This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the unaccountable by act of Congress in the COUP of 200o2 cabal of government contractors which control our data and records now of the people and the nation had hacked the Medicare system worse than ever.... and the info got worse as I investigated he best I could daily since then.... 

     The plausibility of a billion dollars a day being stolen through the sub contractor hackers of the Coordination of Benefits  recovery corporate  contract of the former Group  Health Inc of NY  is very real and possible ... and part of the total is visible on my own records of clams being paid in multiples of 17 when even one is illegal unless its a paper conditional payment. 

       DO YOU HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS AND AN OVERPAYMENT YOUR HEIRS INHERIT?

  I have the 4 possible on ones own SSN of A.M.T.TA but another 13 on my spouse' SSN which there are dozens of possibles for all kinds of spouses.. I HAVE B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TN,TD,TE,W,W6.

      The system being used as the duplicate being sold to the Medicare community and all are given in the call centers to see first is an illegal one with NO SECURITY AND ABOUT 30 YEARS OLD.. AND ITS NO MORE THAN A GLORIFIED CHECK WRITING MACHINE... TO HELP THE HACKERS TO STEAL FROM THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND..  The hackers manager tell all its a corrected or updated one and to use it... when those who do can be overpaid and subject to not the one payment they get taken from their bank accounts for an overpayment  but THE ENTIRE 17 PAYMENT'S WHICH SHOW RECEIVED BUT WHERE IS THE MONEY ??  They need to watch for a pending that never posts?? or diverted before posting. 

  The real government , CMS has no idea what is and has been going on since the COUP  of 2002 and things  everything is OK.. in the local regional offices and keeps saying its OK as they get their info from the head of the contractors cabal and accept it as fact.. .when they have no basis to know it is. 

 As I recall from decades ago , there is a limit of 17 items per page and then its like setting up a new web site.  etc. ( I mix old and new terms all the time as have gone from an old IBM 360 billing machine as operator in 1966 to still not fully happy with Windows 10 and have a

   ON 10/7/16, THE OWNERS OF  THE CABAL UNDER ONE HEAD NAMED BY SEVERAL AT THE TOP OF THE USA who are powerless to act until CONGRESS ALLOWS EXISTING BUDGET TO BE SPENT TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF ALL NON DOD CONTRACTORS FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL LEVELS. DOD never lost the right. but some of them have non DOD contracts now where they are immune to oversight..  

   (One of those pesky rules hat Congress has passed that inhibits the US CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF CONGRESS, PRESIDENT AND OTHER ELECTED LEADERS  AND THE PEOPLE , THROUGH OUR VOTES TO BE IN CONTROL OF THE USA.   That includes the unconstitutional House and Senate rules to not mention, contact or have a contractor  testify so they go on passing laws based on unverified data and facts and wonder whey they are unpopular as they are usually not able to help anyone who calls them as most of the worked, data and facts of what is really going on is INSIDE THE CONTRACTOR.  and if there is a problem,, NO ONE IS IN AUTHORITY TO FIX IT..

 as these rules that President Trump may be speaking of  ARE THESE..  DID WE ELECT MEMBERS OF CONGRESS TO GO REPRESENT US AND THEN DECIDE TO SHIRK THEIR DUTY TO US AND THE NATION. BY WISHING TO BE IGNORANT AND ALLOWING AN OCCUPIED NATION BY AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT IS NOW VIRTUALLY 8IN CONTROL OF THE WHOLE AND FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL   as even federal has those same contractors  being hired for federal funded projects. etc.

   And local and regional offices of the government  need to stop bluffing that they really know what is going on ..  GETTING A REPORT FROM A CONTRACT THAT CANNOT BE VERIFIED IS NOT AN AUDIT..   One may be truthful but the next 'nice' contractors may be stealing from the public treasury ..  Those who sent me letters and others verbally who admitted they only know what LYNN Blodgett told them is telling the truth .. and agency need  to make it clear the source of their info to them and if denied the right to verify it as accurate.. SSA did over three years ago as we know that has been hacked also by the same entity .. and CONGRESS ignored. them..

