New onews today are of Aunt Hazel Dell ( Hardy) Lewman and her husband Ellis ( Ellswoth) in the 1920's. He died about 1930 and she took th elfe insurance and went to Denver and went to nursing school. The seocnd picture 31. is her reitred about 1980 as a nruse form the Denver area.  She ha a lfe time partner love of her life, whom she never married from Spain named Clarence Trujillo and we considered him our Uncle. In the late 1940's he did go back to Spain for awhile, as I recall,  and came back.  Coincidently, the Township in Colorado is Hazel Dell Township. and she  also used the bithday of 6/18.

      Been blogging off and on today and very tired. But Fog brow and Freerepublic have now blocked me from posting to respond to some snide remarks and I've already been blocked some time ago by Tea Party Nation (Judson Phillips) where I'd found another eye witness to some things and the discussions were good and serious and helpful to getting to the whole truth.  They don't want the truth about Topeka ks. Somehow their hatred or financial backers are not interested in Truth wherever it leads. and whatever the final outcome.  Others have been open to the discussion and search for whole truth. I wanted everyone to know about the pictures  on Flckr as one can jjudge for themselves who is in the pictures. And I'm really pleading for someone  in Kansas to check available records on this. and share them even if anonymously.
Its really a mystery to me that the editor of thee Topeka Capital Journal would not permit her reporters to check the archives for the marriage and birth announcements form 1961.I'm ont real good at  exact dates, but do know the marriage took place as soon as school was out and the alpha black sorority helped set the whole thing up and decorated the chapel in secret in broad daylight as they got the chapel reserved. No one knew after the murders and other horrific racist things that had occurred what would happen with an interracial marriage takeing place.  It was done and over with  and the annoucement in the paper . This was a marriage of convenience for Obama Sr to Stanley Ann so she could have the socially needed marriage certificate and he, to stay in USA. They did not live together.     The birth announcement was in the paper too as I had never quite understood the name and  when Mom had not returned home that morning, Dad got breakfast and said Mom's not home , Ann had her baby. So he must have been born before 7AM? Mom got home later in the day and went to bed. Dad had been up much of the night on the phone calling people so he had not got much sleep and hhen had to go milk cows and do chores and get back and got breakfast and then he went to work at Washburn University. 
The murder of the real Dad as told to my Mom and she told me would have been before 4/2/1961 and after the day of the Music festival when I last saw him alive and The gossip frenzied mob egged on by Westboro Baptist teenagers even lashed at me for not joining them against him as if they wanted to intimidate him from even preforming with the Boys Glees Club.   Ann had been sent by her mother to stay there with relatives? and got away form there  and had had to get a job. Fred Phelps had gdnshp and she couldn't get registered in HS after graduating from Capper JR HS. until after my mother got him to sign the papers over to her.  Possibly the last day or la almost last day of his life, was the music festival on a Saturday and it was at Washburn Campus. That usually took place some time in March  The Orchestra instructor whom I'd talked to after this, said they couldn't do anything as it was off school property. I had no idea  Ann was my second cousin as she was using the name Dunham and not Pope and apparently she didn't know as Marilyn or Madelyn really controlled and kept every one away from the family and I don't understand her at all.   
The arttcles about the death  were before 6/62 as I recall driving over the Kansas river bridge and looking for the sand bar where the three bodies washed up. and one had a rope around his neck. If they had not washed up and rumors were that many had disappearared in that river and never did; no one would have ever believed Ann, the eye witness and victim of the attack herself. All the authorities wanted to do was' to shut her up and as she was literally pulled off the river bank and still winter cold trying to search to see if he'd made it out alive and laying on the bank injured and noone would beleive her or search for the three who went under the water. Three dead and none cared.
 I later was with Dad when he went and asked the next sheriff to run for office. Yes, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the US Congress  may be a source  of info on this.  The people didn't talk , but they did vote in a change next elelction.. But when people don't talk and the possible suspects are a bunch who can disrupt your peaceful life, one isn't eager to offer info.
Before I began working this on my own sites 7/26/12 I tried to get these articles from a reporter at the Topeka Captial Journal  as the names were listed in the eveinng paper which we took. And hadn't recalled knowing the other two. The Dad I knew for three years in school and his famaily , seen at school things, seemed decent and good people and some may still live in Topeka Ks now. I don't know if they ever knew of the pregnancy. For all I know there was a custody dispute and at age 16 , it was one more thing to 'shelter' me from as I had not even started dating yet.    
