This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found our personal Medicare records hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress left all non DOD agencies without any oversight of their government contractors either civil or criminal and we began a massive contracting out and came under a real dictatorship not accountable to any real government  of by , for or of  the people as massive amounts of the people monies in trusted with the  government  began to disappear and documentation shows massive thefts.. of trillions now.  currently the report is a billion dollars a day theft of Medicare in this hacking , yet none is allowed to stop it. and the medical community and others are going along with the thefts not facing the fact that system show massive breaches of security and are not to be relied on ..  at all  by the Medicare hackers who are and have been the owners of the systems as a sub contractor of  BCRC of the former Group Health Inc.. since the COUP of 2002..

 is showing the cyber cloud, that knows all. is not permitting Medicare to pay any bill that has been paid for by FECA (federal workers comp in the past( but would if it were filed legally as a conditional  payment which , since 1/06 has to be a paper clams as the owner of the system will not design one that the taxpayer paid for and use the real date of injury and since 10/7/16 has been hiding the real bi weekly post form the employers and have created an illegal off line one with no security on it as its about a 30 years old system and they have  manually created info that makes Medicare primary  when its not. plus making up a fake Blues supplement when the real ones posts as my primary employer  group  health  which is a family plan and I have others on it who have Medicare cards also and the appellate judges ruled on M09-1406  every one is to obey the  laws and use the recovery process and if monies are not refunded go to court on a false claims suit.. .

     IN our cases, three Medicare judges ruled that its not primary and never has been and will not be until FECA gets me on permanent disability.an more cases are lined up in multiple agencies after  now 38 deified by this cabal and others in the government  who will not convince Congress to reinstate the right of the government  to govern and end massive thefts and harms being done.  including life threatening situations that too often have had deadly consequences even by Congressional studies of a decade ago ...

                   Now we have each claim being paid 17 times from the first time that went from 1.06 through 11/12  and since then according to several at 1-800 Medicare.. since 12/12 and that began sometime after 10/6/16 when the duplicate  illegal screen was created .. DISCOVERY  ONLY MADE LESS THAN 60 DAYS AGO  AND ALL TIME LIMITS BE WAIVED ON ALL OF THIS AS ITS FRAUD BY THE HACKERS TO CAUSE THIS AND OTHERS WHO WENT ALONG AND BELIEVED THEM.

      So with the reports of such massive daily spike in monies being spent at Medicare from clams paid, I am not the only one with 17 Medicare numbers active now.. And the Medicare  hackers have tried to cover this up on the screens ..  and suppress notices and entailment letters from getting out. but  it goes on. 

    SO far none have obeyed this but us..  and that includes the intermediary which pays the claims and are the final one responsible not to allow theft and ore now doing so even though their manager told me what needed to be done back on 10/28/16 which I summarized in that DAILY RECAP ADDED ON 10/28/16   and the regional office in Dallas at CMS who keeps believing the Medicare hackers which is their only source of information even when it comes from another source that gets their only source from the same entity of Lynn Blodgett named as the head of this cabal now in virtual control of the USA and virtual control of health care to every conflicting phase of it.  REMEMBER THE PROVIDER CALL CENTER NICE PEOPLE ARE BEING GIVEN A BOGUS OFF LINE SCREEN TO SEE AND ALSO BEING GIVEN FALSE INFO AS IF ITS TRUTH THAT THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN CORRECTED, ETC. BUT ITS BEEN HACKED BI WEEKLY TO MAKE SURE GOOD PEOPLE PASS ON FALSE INFO ..

      REQUESTS FOR APPEALS OF ALL CLAIMS AND REOPENINGS

           HAVE TO BE DONE ON ALL 17 NUMBERS.. AND THE INTERMEDIARY IS RESPONSIBLE  FOR THIS OCCURRING AS THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND THAT WOULD HAVE BLOCKED THE MULTIPLE THEFTS..  Each one ignoring the law, judges and contract terms are at legal risk.. and we as the victims whose heirs inherit over payments  that the same entity of the Medicare hackers as well as SSA hackers  over at SSA , now in control will not allow on each waiver of liability to be waived... even though the recovery efforts still must go on ..as the law requires..

  On my on social security number I have the possible 4 suffixes (prefixes for railroaders)

BCRC corporate doing that since the COUP of 2002 when any primary payer does not wish to pay and MAKES AN ILLEGAL DEAL WITH THEM.. . usually from the management company for the primary which is a shell company or partnered with the Medicare hackers entity.

                            WE ARE REQUESTING THAT EACH CLAIM AND THE MULTIPLES OF EACH BE REOPENING AND SENT TO RECOVERY UNIT AND THAT THE JUDGES AND LAWS BE OBEYED.. AND THAT THE BI WEEKLY HACK OF OUR EMPLOYER POSTS BE CEASED AS ITS BEEN ILLEGAL SINCE 1994 TO alter employer benefits as many parties have due process rights as well as the beneficiaries  and the bi weekly post is legally accurate.. as Linda Joy Adams has not yet had the pending  request  for permanent   disability  processed at FECA even though you are and have been verbally lied to by the head of his cabal Lynn Blodgett. named by many high level officials and others verbally as you told me in writing and verbally also  that you had no access to any records others than what he allows you to have.    as what he said and did to withhold even  judges orders from their respective agencies from the officials trying to answer whey they are not obeying the laws and judges. etc. on me. 

