    This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when discovered that the 15 year hackers at BCRC corporate of the former Group health of NY as unaccountable CMS contractor facilitating ongoing illegal bail out of the insurers who do not wish to pay their primary obligations.. ignoring the law, Medicare judges orders as well as their own CMS contract terms to not hack the bi weekly employer posts as their orders come from the entity , that is now also a sub contractors owning the control of the system and the 17 numbers used for paying each claim  on an illegal off line ancient system with no security and insider reports are its a billion dollars a day of theft on many more records than mine... as those at 1-800 Medicare have said they are seeing the same MEDICARE MELTDOWN OF THE SYSTEM  as the cyber cloud still has the primary payers open and not terminated also of  a separate bogus screen is created to sell to the medical community and all are instructed to use it to have Medicare billed first and lied to that its been corrected or updated. etc.. AND ITS BEEN ILLEGALLY HACKED AS ITS BEEN ILLEGAL TO ALTER AN EMPLOYER POST SINCE 1994.....

.   AN ILLOGICAL IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION AS THERE ARE NO THREE OPEN PRIMARY PAYERS IN THE SYSTEM WITH MEDICARE BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY AND A REAL BLUES PRIMARY  AND A FAKE ONE SECONDARY AND THEY SYSTEM DAILY GOES THROUGH THE WHOLE NOW IDENTIFIED 17 FAKE BLUES TRYING TO FIND THE ONE THAT 'WORKS' AND NONE WILL WHEN ITS FAKE AS MEDICARE HAS NEVER BEEN PRIMARY .  for self or those on my employer family primary policy that posts from the US Dept of Labor  personnel office bi weekly from inside programmers there..

by act of congress in the COUP of 2002 when the e governing budget bills were altered to REMOVE THE  RESTRAINER OF LAW   which meant that a non DOD agency cannot spend one penny of existing budget to do internal audits of a government contractors and that includes systems  nor a criminal investigation or prosecution of one.. from local to federal level.. and that is virtually the whole nation from local to federal now that has come under one entity . with those at the highest levels stating in writing and verbally  we are under the control of Lynn Blodgett.. and who is his boss? IS YET TO BE NAMED.  ALL ANY AGENCY KNOWS IS WHAT HE TELLS THEM AND RARELY IN WRITING  AND ALL DATA AND FACTS ARE UNVERIFIABLE THAT GET PASSED ON TO CONGRESS TO MAKE LAWS AND BUDGETS FROM

    Making it  worse is congress  imposes an unconstitutional gag order on itself not to mention, contact or have a contractors testify as they makes a mockery of the whole hearing process by Congress. if all heads of agencies are sharing is GOSSIP AND RUMOR passed on from him. and  his cabal now virtually in charge.. .and also snooping on the whole of us.. with no restrictions of use of info as a real government employee would be under. 

   Thanks to Sen Collins today saying that the US Senate is going to start from scratch and get a health care bill that provides health care to all as the primary directive.. and pray they get back the control of the government  of , by and for the people so that the kind of thievery and harms and too many deaths do not continue... ITS NOT THE PLAN  AS MANY  might work.. its  WHO IS IN CHARGE AND WHO IS BEING GIVEN ACCESS TO STEAL FROM THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND NOT BE STOPPED .. Plus the scamming of creating more contracts to shuffle more data around on outdated and insecure systems   for one entity to get control of as if the under bidders has 'deals to steal'.. This cabal  can force out any more ethical company ...

  I only found out who was in charge of the USA  after the amassing  of 38 federal agency judges on me alone were being ignored and most in agencies had never seen them to obey them...and found out from the highest levels that judges have no authority over the agencies anymore. 

THERE IS NO ONE TO GO TO FOR THE SECURITY BREACHES AND MISSING TRILLIONS GOING ON .... FROM OUR MONIES WE ALL PAY FROM TAXES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OR BURDEN OF DEBT ON EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US FOR BORROWING TO MAKE UP THEFT LOSSES. 

      At least the US HOUSE did its job of allowing a budget to be spent on health care rehaul.. even though it does not solve the issue of theft losses and what and how things are being paid for is decades out of date medically ..  Still using the model of outdated care when you  . went  to the hospital and got  cut  wide open to fix something and stayed  there weeks.. when now lases etc. can fix the medical need and leave hardly a scare and healing time is minimal for most..  .

