WHEN YOU HAVE THE STRONGEST CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN FINANCIAL BACKERS , THE KOCH BROTHERS; NOT LIKING THE US SENATE HEALTH CARE BILL. THEN THERE REALLY MUST BE SOMETHING BADLY WRONG WITH IT. Are they reading what I did.. NO OVERSIGHT AND THE MEDICARE HACKERS STILL LEFT N CONTROL TO KEEP ON STEALING AND SCAMMING AND STATES NOW FORBIDDEN TO EVEN TRY TO GET THOSE BAD CONTRACTORS GONE AND CANCEL OR NOT RENEWED AND GET SOME HONEST AND MORE ETHICAL ENTITIES TO DO THE WORK OR HIRE STATE OFFICIALS TO DO IT. ???
As I read through it I was not looking for what got paid for and in what amounts as THAT IS IMMATERIAL IF THE ONES WHO GETS TO CONTROL AND SPEND THE MONEY CAN DO AS THEY PLEASE.. this cabal OF THE Medicare Hackers already stealing trillions from the USA PEOPLE AND NATION. AND CONGRESS STILL WILL NOT ACT. That is the partial audit of the Federal reserve this cabal does not wish a full on done.. as a decade ago it was 23 trillion missing and that was before the massive thefts done and ongoing from the MEDICARE TRUST FUND RIGHT NOW AND BEING DONE DIRECTLY FROM IT.
AS THEY HAVE THE SYSTEM DOING IT.. and only the FEDERAL RESERVE knows where the money is ending up.. as its not going to the medical profession... they are struggling to get one full pay for one service performed. AND THE REAL GOVERNMENT CAN LOOK AT THE BANK ACCOUNT BALANCE OF THE TRUST FUND AND ITS A SPIKE IN OUT FLOW THAT CANNOT BE ALL GETTING ALL THAT HEALTH CARE.. IN MULTIPLE. OF 17 OFFICE VISITS ETC AT ONCE. using 17 Medicate numbers made up to steal on each patients and stealing ones claims and id and using them to make it look legit so that it can be snuck passed anyone who might see and be honest and try to report it. TO WHO ??? no one can stop it???until CONGRESS ALLOWS IT TO BE STOPPED SINCE THE COUP OF 2002..

The amount of money in the budget might really be enough if its was not going to go to the ones already stealing and scamming from the monies given for the programs,

