This is a linked series of Daily recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data hacked worse than ever by the contractors that owns it worse than ever... since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to over thrown the USA into the control of an international cabal of contractors with a head unknown to nearly every one to this day... but named by high level officials as one by one 38 federal agency judges were defied until the truth came out and was shared whey they were not obeyed ...
Lynn Blodgett has virtual control of all and its p to him what he dos and allows anyone in the real government to know as he COUP of 2002 REMOVED THE RESTRAINER OF LAW so that no internal audits could be done of a government contracts for local to state or federal which most rely on the feds to handle for all federally funded program.. and no criminal investigations done.. as no money can be spent of even existing budget to do so ..
NOW THE SENATOR Chaffetz WHO HELD THE HEARING a couple of months ago for the AGENCY POLICE. to be able to drain the swamp .. from THE OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERALS IS RESIGNING BEFORE WE GET BUDGET AUTHORITY TO LET THEM DO THEIR JOBS.. and stop the horrors of the COUP of 2002 getting worse as hey fight any attempt to be stopped by a legal system being put back in place they would all be under as all are to be . .
The Medicare hackers do not wish the swamp drained do they of this cabal in charge since then.. WHY? Former Senator Lieberman is now a possible new TOP COP.. nominee. for FBI Director.. I met him and his wife years ago before he went to DC as Senator and it was an unusual meeting...
He and his wife has come from CT on the train and missed getting off the train in upper Manhattan and ended up in Newark... where they were looking for the way back etc. and up on the upper level of the Newark train center we met.. and we were the only ones up there at the time. I was seated reading my Bible as I had about an hour before my train to Philly would arrive. And we talked some and I directed them to the Path train which would take them back to midtown Manhattan.. I will not say more. but I recall Hadassah seemed to understand as well as I did , that by some miracle we were suppose to meet.. . why , I do not know... as such meetings occur in our lives and its suppose to be for some mysterious reason.. I have no doubt it was to occur.. and why is beyond me to know.. We did introduce ourselves to each other by name.. which is unusual to do in such a public arena. with strangers. I had not lived out east very long at the time and did not know the names, of even local or state officials in the tri state areas.
This was in the time before I was injured on the job in 1/10/89 and before the gate of corruption that led us from summer of 1988 direct down the path that got us to 9/11/01... We went our separate ways into history and assumed that they got back to upper Manhattan to do their holiday shopping. .and the fame that has led him to maybe being our next FBI Director called in to service for the USA. in a way he might never have expected... to DRAIN THE SWAMP OF THE CORRUPTION THAT IS HARMING THE PEOPLE AND THE NATION..
Me and mine are just a few of all those so badly being harmed in all of this. If he is nominated my prayers are for his success. But if another is.. may he or she also be of great service to the nation., people and humanity. Even those who do not like President Trump are saying

FRAMING YOUR GOOD DOCTOR AND OTHERS IN THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY INTO LOOKING AS IF THEY ARE THE THIEVES? subject to having their bank accounts drained by the MEDICARE HACKERS WHOSE DIRECTOR ALSO IS THE ONE OF THE HEAD OF THIS CABAL WHOM THEY SIGN ALL UP TO ACCEPT MEDICARE PAYMENTS . AND HAS THE CONTRACT TO TAKE THE MONEY WHEN HE SAYS THEY ARE OVERPAID..
1-800 Medicare is now being told to file fraud reports and when its against a government contractor it is to go direct to CMS-HHS , not to the head of the cabal where others go.. on a medical providers who is breaking the law. the few who are intentionally doing so.. NOT THOSE BEING TRICKED INTO FILLING ILLEGAL CLAMS AS THEY ARE SOLD AN ILLEGAL BOGUS SCREEN OF WHOM TO BILL AS OF 10/16... WHEN EVEN THE CABAL CALL CENTERS ARE BEING GIVEN THE BOGUS SCREEN FIRST AND BEING TOLD ITS THE REAL ONE.. AND THEY CAN SEE THE REAL INFO FROM OUR EMPLOYERS POSTED OPEN , NOT TERMINATED BUT BEING TOLD ITS REMOVED. (that is not a fraudulent statement).
AND IT HAS BEEN ILLEGAL SINCE 1994 TO ALTER an employer post to the system .. AND THREE MEDICARE JUDGES HAVE RULED MINE IS ACCURATE AND GO RECOVER THE MONEY FROM THE HEAD OF THE CABAL WHO WAS GIVEN , HIS OWN PEOPLE SAID.. AND OTHERS.. N THE GOVERNMENT OVER THE YEARS AT MILLION DOLLARS A HEAD FOR MANY OF THOSE LIKE ME WHO ALREADY HAD PERMANENT MEDICAL AT FECA AND THE MONEY DISAPPEARED AND HE ENDED UP OWNING Affiliated Computer Services.. the first of hundreds of companies now and as many other he has virtual control of now and as many secret deal partnerships that breach all kinds of anti trust laws. etc. And no one has been allowed to investigate since the COUP of 2002
And like most injured workers he now has control of all workers comp in the USA as contractor of all the insurers. our bills are being illegally dumped onto Medicare to pay.. .and we and our heirs in their overpayment and over at SSA which he has virtual control of now. not one easy waiver has been processes MOST HAVE NO IDEA THEY ARE HAVING THEIR ID AND CLAIMS INFO STOLEN AND TURNED INTO MULTIPLES AND OVER PAYMENTS AND THAT CAN BE ANYONE WHO HAS A MEDICARE CARD.. EVEN IF THY HAVE RETIRED AND HAVE NO EMPLOYER POSTS BI WEEKLY TO BE HACKED.