The 'whole state knew and there may be articles in other papers around the state that carried the story, also. I know it was before 6/62, as my roommate at K State Music camp who was staying with her grandmother in Kansas that summer from Ohio knew and when she found out I was from Topeka asked if I knew any of the three and a said yes, I did and  he had a wonderful singing  voice I had also 'shut down' and wasn't talking.
If a class mate dies now, all the  professorial counselors are made available nd there are memorials and special acknowledgements so all can deal with the grief and loss. In the city which  was known at the time as : THE PSYCHIATRIC CAPITAL OF THE WORLD none of this  happened and you will not find him even listed in the year book index for Topeka HS for 1962.. He was a star foot ball player, but the picture is one with out him in it. He may be in the pic of the Boys Glee club. We lost a lot of our records years ago and there is an1962 yearbook for sale online  but  the info is too tiny to read to tell if he might be listed.
Justice has really not been served well in this matter and that has to have a spiritual impact on the community even to this day. Its part of who each one of us is when these things happen and the outcome is not what it should be some kind of justice and acknowledgement of the person's life. We all need ot make peace with deaths and say our good byes.
                                          WHERE DID TUT WORK?
All we've heard about for several years is that the president's maternal grandmother Madelyn or Tut or Marilyn had worked in the same bank in Hawaii for years as a Secretary and finally became VP. But the alters from Aunt Helen, her mother in law, don't. The one   dated ,1974 to my parents mentions she had had back surgery. and was working at the courthouse. not a bank. Where ? Hawaii?   And Dan was painting a house somewhere with his son, not grandson. I'd never known there to be but the one child Stanley Ann so, was there a grandparent adoption but the child remained with the mother and Aunt Helen was passing along the info?
 Or was she just passing on what she was being told by someone.
Today, I find a letter from her to my parents dated  1972, one year after I met Tut with Barry Soetoro as she induced him at Mercer Island at the home of Roland Hackett another Hardy grandchild and Darlene ,his wife introduced her as Marilyn, Dan's wife , we vcall her Tut( I thought she meant Toot.) and Tut spoke up real fast and introduced  the president as Barry Soetoro. She was obviously living in the area as she had food prepared and now think she meant to stay for supper as Darlene's brother (Salazar is last name) from Colorado was there and it was to be a kind of Reunion as Darlene had baby sat for Barry when he was a baby so Ann could finish hghschool. Tut chewed Darlene out something horrible for having invited us for the day. She was  in tears over it and tried to cover things with me. Tut had said that I didn't know anything about it. What was it?What was it? I don't know to this day.
So in the 1/72 letter Marilyn is not working any more and the family is happy about it. Dan is doing some carpentry and he'd retired several years ago from his Air force/Navy job. That's how she put it.But doesn't say where they are living? Obituarise of his siblings in recent years, seem to indicate that maybe the family never really did know much after he left home and Aunt Helen said it was all Marilyn's doing and her 'socialism."
The Little Red Church was on Roland and Darlene's property and was a Unitarian Church. The Salazars were Masons and Roland had joined and  they met at their home too in their multcar garage that was fixed up with a bar and kitchenette ( I'd not known of any of the Hardy siblings ever belonging to that group) except to marry into it as Roland did?. They had some land and cattle , so were not in town. One online eye witness said that she knew Ann and Barry  as living in an apt building when she was going to school and it may be the Hacketts were in the building too before buying the farm as the did have some cattle. This is where I first learned the story of the Salazars being in Colorado since the time of Coronado,  when her ancestors came with him from Spain.
                                       MYSTERIES
SO who is Marilyn , Madelyn Tut, Payne  or is that even  her last name but   Phelps? She has a middle name she gave as Lee?
Where did they live? and when? and were did she work. If she did work in the courthouse in Hawaii and online witnesses? put them there by the summer of 1/71, and if they were still there in 1974, when Aunt Helen says she is working in a court house, this might explain a lot of things about that Hawaii birth record. My understanding is that  in 1961,someone could  call and register a notice of birth at the time and that would go out to the newspaper, but the full certified one comes later when the actual document arrives from the hospital. Agiain these are speuclaitions, and as an employee of SSA, I couldn't be told in 1/71 if they planned to do something like this as I would have had  to have turned them in for a crime or be in  trouble my self.
Everytime  I dig some more into actual records, more questions and more mysteries.
I didn't  follow the usual format tonight as am tired and the need for the whole Truth must come out.
