                                DEATH
  Its turned off cold and we lost our older cat to Kitty Heaven this Am. Even though he was not human, he was part of our family. for many years. We have a cemetery for two other pets we've lost since moving here 16 years ago in a flower garden between two trees and space is there for him.
   Doyle had noticed he didn't seem well and I've been staying up late and writing and not paying attn to him and it was sudden. Apparent heart attack, if that's what you call it in a cat. But it was quick and that's merciful.
                            REBIRTH
Tomorrow I will start a new format and break the Daily Recap into three shorter parts due to what I can do physically.
      DAILY PRECAP In AM will focus more on the spititual and PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES.
     DAILY  MIDCAP  will focus on filings to govt agencies and others to illustrate examples of what is legally required to fight with the 'pen' against his level entrenched corruption so our family and others can survive. Everything that has happened to us, is and has been happening to others and its what most may not realized is coming in 2014 when an unaccountable govt contractor will be in charge of your right to live. tor the Afforadbale Health Care act which had its genisus in Hillarycare an is a scam rather than an efficient means to prove life sustaining healthcare to each and every human in this world. What we are getting is part of an international plan which is gradually almost totally run by an international financially  interlocked cabal.

Also will include the Analysis of the US Constitution and other founding documents in a search for original understandings and how they apply to the modern era.
 
    Health wise it should allow me to get tings done in my personal life, meet filing dates keep up with the search for truth, but also allow time to rest between postings. I make no money from this and am asking for no donations. But I read that some are now finding their way to Topeka ks.,
One posting mentioned the death and murrder of the Dad of President Obama
 There should be an initial report and medical treatment records for Ann  just before Easter Sunday 4/2/1961. I know he was alive at the District Music festival and usually the ratings and names participating were in the Topeka Capital Jounral There was an Morning and evening paper. I rarely knew what was in the morning paper as we took the evening. as Dad would read it before going to bed. after  farm chores were done.
 The bodies washed up after Ann had left Topeka for Mercer Island Washington with new born Barry.in Fall of 1961 @ late 8/61 early 9/61.
But the article of the three bodies washing up on a sand bar and one  with a rope around his neck wan't even on the front page of the Topeka Journal. I don't know about the morning paper. I believe it was on the second third page. That's how the cover up went even then. It may have even been in an editorial column. But three names were in it and Before 7/26/12 when I started writing this blog, I had  called Philip Anderson at the currently new owned Topeka Capital Journal trying to get the  name so f the other two in the article as I don't recall recognizing them at the time and the shock of the Dad being in there  was all I could think about and my mother began telling a lot more of what had transpired with Ann searching for the body, and  the authorities not believeing her that three went under the water and never came up.
There aer three families with no real answers on this as far as I now. The other two might be more  wiling to talk since they would not be the focus of any ensuing media frenzy if any real investigation is ever allowed on this.
 The Topeka Captal was like  the 'main newspaper for the state and many libaries may  yet have  old microrfiche or film. If all are missing them for this date, this has been a real cover up. But pray that has not occurred.  One can only hope the turth evdience has survived. . ,Plus since the whole state seemed to know and talk, but Topekans wouldn't, other newspapers around the state probably did have articles on this , too.
I know the article was before 6/62 as it was known and talked about at Kansas State Music camp whichwas sometime in June of 62 and when it was learned I was from Topeka Ks I was asked questions, but I was 'shut down' from talking just as the whole city of Topeka Ks seemed to be over the whole gossip frenzy leading to a deadly end.
I suspect it may have been the Spring of 1962 when the boides washed up but just can't recall exactly. Don't think the weather was warm yet. As we drovve over the bridge in west Topeka to go to Church  out   on north Rochester road and every time we did , I would look and see if that was the spot where the three bodies washed up.
Mom  said they had been sitting on a side creek bank. on Soldirr Township Creek, as I recall and maybe that's why the bodies didn't get into the fast under currents as all  other rumored  disappeared bodies did in that river which never washed up. The fact they did is a miracle in itself. Maybe for some day to have a whole truth come out of who and why and what was really going on  in Topeka Ks in mnay 'hidden' areas. Along with integration and other things that were good. The spiritual warfare between good and evil really was taking a  final stand. And one of the victims was the president's Dad barring DNA confirmation; who could sing the old hymns for us with a marvelous voice, and had a bright future in an era when Blacks were beginning to be alowed to participate  more fully  in society.
Two teenagers became a couple and gossipers with an evil intent interfered in their personal lives.
President Obama night still be president today if this   intentional tragedy had not occurred. But his path might have been a nomination for President  as US Senator from the State of Kansas rather than Illinois.