On my on social security number, I have the 4 possible suffixes. (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA .
But as a spouse dozens of possibles exist and since there is NO SECURITY OR CROSS CHECKING WITH SSA ON THIS ITS JUST A WAY TO MAKE THE PAYMENT LOOK LEGITIMATE WHEN ITS ONE ALONE. THIS OLD SYSTEM SEEM TO ONLY BE ABLE TO HANDLE 17 BEFORE THEY HAVE TO SET UP ANOTHER WEB SITE OR SCREEN?? BUT THE INSIDERS ARE SAYING IT IS A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY THEFT ONGOING SINCE 10/16 AND ITS NOT JUST ONE CLAIMS PAYING COMPANY NOW AS IT WAS BEFORE. WHEN I HAD THIS HAPPEN AND $4 MILLION STOLEN IN MY NAME. and most in our regions had it occurred and have Medicare over payments or heirs have inherited hem and don't even know it.

Written proof of the system having these can be requested from the agent as a temporary entitlement letter. and I have many now.. Summary notices of a claim can be suppressed on this old system as all of us are familiar with 30 years ago.. and those have not been issued but the system shows the monies paid multiple times and received a the bank of the head of the cabal??? not merged into a modern cloud system and putting the whole Medicare system is in meltdown. as it keeps trying to correct itself as it has three open primary payers with Medicare primary and secondary and a real Blues as primary and a fake one as a supplement of which the Medicare hackers have created at least 27 variations of info that mixes federal contract terms with state regulated policy terms .. and the only reasons is to MAKE IT LOOK REAL and the system keeps trying to find the right one and repost the primary and its a MELTDOWN OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM OVER IT.

a new claim just got paid multiple times at Medicare and not done legally as the billing services are under duress to use the system as is and then this occurs... WE ARE FINDING THAT I GET THE INFO FIRST. AND THEN THERE IS A DELAY OF DAYS FROM WHEN THE SYSTEM SAYS THE MONEY IS RECEIVED AND BEFORE EVEN THE MEDICAL PROVIDER SEES ONE PAYMENT PER CLAIMS POSTED ON THE BANK ACCOUNT.. so what is going on with all the multiples. ???? WHERE IS THE MONEY FOR ABOUT A WEEK??
1-800 Medicare did not even see the claim aid for the 5/11/17 service date. and yet it shown as paid several days ago. already . and they checked on 2 of the phony numbers as ell as the real one. which is a overpayment as it has to be a paper conditional payment that gets to recovery unit of the Medicare hackers to get the money back from the contractor which is also a company of the Medicare hackers. etc. by the judges orders' and CMS IS NOT COOPERATING IN THIS AS THEY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS HAPPENING OFFICIALLY .. AT LEAST DALLAS IS NOT ..
as they get all their info from the Medicare hacker boss. ??? is my direct info .

Phone lines to our home still blocked as they do not wish their people to know that they are being shown a bogus screen on many like. me and then filling out fraud reports. etc. Thanks to those doing their jobs for the people that get me threw.. so I can get the info to CMS of what is going on even if its second hand.. but the letters are primary proof of NO SECURITY ON THE ENTIRE 60 MILLION CARD HOLDERS AND GOING TO USING LAST 4 DIGITS OR ANOTHER CLAIM NUMBER DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AN ANSWER. AS HOW WILL THERE BE IN CROSS CHECKING AT ALL WITH SSA??
Look for much worse to occur of the insider thefts. UNLESS WE GET A TOP COP WHO CONVINCES CONGRESS TO ALLOW IT TO GET STOPPED.
FEW INSIDE THINK THIS IS GOING TO HELP AT ALL. with internal corruption YES I AGREE THAT THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN USED ON THE CARD WE SHOW TO EVERYONE.. and used for all kinds of benefits even reduced bus fares in some cities.
It took two calls today to get as much as I did.
call 1. I came in on one of the phony numbers and the phone menu verified it.. and then onto the person.. and got hung up on.. before I got much info ... I asked if 17 numbers cross referred to one.. as that is how they did this after the last thefts a few ears ago and that blocked multiples from being paid.. and that ended 10/16 If the person I spoke to day before yesterday did file the fraud report. who got it.. AS TODAY THEY SEEMED MORE HYPER MISTRAINING FOR ME TO CALL DALLAS AND THEY HAVE NO ACCESS TO SEE THE DUAL SCREENS F INFO AND THE HACKING. ETC..