    Why didn't the media ever cover that during the election.??? of both sides of the political spectrum over up the truth of the COUP of 2002. when we last officially had a real government  in charge of anything in thee real government and  one entity began to gain total control and squeeze out any more ethical entities  that would bid for a contract .. IF ONE HAS A 'DEAL TO STEAL' THEY CAN UNDERBID  A  MORE ETHICAL  COMPANY THAT IS GOING TO NEED A CERTAIN AMOUNT TO LEGALLY DO THE JOB.

is still a manually hacked mess. with 4 fake Blues on there but FECA is on there that is 100% coverage for the last 23 years and is permanent but more  of the recovery efforts are messing.

Blodgett never let them see it..  as they  'think' he is paying all of my bills . He is in defiance of 38 agency federal judges including those at Medicare and US Dept of labor to post my file , reaffirming my benefits and to get things processed and aid etc.   and does not do so .. and this obstructs medical care as this is a life and death struggle for many and too many in the USA have lost the battle  to this corruption .. and are no t longer with us but in s a place now where HEALTH CARE IS NOT NEEDED ACCORDING  TO MY FAITH BOOK.

   Its is not just and fair to have one taken from this plane of existence to another at THE ILLEGAL HANDS OR ACTS OF ANOTHER..  We are to have a legal system that addresses those who do such evil to others. but this cabal has been immune to that  process since the COUP OF 2002.

   Still a manually hacked  illegal mess. for myself and those in my family with Medicare cards on my primary employer group health plan that is posted  bi weekly then hacked  by about 7:05AM CST for 15 years to do an illegal  bail out of the insurance industry by THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE in NY of the  FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY  in direct adverse action of their call center and recovery unity trying to obey the laws and their corporate doing the illegal opposite.. Since 10/6/16 with the real primary payers hidden .. they have been unable to get he recovery letters out and have ;tubs of our claims they cannot get through the system.. AS WE DO NOT HAVE THE SYSTEM THAT THE TAXPAYER HAS PAID FOR OVER AND OVER SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 THAT IS TO BLOCK  THE HACKERS FROM ALTERING THE BI WEEKLY POST. AND SINCE 10/16 no one has seen a workers comp visible on the screen of info they are paying big monies to get. to know whom to bill  It has been illegal to alter the bi weekly post from one employer since 1994 as all kinds of due process rights are involved with employer benefits and many parties affected. 

    THE RECOVERY PROCESS  is one legal way to verify and I have three  Medicare judges ruling that the  post is correct and verified and the recovery process is to be done.. BUT HIS CABAL TOSSED THEM AND ARE NOT UNDER THE JUDGES. ,, LAWS. RULES NOR CONTRACT TERMS. as several years ago I began to find out we are not under the US Constitution anymore nor any real government  in charge of anything  and finally  found out about the COUP of 2002 and verified by many at the top of the USA. and  by Michael Horowitz  in 2014 from, the US Justice Department working on an SEC matter  that it was done in the   E Governing  budget bill of 2002 when changes were made before it was voted on and few who voted knew they were OVERTHROWING THE  USA INTO THE TOTAL CONTROL OF THIS CABAL OF INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES  AS THE WHOLE  GOVERNMENT  BEGAN TO BE CONTRACTED OUT FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL. and the flow of info in the USA is now 'virtual.' as   Systems as it is for much of the entire world.     Few knew what they had voted on.   

                                   HILLARY WAS RIGHT BECAUSE SHE KNEW.. AND ALSO WAS AROUND  50 YEARS AGO TO KNOW THE ORIGINAL HEALTH CARE PLAN FOR THE USA. THAT OUR ANCESTORS OF THE LAST CENTURY HAD  ALREADY FIGURED OUT.. (it is not her original thought)

          Medicare with states buying is for the poor AND NOT THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL UNEQUAL TREATMENT MEDICAID  was to be the next step. and the Nixon administration.. usurped that plan step  and put the poor in s less than equal health care plan.  