 Orly Taitz, it was reported lost another case and someone in Brooklyn tried to go to court and no one is using any  kind of real legal judgement about this..
 Folks , I'm not a lawyer, but have been around laws and govt and appeals, etc  since 1968. You are in a civil court as you are not a criminal prosecutor. You have to prove the Case and that means getting the real birth record out of Topeka Ks, and if there was a grandparent adoption it may well be under Pope for the last name as that was the real name of the grandfather.
Then Orly Taitz did do one thing right and filed her allegatons of misuse of social security numbers with the Ct office and thy are bound to treat it as a criminal complaint and forward it in, Since this is againist a high level  officer. ( the HIGHEST) it is supposed to go to the US Justice dept and should, be assigned to a special prosecutor to check this out.
Much of this is far too long ago for any formal criminal charge and that should be issued in a report. But anything more recent would be a violation if used, like on an application for ballot access and that needs a referral to Congress to deal with. We do not need another 1998 fiasco with a Republican House demanding impeachment and the Democratic Senate deciding its not a high enough crime for removal from office.
   Hillary must be excited thinking she's going to be VP under Pres Biden and he resign or get sick and she be President by appointment..\ Since its pretty well documented she started the birther movement with the Kenya birth scenario which is not true and don't know who did that filing, etc. and some say its a hoax...
Since this Obamacare is really Hillarycare in the first place and people should check this out... as to where some of these things start, I think there are some Democrats  that would do better for this nation. INNOCENTT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY And No one has' legally' proven any wrong doing by President Obama yet.
TOPEKA RECORDS ARE NEEDED and there is a judge in Topeka ks with a pending case waiting for the court order. I'm availlable for any testimony if it will help legally and eye witness testimony is still part of the legal process in this nation. You know what I would say, its what I have been writing.
Special Prosecutor needed to sort through any  recent allegations of criminal wrong doing on ssn's etc.  and issue a report one way or the other. Otherwis,e this is going to drag on. and Congress has sserious work to get done.
All the rest about Student loans and whether he lied to get financial aid or admitted  is about character and whether he was the one to vote. Its not recent enough for any criminal charges, unless there is something more recent. He may have done these things and got away with it. Main Media let it happen?
 Its why these cases are geting thrown out. and its riling people up who have not worked in the system to have special training to maybe know these things.
As for the Hawaii birth certificate: Does any one have any proof he knows yet that he was born in Topeka Ks and what the name is on his birth certificate? One has to knowingly defraud.
The only possible criminal issue that could result in charges is did  he really  use someone else's SSN on ballot access,  Its just not plausible in the SSA system for him to be given a card with his name on it that belongs to another person especially a deceased party, but its part of what has to be checked out from SSA records. Thats' the same as applying for a job with someone else's SSN  and its a crime and ID theft has victims..  What's his real SSN? Does he have one? Or is all the info in the media  a made up hoax about him using someone else's SSN? I think the birthers do have certified copies of what was actually filed with the varous states and territories; and no judge has said that wasn't what the applications for the ballot said.
CRIMINAL  COURT is where one brings an allegation of a crime and so far no Office of Inapector general or US attorney has referred a Case. No other judge can even consider it evidence if no criminal conviction.  And I was shocked to learn that it was only last week anyone had even filed the criminal complaint with the right agency. Actually Federal Trade Commission is doing ID theft and misuse of SS';s now, but it will get there  and Lock Heed Martin  gets these first( as of last year) but this is on a  high level official . so the SSA office in Ct. by saying they would send this to Washington, DC and not to Baltiimore Headquarters for SSA.( we woul always say Baltimore?) its on its way to Eric Holder Attorney General and what will has he done with it? Will he check it out himself first. I'm not sure of the process in this, but it should be a special prosecutor as who is going to believe Eric Holder if he says POTUS did nothing worong, even if he didin't? 50% will disagree with any out come he states.

For those interested the Prophetic scripture for the day was Proverbs Chapter !2. May Yahuah , Yahusha , Ruah whom Christian call Christ Jesus. Bless the search for truth and justice and the innocent be cleared and others be dealt with fairly and as the constitution allows. This is very seroius for our nation and where is the media that did not sort this all out in 2007 and even before 2004 when the US Senate got his first application for ballot access. Yes they got it not the State of Illinois.
E verify needs to be done on all coandidiates from dog catcher to president as it is a job application as we the people decide which applicant will get the job.