One member of management there above their direct supervisors did not deny they were from one of the management companies of the Medicare hackers and this may have caused some real internal flack as they would not wish the fraud reports be sent to CMS directly at all. yet they are to file them as they are the ones who are most likely to detect most fraud..
call 2. I came in on another phony number and verified and then onto the agent and got that the two primary payers are open not terminated and yet Medicare is primary also on the bogus and the real one is showing as deleted as f 10/6/16. not the hacking date of 5/16/17 at all
DENIAL OF TREATMENT
one of my doctors had some medical concerns after some test results and wanted me to see a couple of specialists.. so I made some calls. One got me in.. for an appointment soon.. and the other.... was to call back and make an appointment. and I did... and then they asked about insurance and when they found out it was not Medicare.. etc. they refused to see me... we have some new billing services from some large national ones in this area now. and seems to be nationwide also.. . that have convinced many to sigh up with them. and they are not following all the rules at all. and at tome point the point and our good doctors and others in the medical community re going to find ourselves worse off than ever. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PEOPLE HAVE NO GOVERNMENT TO TURN TO WHEN THEY RE BEING VICTIMIZED BY SOME VERY RUTHLESS THIEVES ALLOWED TO BE IN DICTATORIAL CONTROL AND TOO MANY GOING ALONG TO GET ALONG. in some of these huge services which some of them are backed by this cabal or a sub society or partner or.. its a murky conflict of interest all over the place. and its now into primary industry having to hire these company as they are no longer just billing services but billing and management combines. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY FOR THE MEDICARE HACKERS AND LITTLE ABOUT ALLOWING OUR GOOD DOCTOR. ETC DOING THE BEST THEY CAN FOR THE PATIENT AND GOOD MEDICINE AND GET FAIR PAY FOR THE WORK THEY DO ..
FAKE LETTER FROM A DOCTOR
caused this one referral.. I had gotten a letter form one of my specialist that he was moving to another practice.. and thought I might have to find another doctor.. I called his office and he is not going anywhere. I have the letter. and shared the concern and said will see him at my next appointment which is about as soon as I would get one anyway..
I had excellent specialist retire over this mess in the last few years. and still do not have all replaced. And some are to be seem for follow up once a year and this is a mess trying to find anyone who will take this messed up health plan nightmare on my records. In our area of the country where there is no Medicaid expansion. nor subsidies premiums we have a lot of uninsured.. so her is not a problem finding those who will take Medicare but the FLACK IS THE NON COOPERATION OF THE REGIONAL CMS OFFICE THAT IS GETTING ALL THEIR INSTRUCTIONS FROM THEIR NEIGHBOR DOWN THE STREET.?? LYNN BLODGETT ET AL AND NOT FROM CMS....
They should be helping the MEDICAL COMMUNITY TO GET FAIR AND LEGAL PAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WHICH ALL SHOULD BE... THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN A QUICK WAIVER TO ALLOW THEM TO MAKE A COUPLE OF CALLS TO THE PRIMARIES AND THEN GO ON AND GET PAID CONDITIONALLY BY MEDICARE as that takes all overpayment liabilities away from the medical community or patients. as its up to the real government to go get the people's money back from those who are to pay. . AND GET THE CLAIMS TO THE RECOVERY UNIT TO GET THE MONEY BACK.. AS IN MY CASE ITS FECA that US DEPARTMENT of Labor 'thinks; is paying my bills and has no idea in DC they are not??. AND THE RECOVERY UNIT IS ANOTHER UNIT OF THE SAME SUB CONTRACTORS OF THE MEDICARE HACKERS. ALL IN THE SAME CABAL CONTRACTOR COMPANY,
Nice people work in the coordination and recovery units.. but their work is obstructed by their corporate office in NY who contracts our all and take their direction from the head of the total cabal in virtual control of the USA now. since the COUP of 2002..
These huge billing services that have replaced the ones in the local doctor's offices long ago over this mess. DO NOT EVEN WANT TO HAVE THE INFO THAT THE PATIENT PROVIDES FOR INSURANCE AS THAT IS DUE PROCESS TO HAVE TO FOLLOW IT PER THE LAW AND THEY DO KNOW THAT MUCH OF THE REAL LAWS. I have judges orders as well as being one who has conducted Medicare fraud investigations and signed orders to the US attorney to ask them to enforce the conditional payment law against insurers who would not pay their legally obligated bills.. I would knowingly be committing fraud to go along to get along. in this.. and I GET DENIED MEDICAL CARE DUE TO THIS. because huge companies of this cabal now have more control of health care providers then ever in history and this is not government controlled health care as NO GOVERNMENT IS IN CONTROL OF ANY OF THIS. AT ALL
No wonder they do not wish the swamp drained they are hiding in.. with the gate locked to get in by Congress. so it can not be cleansed of the corrupted murky miry mess.