     And eventually all would have it  as an option  with a secondary insurance market. for those who did not have other  insurance such  as an employer  plan or a private policy .  When she proposed all those age 55 and up have the Medicare option  as a choice.. is following the plan of our forebears of 50 yeas ago

     . BUT IN THOSE YEARS THERE WAS NO UNACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS.  They were supervised just as employees of the government   were.   and being more efficient was the goal .. not shuffling data to create  more contracts to be let. A lot of paper work being pushed on the medical community should be handled by the cyber cloud system. and a way to correct errors that too often are deadly are not there for the contractors as they are not under any HIPPAA law..

  Phone lines still blocked to my home  but thanks to those who got me through to day..
 have done nothing to have this blocked but pursue the stop of stealing of my id and claims. etc. putting my life and livelihood and those  of my heirs at risk. . 

      Thanks to the courteous agent who helped today and got the info ...

I was disappointed that all the systems updates this weekend did not stop the thefts.. and did ask for print outs of my screens be sent to CMS. 

     But do not count on it.. as one management did not deny that they are now being managed by Lynn Blodgett et al  and being told  blatant lies that the system is updated and they are being giving the accurate info .. when common sense says otherwise when they see the employer post on there open , not terminated but deleted or removed or (closed out..is the term she was told)  but open..  to cover up the security breaches and crimes they are witnessing. of his MEDICARE HACKERS UNDER HIS CONTROL.  not closed out when its open and not terminated in the cyber space..    

    When she looked up what had happened to my two primary payers. FECA and FEHB Blues she said they were closed up before she looked and then say them open and no termination dates at all.

        One by one for 7 months now all are seeing the proof that they are all being lied to by the ones in control ..  AN IMPOSSIBLE POSITION FOR THESE GOOD DECENT PEOPLE HIRED BY THE CABAL FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE JOB AND THEN LIED TO SO THEY LIE TO THE PUBLIC. 

  Another reason UNIONS get started.   and that  is not always the answer either.. Congress has the answer.  so this is not allowed to continue.  Shut this crooked mess down  and go get the money back from the thieves..

      The first screen is he bogus one created by the Contractors and is showed Medicare primary in direct opposition to the real one that had it secondary .. and the FAKES blues to day as a supplement is the one of HCBC BCBS FEP  and the fake ID of 0FEPOK0102  EFFECTIVE 8/1/2004

   That conflicts with the info on the real one that shows earlier effective dates as effective and even the update or close out is 10/6/16 today. HACKING LEAVES NO DATE.. AS THAT OCCURS BI -WEEKLY   after  the bi weekly post.

  The MEDICARE SYSTEM IS IN CONTINUOUS  MELTDOWN TRYING TO CORRECT ITSELF AND RUNS THROUGH THE LIST  OF THE FAKE BLUES AS THE LEAST SECURE OF ALL OF THE INFO IN THERE N CYBER CLOUD..

    I had come in on one of he fake blues. and got to a call center that did not have a claims menu to check. things out thought the system. but SHE DID ORDER A TEMPORARY entitlement  LETTER ON THE FAKE NUMBER OF AN IMPOSSIBLE CATEGORY FOR MY AGE AND MARITAL STATUS.. I AM TURNING THE SET OF 17 IN NOW RATHER THAN SHOWING MY REAL CARD AS THEIR BILLING PEOPLE MUST WAKE UP AND PROTECT THEIR CLIENTS IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION ON THIS.  (a few have the cabal's billing service and management company and this is an even more impossible conflict of interest  for patients and good doctors etc.  trying to get health care...

   At a billion dollars a day theft.. this is not just my claims at all.. even paid 17 times each .

as  she showed the claims had  got paid last week ;as paid both on my real number as well of the phony one.

               Daughter helped me getting some shelves up and things on them and then I rested and did not get any more calls made today..
