept of labor who proceeded to never post my file and a million dollars went missing on me and other seriously injured federal employees and no investigations due to the broken OIG Office of Inspector general system which is the federal law enforcement agency in federal agencies. My personnel file also went messing about the same time he took over appointed by George W Bush, President. Com Astrue then proceeded to turn everyone's personal records at SSA (and we have more on each of you than one can imagine through our systems due to the low income program SSI.) Forget Homeland security, we've always known a lot and why no one is to be on the system until they get their own PIN and have an extensive background check.. Of course an interlocked affiliate of ACS does those now.
Every time he appeared in Congress for an over site report, they did nothing and let this nation continue to be robbed of every fund through embezzlement through the govt contractors. and mostly they are an interlocked intentional financial cabal and.They are 'big brother." the traffic cam people, and all the other snooping into the private lives of all of us who are law abiding citizens. Govt officials are no longer in charge except for the political appointees like Comm Astrue who hired them( now gone) and he had to be asked to leave and let the Deputy take over.) Who do you think I was told that gave the order to not process any appeals and make hearing files disappear and claims files and never make a decision on appeals while the SSA computers were being hacked into illegally under his nose. If by chance this is the issue that leads to impeachment charges, the whole rotten mess is coming out and should and in the process we will have real govt reform whether there is a change of who is POTUS or not. It should have with Pres Clinton, but some didn't want the corrupted mess to change so they stupidly tried to do it on an 'affair' and lying about it. rather than crimnes that were on going that were costing lives and theft of the public monies that is still on going over Congress not addressing the real hard issues they were sent, by us, to take care of. .
Orly Taitz apparently filed a civil suit ( FOIA?)back in 2011 and got inside info from SSA. but neither the judge, no she ever actually filed the simple criminal complaint.
I've been around these programs a long time since 1968 and I do know the president is eligible for the ballot being born in Topeka ks and other facts that I'm begging those in Kansas who love this country to help verify. This is not about politics; its about truth and justice wherever it leads. In a criminal case, one doesn't always know the out come.
Many need to go to jail,and again I've been dealing with the same corrupted officials as others have. as a high level official can cause horrendous loss of life, property and happiness and economic down turn.
What few know, is the the person in charge of an agency decides if there is going to be any criminal investigation. and can stop any referral for prosecution. If the alleged criminal is a high level office, the OIG is not to handle this but send it to the Office of Professional conduct which has been a deadly joke for decades . Yes, people have died as they refused to do anything about high level corrupt officials committing felonies that caused deaths which are documented. FBI can't intervene unless the head of the agency permits it through their OIG.
Its why Medicare is not broken but being stolen yet under Hillary care. the program set in place in 1994 to allow no enforcement of the laws against the insurance companies who were allowed to collude with the claims processing partners of medicare to have them pay bills that belonged to other insurers and health plans and never collect them back as the law requires A revamping of this law was signed by Pres Obama finally on 1/11/13 HR 1063 which Congressman Thomas, who I'd sent documentation wrote it passed the House in 2010 along with the Appellate judge on case M09-1406 who said Medicare could not enforce the law until Congress acted due to the Clinton era executive order. It took until 2012 to get it passed by the US senate as 'some ONE ' held it up. That needs to change.1 person holds up the stoppage of looting of the medicare trust fund or any of our public monies.
This is not about what medicare might pay for, its where the bill is not Medicares. Such as I with Federal workers comp primary on most with permanent medical benefits established and federal Blue Cross Blue shield as primary for other bills and for my family's bills. ahead of medciare for them and certainly for state medicaid.
Congress still will not hold hearings on what is really going on and still is. Let alone the 17 pays per claim and only one, which is theft, if not coded for recovery from the primary went to ? the federal reserve to send out and ? Yes all created by the internal workings of this corrupt high level officers inside the govt which is part of the on ongoing Jack Abramoff bribery scandal that has yet to be completed. Indian affairs was only a small part of this that went through out the govt. I've written about this extensively
Thanks to Barbara , a face book Friend who just sent me a 2011 article of Orly Taitz's efforts on the SSN's she had filed in Court to get the internal SSA documents and there seem to be major prob elms with what she was given.
Also the article on We The People made a big deal about Stanley Ann;' SS-5. Forget the birth date on SS-5's of decades ago. Many teenagers lied and made themselves older to get a job not knowing our records were confidential and employers would not be told. When one filed for SSA benefits and some will be soon from earlier eras, if you have never given your Birth certificate to SSA, you w may be asked a simple question that I had to ask more times than one can remember. Why is the age different? And then wrote the sentience lied about my age to get a job and if they had their birth certificate, no problem, But if as in those years, one may not have had one from the early 1900's we had to get all kinds of evidence and make a spacial determination on birth date and citizenship if born after 1922. All her on a date ten were granted citizenship by proof of residency before then. . Something those at SSA don't have to go through now as one files for SNNs soon after birth.