(Often even heart transplant patients cannot get social security disability any more as they are back to work in weeks if they have more non exceptional jobs )

  NOW ITS A 24/7 WALK IN NEEDED TO GET THE RIGHT PILL..  AS THE MORE COMMON EMERGENCY. And it is an emergency to stop the progress of something.. Prescription drugs do help cut costs.. but there is a limit to the price gouging going on.. also. 



The 'twisting ' of the words of the Georgia Guidestones.. is a  plan for space colonization.. and not for genocide at all. Evil has turned it into something it is now.  I knew the author..   he raised me.

Many are saying as  I am that Medicare needs to be looked at for financially  as Part A Medicare is a big part of the taxes withheld.. and its a hospital stay is not the big charge today for many or most..  An the emergency room is not a substitute for just getting in to see a doctor to prescribe what is needed to get well or better.  and is the emergency to get better.  which is often the  current type of emergency and can get just as life threatening if the treatment does not get started and cannot wait until ones gets an appointment  to see a doctor in their office.  SO SHOULD IT NOW JUST BE ONE TAX AMOUNT FOR THE WHOLE?? AND IF WE END UP WITH A MEDICARE OPINION FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER KIND OF HEALTH INSURANCE.. WHAT WOULD THEY PAY AND HOW MUCH TAXES.. ETC.  

   Sen Collins is right .. we need to look at WHAT DOES  REAL MODERN MEDICAL CARE EVEN LOOK LIKE OR SHOULD LOOK LIKE AND WE NEED TO BE ASKING THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AND NOT THE CABAL TRYING TO SHUFFLE MORE DATA TO GET MORE LUCRATIVE CONTRACTS.  

            As my call today discovered. since it had some tests done at the out patients of a local hospital and not some stand alone lab or imaging clinic and charges on a bill that got sent to Medicare  and not to the primary  payers as zero for most charges. even though approved medicare amounts would have made payment  for each one..  ITS CALLED PROSPECTIVE PAYMENT AND SOME MORE DATA SHUFFLING TO FIGURE OUT HOW THIS CABAL WILL GET CONTROLS  TO PAY HOSPITAL AND FOR $1909 approved for Medicare charged. they paid $88... of approved charge.. for the ultrasound that was the biggest charge  of over $1000..  even though its all FECA's bills. 

    This cabal has often  caused payments to have to be lowered . to make up for their own theft losses.. but one local hospital now TREATS FOR FREE AND HOW LONG THEIR DOORS STAY OPEN AT THAT RATE. >

  The Medicare hackers of this cabal found they  got 17 pays per $88.00 with one pay to the hospital n and THEY GOT 17 TIMES $0 for the rest.   

     One way to say it. but the whole math is off as the hospital; looks as if they saw 17 patients back on 4/28/17 and I am not even a Medicare patient  but it  was done.. that way when it was to be a conditional payment to Medicare legally but the cabal call center and they got a bogus screen of info and even turning in the 17 Medicare numbers entitlement letters. from the illegal off lines insecure  system was not enough to get  the billing service to get permission to do a legal paper claims as conditional    CONGRESS SAYS NO INTERNAL AUDITS ALLOWED AND  CMS HAS NO OFFICIAL IDEA WHAT IS GONG ON AND THE NEED FOR PAPER CLAIMS TO GET THINGS DONE LEGALLY AS THE SYSTEM IS COMPROMISED BY ITS OWN OWNER.. SO WHEN THE HOSPITAL GETS ITS BANK ACCOUNTS  DRAINED... BY THIS CABAL WHO HAS A RECORD OF OVERPAYMENT TO IT... where does one go in an emergency...???   I am only repeating what many memos fro CMS have warned all over the years from those who do understand that they have no control over his cabal running all of heath care.   SHAME ON THE REGIONAL OFFICIALS FOR NOT HELPING THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY TO GET APPROVAL FOR A PAPER CONDITIONAL  CLAIM FILING  TO PROTECT THEMSELVES AND PATIENTS AND THE WHOLE OF THE NATION AT RISK FOR THEFT OF OUR MONIES    