Even those, like me , with what used to be considered good health care plans, are finding we are not able to get the needed health care at all. AS THE CABAL HAAS EXCLUDED 11 MILLION OR MORE IN MY GROUP AND THERE ARE LOTS OF DISEASE GROUPS... OF US.. FROM IT AS WE HAVE THE OPPOSITE OF ALLERGIES AND EVEN EXCLUDED FROM CLINICAL TRIALS AND WE DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE MEDICATIONS , TESTING AND AVAILABLE OR ALLOWED TO BE USED WHEN THEY ARE THE ACCEPTED MEDICAL TREATMENT STANDARDS AS OF THE MEDIAL PROFESSION...
but not the ones the cabal in charge allows our doctors to do or use... against what they are well trained to know they need to do .. AND IF THEY DO BALK THE SYSTEM THEY HAVE NO GOVERNMENT TO TURN TO FOR HELP AS THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER THE USA TO HELP ANYONE UP AGAINST THIS CABAL NOW IN CONTROL OF THE USA....
WHO ARE THE MEDICARE HACKERS?
All over the web and now in the main media are all kinds of terms and groups named as the one in control and then George Soros says he is the mastermind and GOD OF THE WORLD. but I have no direct knowledge to know who LYNN BLODGETT WORKS FOR THAT HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS AND OTHERS HAVE TO ILLEGALLY OBEY AND EVEN LIE TO CONGRESS SO BAD LAWS GET PASSED FOR THIS CABAL TO KEEP IN CONTROL AND KEEP ON DOING HARM AND ILLEGAL ACTS. AND HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER TO STOP THE MOST HORRENDOUS ILLEGAL ACTIONS AND BLATANT CRIMES. BEING COMMITTED.
What many do not seem to even understand is the fact that before this cabal got control of the USA , the fact that they had created one phony Medicare claim number on me and get any moneys paid at all IS MAJOR PROOF OF NO SECURITY ON THE RECORDS OF ALL OF HEALTH CARE AS ITS ALL INTERCONNECTED IN THE SAME SYSTEM .. AND BEFORE THE COUP OF 2002 THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN THE WHOLE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHUTTING THE MESS DOWN WAY BACK IN 10/16 and FIRST DISCOVERED THIS TIME.. and would have occurred back in 2002, when the first hacking began of just altering the employer bi weekly post of who is to pay first. etc. illegal since 1994 to alter and then when the major multiple thefts occurred that some inside said was a trillion dollars in a couple of regions by one claims paying contractor ,, NO ONE ALLOWED TO STOP IT...
AND THIS IS JUST WHAT I AM AWARE OF..
. but those at 1-800 Medicare, then Vangent, and now General Dynamics under the cabal management ??were able to get the evidence and file the reports from the actual system of the total to them and it still took 18 months to not renew the contracts WHEN THE FBI AND 3 OIGS WERE READY TO GO IN AND SHUT IT DOWN CRIMINALLY . AND ARRESTS AND RECOVER THE MONIES AND MOST VICTIMS HAVE NO IDEA THEY AND THEIR HEIRS HAVE OVER PAYMENTS TO MEDICARE SINCE IT WAS DONE IN THEIR NAMES AND NO EASY WAIVER CAN GET PROCESSED AT SSA , NOW HACKED AND UNDER THEM.. AND HOW MUCH STOLEN OVER THIS AS THIS CABAL WILL NOT LET ONE WAIVER BE PROCESSED FOR THOSE WHO DO KNOW OF IT. AS LIGHT OF EXPOSURE MIGHT BRING THEM DOWN TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM AND JAIL TIME. AS CONGRESS WOULD ALLOW IT.. AGAINST US SUCH ATROCITIES TO THE USA AND PEOPLE. TO STEAL THE USA FROM US AND OUR IDEAL OF JUSTICE .... FOR EACH AND ALL.

As for Republicans , you have disappointed all of us by not getting the whole health care fiasco brought up to date for the 21st century and doing a sell out to the over throwers still .. ... LEAVING THE STATES BOUND BY THIS CABAL AND UNABLE TO GET THEM OFF THE NEW MONIES as many are now in litigation to get them off and stop the stealing through state efforts with no federal help allowed due to the COUP OF 2002. ... AND THIS BILL SEEMS TO TELL THE STATES YOU HAVE TO LET THE STATE MONIES CONTINUE TO BE STOLEN. AND STOP TRYING . and few are paying attention to this.. in the media at all
This is not giving a grant to states and letting them figure out the best way for health care providers and patients get together and those provident the care be paid fairly and in the most efficient manner. AND THAT IS WHAT WE ALL WANT.. ... LIFE AND GOOD HEALTH AND BE ABLE TO ACCESS IT WHEN NEEDED AND WITH SAFE GUARDS IN PLACE THAT ALLOWS THE GOOD DOCTOR ET AL TO DO WHAT THEY ARE WELL TRAINED TO DO ... AND NOT SOME PROFITS MANAGEMENT STOPPING THE NEEDED CARE FROM BEING DONE.. OR PLAYING SOME KIND OF NUMBERS GAMES WITH DIAGNOSIS CODES AND BILLING.. SERVICES WHO ARE OF HIM OR UNDER HIS INSTRUCTIONS PLAYING THE NUMBERS GAMES WITH LIVES AND PROFESSIONAL REPUTATIONS AND NONE IS ABLE TO STOP IT WITHOUT A REAL GOVERNMENT TO INTERVENE. now this cabal gets a bill out to stop the states who have made a real effort to stop it at their level?? ...

Since the COUP of 2002 there is NO ONE TO STOP THEM until Congress puts back what that took away in a 6000 page budget bill that removed the right of the real government to do an internal audit or a criminal investigation of an agency's contractors AND THE LOOTING OF THE USA BEGAN RIGHT FROM THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND ONLY GOTTEN WORSE OVER TIME..