NO CRIMINAL COMPLAINT?
Apparently this was a civil suit under Freedom of Information. But after the info was received she got a dismissal, because there was no criminal conviction on the matter. No criminal complaint had yet been filed.? The dereliction of duty is all over the place and shows the corrupted mess at SSA that has cost the lives of too many of us SSA injured workers all over including the cover up of the first Al queda attack in the USA in 1/89 in our office and theft of the SSA data bank into the hands of AL queda. Yes the enemy got access to everyone's personal records that had an SSN in 7/88 and Delores Bryant gave illegal access and HHS OIG ( we were part of them then) would not stop it. CONGRESS HAS DONE NOTHING OVER ALL THE YEARS as the Looting of the USA went on.
In 3/13, Ms Taitz went to an SSA office with the documentation and gave it to the SSA officials. This is how simple filing a criminal complaint is. They are bound to send it in and since it involves a high level govt officer ( the Highest) no one at SSA should be involved in any decision on it. It go to the US Justice dept , and by now Eric Holder Attorney General should have assigned a special prosecutor to look into it. No word has come out on this. I assume that MS Taitz did give them the US Senate application form from 2004 with ssn on it and the 100+ ballot access applications for president for the past two elections? These are the current problems, plus whatever he may have field on his IRS forms. Many of the other allegations may be pass the statute of limitations for charging a crime if this is borne out by the evidence..
We have immigration problems as its been too easy for those not allowed to work in this country to get and used SSN's not theirs. And a similar verification law was past 20 years go before E verify and that SSA Commissioner stopped the verifications. Employers called our offices to check it out. I took many of the calls. In some ways it was better than e-verify as it allowed us to document who and where possible crimes were being committed. It also better assured people's rights: if it was s simple recent marriage and they needed to change their name if they are going to work under the new name one could see everything else matched and ask did you get married? and have the person come in with their marriage certificate and get it changed and the employer not think she was an ID thief and hire the person. .

When one has pieces of information and tries to put them into a scenario and then more info is found, one has a multitude of theories to follow. If one, in my unique position knows things and puts them together, its may be a long way different from what most might perceive. I have never said who I voted for in 11/12 as this h journey is not about politics per se. But its on line in many places I supported McCain in 08 and Ron Paul in the primary due to need to audit the fed as their is over 5 million dollars missing of govt money that had gone there with my stolen id on it and where is it? He should have used the slogan, better understood. WHERE'S OUR MONEY? and Congress does nothing but whines over budget cuts to make up the stolen amounts. How about just stopping the thefts by the rich and powerful?
I've revisited a lot of memories and past events in my life in going through all these old records and began to asssess as a person of living 68 years what were the emotions and reactions at the lime things occurred. Why in the summer of 1953 was the Hardy Siblings and their families in Colorado so Happy and why so much excitement about the documents in the 'Treasure trunk.' Today I went on line to see what was going on in 1953 and discovered something I'd forgotten in history : 3/5/1953 the monster who killed more people than Hitler dies of suspicious circumstances.
Where was my First Cousin Dan Pope who had been at Leavenworth and was he in the training group for our Russian spies.? No one seems to know? He stopped by to speak to my Dad in early 1950's and I'm trying to place the date. President Eisenhower took office in 1/53, It was colder weather. What I know is whatever was going on with my Aunts , my Dad was not seeming to go along with it and My Mother didn't know, although, he did send us to the Museum in Denver and we both got an embarrassing shock to learn that Delbert Hardy was not the name on the largest Goldmine at Breckenridge. and My mother figures it out for herself but Dad would never confirm it( I know of) and I was not told and whatever was going on, in 1/71, Tut said I didn't know and wasn't involved in what?
All I know is when Dan, the president's grandfather stopped by our home he needed to speak to my Dad and they went down to the farm and he left from there. I did know he was concerned for Stanley Ann as he was leaving to got where ? for a long time?
Now for conspiracy therios to go wild here? Did Daniel Wayne Pope assassinate Stalin on the orders of President Eisenhower? Was this Eisenhower's first order of business? Why would my Dad need to be talked with, Would he know secret passages and places to get into an etc. that others might still not be aware of? See how one can let ther thoughts go into lot of places when what they know, does not have all the pieces filled in? I had known that Czar Nicholas II had jailed Stalin three times, and this said 7. If Russia had had the three strikes Law, a monster would never have gotten out to kill 50 millon people and cause such havoc for most of the last century. Its thought by many scholars that he assassinated Lenin, who was not a good man, but not the monster Stalin was.. When one speaks of the anti Christ, we've had evil personified over and over. Yet we correctly vilify Hitler, but he was not the only monster of evil this world has created.