    Instead they have now cross referred each of 16  number to the real one.. on seventeen separate screens of info .. . but the letters  and payments are still going  out on the phonies   as THEY HAVE TO CROSS REFER ALL 17 TO BLOCK MULTIPLES PAYMENTS  AS HEY DID BEFORE WHEN THEY DID NOT RENEW THE CONTRACT WITH ONE CLAIMS PAYER WHO DID THIS ON A MASSIVE SCALE AND THE OVERPAYMENT TO ME AND MINE  WAS $4 MILLION FROM THEN AND LYNN BLODGETT IN CONTROL AT SSA NOW WILL NOT ALLOW ONE WAIVER REQUEST TO BE SEEN AND PROCESSED. now that is being added to with the initial outflow back to 12/12 on 10/7/16 and continues now since 10/16  AND CONGRESS has not acted.. and President trump has the gate to the swamp locked by Congress to get in and clean out the thieves. 

  Did the hospital get the 17 pays under prospective payments... ?? also  as the $88 was   and where is my notice to file an appeals on that says those words..?  PATIENTS HAVE LIVES AT RISK WHEN THEY NEED HEALTH CARE   AND LIVELIHOODS AND HEIRS INHERIT  OVER PAYMENTS AND WE GET NO OFFICIAL NOTICE TO APPEAL THIS IN ANY WAY???  SAYING WHY THE SUMMARY NOTICE SAY $0 paid for 7 of 8 listed items.. I have never seen such and its not logical.. and I have the constitutional right to know what was paid and if not correct appeal to correct. it. WE ALL DO ....

  no new claims.. but there is two versions of this 4/28/17 summary notices. o line now.. one shows he $88 paid and the other shows the entire bill approved for payment and $0 paid..   but the co pay id still $22 for the 20%     Got a hard copy and thanks  for wireless printers to keep away from the ink two rooms away. EVEN THESE CHANGE DAILY.. AND I HAVE ORDERED. COPIES ALREADY OF THE MAILED ONES   HACKERS STOP HACKING AND MAYBE THE SYSTEM WILL SETTLE DOWN.....??

  phone lines still blocked form our home illegally as they do not wish their call center employer seeing the crimes and security breaches which they clearly do when they get my records up..  and being ordered to break their CMS contract and not send print outs of it to CMS SO THEY KNOW..    but thanks  to those who helped me and I do share this with CMS even though they re not able to act by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002.

    It took 2 phone calls as the first person..  would not verify the insurance info on my records today..

call 1.   came in on one of the phony numbers and the pone menu verified it is active.. and then got the letter issued to me on that one..  then tried to  get the info on my insurance and got hung up on. did not even get transferred to advanced claims for the info on the 4/28/17 claim 

call 2   Thanks for all the help!  I came in on another phony and got another letter issues when that number was entered although  it is cross referred to the real one  as the prior call said it was.. BUT NEITHER HAD ALL 17 CROSS REFERRED  AS THEY DID WHEN THEY STOPPED THE MULTIPLES BEFORE?? BY NOT RENEWING THE CONTRACT .. AND GETTING A NEW ONE.  MOST IN THE DALLAS AND ATLANTA REGIONS HAVE NO IDEA THEY HAVE OVERPAYMENT LIABILITIES ON THEIR RECORDS THAT NEVER GO AWAY FROM THEN. OR HAVE INHERITED THEM. AS LIENS ON INHERITANCE.    .   

            FECA and primary Blues is on there open and not terminated by HIDDEN  as they are told to say . deleted. from what is sold to the medical community and to be ignored by tall the cabal call centers.. and the date is 10/6/16 as the bi weekly hack does not leave a date.       So the bogus illegal info no security screen shows Medicare primary and the fake Blues supplement of the identified now 27 variations. is : HSCS-BCBS OF OK  and fake ID of 0FEP0102

    She transferred me to the advanced clams and I got the info above about the payments for  4/28/17 that make no sense. and that persona said there is no way I can get a letter of how and what was actually paid... under prospective payments.. and does anyone by Lynn  Blodgett et al even know if THAT IS DONE CORRECTLY AS SO MUCH ELSE IS A CON AND SHAM.. ETC ??  AND NO INTERNAL AUDITOR TO CHECK EVEN THE MATH?? AND ITS 17 TIMES TOO MUCH ANYWAY ?? I am not 17 people... and do not even pretend to be!