    Having to accept his  verbal words as truth when they are  not and never saw the judges orders from their own respective agencies  he is withholding from them along with the entire files  with so much to be done and ordered by many judges to get done in them.. one of which is this request for permanent  disability  and schedule award and then on to court for the third party lawsuit to reimburse  the taxpayer pending in the court in NJ all these years. . with liability insurer on the opposing end,, as a party that is implicated all over as in partnership with this cabal.. in blocking and obstructing..  .and 'let her die' order on Linda Joy Adams which obstruction of medical is very real. as you can now see , anything paid by FECA in the past  is now not going through Medicare but would if it were a conditional payment and much easier to recover the monies as its an approved item.

              EVEN THOUGH MY PERMANENT MEDICAL FOR THE PAST 23+ YEARS HAS BEEN 100% anyway under an obscure 1988 labor law when one is put on home liquid oxygen for life as I was then.   

                WE ARE REQUESTING ALL CLAIMS ON ALL NUMBERS BE PAID CONDITIONALLY AND THE RECOVERY LETTERS GET OUT EVEN IF THEY HAVE TO BE DONE BY OLD MANUAL TYPEWRITERS... AND WE GET OUR COPIES AS WELL THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY TO PROVE WE ARE NO LONGER AT RISK FOR ANY LIABILITY.... AND WILL BE GLAD TO COOPERATE IN ANY RECOVERY EFFORTS IN COURT. ETC.  SHOULD THE GOVERNMENT EVER DECIDE TO GET ITS MONEY BACK FOR OTHERS TO USE AT MEDICARE FOR THEIR BILLS.   (all claims are included on all of us.. but a list is attached.)        

                This is requested on the new rules as of 4/7/2017  of Medicare Processing manual Chapter 29  on serial claims. involving the same issues.  (a few have been miscoded and those have been pending to correct that .. ) but you have appeals going back years not responded to on this... and many inherited from other intermediaries  and filed and followed up on and currently legally pending..    as we, the patients hold legal financial risk and who do our statutory  heirs as well as currently its our own  lives endangered when bills  for medical care not being legally paid now even illegally as its  not Medicare's bills  for me and mine.   Medicare Judges original appellate number M 09-1406 and affirmed b- weekly as accurate  by the employer post to the system form the US Department of Labor  personnel office which is the official duty one for injured federal workers.  . date of injury for Linda is 1/10/89 and why a paper claims is needed as the system is not designed as paid for to use thee real date.. .    .

   still the manually jacked mess .. but a new claims of services last week at a local hospital  for outpatient  test..   

      Medicare APPROVED Charges were $1909 and only paid about $68.00 of this.. as the 80% of what?   many of these tests were ones  that Lynn Blodgett has let FECA think he has been paying all the times as the offline system used for the ACS Bill portal  has been hacked several times  over the last year  and some before that  and I have copies.. as items paid for removed and etc.   and some never entered as Oxygen not processed since the too over although its was paid before. etc.  and approved for life.

    P.S. Watched part of the FBI director testimony  and as he ALMOST MENTIONED THIS CABAL/HEAD  AND VIOLATED THE RULES OF CONGRESS TO NOT MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE  a government contractor  TESTIFY..   MANY SEEM TO BE GETTING SOME COURAGE BUT NOT QUITE YET .... AND THAT IS WHY WE CONTINUE  TO BE ROBBED AND THOSE DOING SUCH ILLEGAL ACTS ARE GETTING BY WITH IT..

   phone lines still blocked but thanks to those who aid the upholding of the laws and helped me get through today..

 call 1. went through and verified one of the phony number and then interference on  the line and the agent could not hear me at all. and hung up .

call 2  came on the same phony number and verified me.. and then the agency id'd  me .. and  indicated that the real number was cross referred to the one phony .. but did not have all 17 cross referred so there are still 17 active numbers. being hidden to document the thefts.. they have to cross refer all 17 as they had them a year ago to stop the multiple thefts.   We began having horrible interference and a screeching noise. also as is someone was on the line trying to stop the info being given ??

     My two primary payers are on there open and not terminated but  THIS AGENT WAS INSTRUCTED AS ALL OF THEM IS TO SAY THAT ITS BEEN CLOSED OUT YET ITS OPEN AS SHOWING ITS THE TWO PRIMARY PAYERS OF FECA AND FEHB BLUES.  

  The bogus screen of  info of Medicare  primary  has a fake blues supplement of  HCSC/BCBS OF OK

 AND THE INTERFERENCE  GOT SO BAD I COULD NOT GET ANYMORE and  got disconnected .. 

    Its been about a week since that fake blues policy showed up from the ON-GOING MELTDOWN OF THE MEDICARE SYSTEM ALTERING TO CORRECT ITSELF TRYING TO FIND THE REAL BLUES TO PUT ON THERE AND CAN"T AS ITS PRIMARY TO MEDICARE Don't these Medicare hackers know that BCRC corporate is till doing the initial hacking also ??? since the COUP of   2002  of making Medicare primary and hiding the primary blues as they used to do for years.  ??/ HOW MANY HACKERS DOES IT TAKE TO COLLAPSE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM ??? This cabal is so murky and big it does not know what each end of the tail and head of the  monster is doing  and all are helping themselves.???