I believe in a Deity that creates us good, but one can be taught to be evil and Stalin's early history was not good. Why is some can come out of terrible homes and become good people and others don't? Personally,I think its someone sometime allows the individual to have a faith and knowledge of something loving nd merciful greater than any bad or weak human doing wrong things. Its why as we live our lives, we are called to help in many ways, even small ones and why didn't I say something 1/71 to let Pres Obama know about Topeka ks? I'm sorry world, I let Tut's racist tirade stop me. Something was not right with her spiritually. Now she is in the hands of the the Almighty for Him to deal with her outcomes.I pray for her soul. and don't know if she made Peace with things before she died. If she didn't tell Pres Obama the truth and he really doesn't know, then this is a matter to be accounted for in a court in Heaven and not on earth.
There is no one who wants the whole Truth to be known then me, I have had too many things witnessed and questions never answered in my life and it all seems part of this world headed into a final war which many will not survive. Its part of the search for truth and Justice, wherever it leads. In unraveling the real bio of this president, we are unraveling a big part of a hidden history of the last century and I pray that those that read my comments understand I am only following what I've been told, and things I have seen and read and documented.. There's no one who wants the truth more than I do.
I do believe there were a lot of royals and others that fled Europe in the early part of the last century and changed names and had great fear of those who had taken power in the Communist countries and were very happy when Stalin died. I am glad the Russian people have the right to vote and elect their officers, as all people should be able to have final control of their govt and their own lives so monsters can be evicted from power. . But if too many become apathetic and don't participate in the process, then the bad people can steal the power and the nation's wealth right under our very noses. In many ways, no better than a single monster in charge. One needs to think twice before getting rid of ones leader, as the next person could be worse. In Russia's case? In Germany's case? And throughout history, when a monster gets total control, its hard to get them out when there is no system in place to do so.
Was there a secret deal made after WWII to terminate Stalin? Seems plausible?!

For those of the Christian faith, our Divine leader says there is an evil one in charge of this world, and he is not of the good of love and mercy. John is the one who says God is Love. Even a non Christian can understand the common sense of love rather than hate ruling is the better way. There is no place for a Hitler, Stalin, and any one so evil they have no regard for humanity itself or creation that is wondrous to behold.
Whoever has been denying me my civil and constitutional rights and not processing things when Judges and law says they are to do so, is following the evil. I'd much rather have my health. and would have probaly retired and gone and don something else as had returned to school for a second career. I could have made a lot more money, that's for sure. As I don't even have what is legally awarded. and my family has suffered for it too. financially.
But we can say, we have not lost our souls to the evil in this world. I despise it and the horrible things that are on aging and in my struggle for my own life and that of my family, its obvious i s the ongoing struggle for everyone to stop the inhumanity that's occurring and been allowed to occur for way to long. We have let our selves be bamboozled by the evil one, way too long.
First one has to participate in the process. There are a few sects who do not vote. That's your right, but please pray for the other 95%+ of us that will be participating in the proceess that we not be fooled by those who are not following the good and decent. The deceiver is among us and its easy to point fingers and say you're good and you aren't and be fooled. Its why the constitution is a marvelous document with its amending capability. INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY/ You hope and pray the person is not guilty ,but you must proceed to make the determinations. Eric Holder has the criminal complaint in his jurisdiction whether SSA or the FTC or even Lock Heed Martin, or Affiliated computer services, the two agencies govt contractors have given it to him. . Its why I suggested Orly Taitz followup with a certified postal mailing to their OIG's. But since no word from the DOJ , yet, I'd send one to the OFFICE of Professional conduct and with a copy to Attorney General of the USA. I'm not a lawyer, so follow the legal process.
Orly , I;m not lying and someone seems to have been lying to you for a long time.I'm sorry, but Kenya was Hillary's? world wide goose chase and the whole family scenario that never told Pres Obama the Truth of origins in Topeka ks, unless he is a great liar and has known and decided to participate in a process to avoid the possible real issue of the SSN's? If he knew why didn't he just go get his b/c unsealed in KS if its under Pope and not Obama the name of his mother's husband and get his records in order.The whole thing makes no sense at all as to who is sitting in the White House. But Tut, his grandmother was a 'very difficult woman." and Dan his grandfather seemed to be 'gone' a lot of the time somewhere? But I'm still searching records. Was he in Russia as a spy?
