This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data files owned by the former Group Health Inc of NY as BCRC as CMS contracts worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to overthrow the USA into the control of an international cabal of companies under the control of the named head now of Lynn Blodgett though one company Former FBI Director Comey worked at Lockheed Martin when he got control over there and then got the control of all our data and systems hacked and monies may be missing?? control of Social Security also which those social shave been denied access for several years. now as no internal audits allowed since the COUP of 2002 of non DOD contractors and these are defense contracts who now have non DOD domestic control of the biggest pots of public monies to steal from and hack and do as they pleases with our data and files. and their written plea to Congress goes unheeded also.
Is there a link? to all that has been going on that the lazy media is not putting together as I have limited resources to find out.. yet my own life and those of my loved ones are at stake and the theft of id and claims info is creating Medicare overpayment against me and my heirs as is with many others... against since 10/6/16.. And SSA is to be able to grant an easy waiver when one is the victim as millions are... now and LOCKHEED MARTIN UNDER LYNN BLODGETT et al CONTROL OF THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW ONE WAIVER REQUEST TO BE PROCESSED....is the last land grab of the USA coming from among those with Medicare cards. by ones allowed to 'OCCUPY US' AND BE IN CHARGE INSTEAD OF THE ONES WE ELECT TO TAKE CARE OF OUR BUSINESS FOR US,.. No money can be spent for an infernal audit nor a criminal investigation or prosecution of a government contractors. is the law that got passed in the COUP of 2002 with alterations and deletions of words and phrases of a 6000 page e governing bill. * source high level officials and the law that did it source is Michael Horowitz.
. THE BIGGEST SECRET OF THE COUP IS IT OCCURRED AS MOST HAVE NO IDEA THERE IS NO RESTRAINER AGAINST LAW BREAKERS AD NO RULE OF LAW EXISTS SINCE TH COUP OF 2002 FRO LOCAL TO FEDERAL OVER NEARLY EVERY PHASE OF OUR DAILY LIVES. AND IN HEALTH CARE AND OTHER PROGRAMS IT HAS HAD DEADLY CONSEQUENCES FOR WAY TOO MANY.
THE RESTRAINER HAS BEEN REMOVED OF THE RULE OF LAWS OF A NATION.. which our US Constitution has been ignored as our governing document. by those who took their oath of office promising to uphold it. The mandate of it being "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." both of which has been ignored by most of those elected to represent us ... as the ultimate rulers of the USA under it.
DO YOU HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS created on you by the Medicare hackers to steal n your name.. I have the written proof of the temporary entitlement letters from the hackers system owned by this cabal as sub contractor of BCRC corporate who nice people in the call centers and recovery unit are blocked by the hacking of their bosses... from coordinating and recovering monies due back when primary payers will not pay their bills and Medicare has to pay and IS LEGAL TO DO SO TO SAVE LIVES BUT THE MONEY IS TO BE RECOVERED AND ITS NOT AN OVERPAYMENT AGAINST THE PATIENT OR HEIRS OR OUR GOOD MEDICAL COMMUNITY IF ITS LABELED AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND GETS SENT TO THE RECOVERY UNIT WHO THEN HAS THE CONTRACTED OUT RESPONSIBILITY TO GO GET THE PEOPLES' MONEY BACK .. so why are the billing services being coerced not to do them by this cabal..?? IT WOULD EXPOSE THE THIEVERY THAT IS NOW SAID TO BE A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY SINCE 10/16 and others some say is trillions since the COUP of 2002... and n one in Congress can get any verifiable data or facts as only this cabal knows and is not going to share this kind of info .. as the one thing the government can still do is cancel or not renew a control for good cause.. and that means evidence and currently not able to obtain it themselves.
But the patients are able to audit their own records and share what they find out.. as I am doing daily now. This is not just financial for me... but my and our medical care is being obstructed over the illegal activities going on.. as I have shared over the hears as this is he main reason this blog was started back in 12/08 to share what was going on since the COUP of 2002 and we had found out that there was NO 'POLICE' over the federal agencies nor federally funded local and state programs under this COUP of 2002 anymore to stop crimes by a contractors.. and since there is NO internal audits many of our rights that are to exist are not being followed either. as misinformation in the training is missing big time all over by this cabal..
FECA My employer group health plan which it also posts by weekly from my personnel office in house programs at the US Department of Labor is primary for those on my policy with Medicare cards. now
Most of workers comp medical bills are now illegally being dumped onto Medicare by Lynn Blodgett who now controls the whole for all now. as he has for us feds .... for all these years....

1-800 Medicare (* General Dynamics) is the only one who seems to be able to see the whole of all the info and history .. SSA does not show these as they are not tied to any benefits there.. this is an illegal insecure ancient system ... tied to the modern cyber cloud.. info . and is in a meltdown as there is the open , not terminated real post of primary payers from our employer and other reporters that is not to be altered. And its been illegal since 1994 to alter an employer posts and I have three Medicare judges who ruled the post is accurate and to get the recovery done and they tossed those away and disregard as he RULE OF LAW IS NOT OVER A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR ANY MORE BY THE COUP OF 2002 BY ACT OF CONGRESS
But one does can be restored and just have Medicare and your id and claims be stolen by the sub contractor who is doing this from BCRC corporate in control . under the head of the cabal
On my own social security number I have the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA but there are dozens of possible as a spouse. as I recall this old system can only take 17 on a page and then its like setting up another web site..?? so we have never found more than 17.
On my husband I have B.B2.B6.D.D4.D6.E.E1.TB.TD.TE.W.W6. evidence that these exist in the system as active is the temporary entitlement letter they can order for you ..
AETNA HACKED TODAY
I have not been able to checkout whether all the prescriptions drugs paid for by Part D Medicare are being paid also 17 times a piece.. LYNN Blodgett PAY THESE AS SUB CONTRACT? ALSO OF all of THE INSURERS WHO MAY HAVE TO CONTRACT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OF WHO? WHICH THEN DECIDED WHO SHOULD BE PAYING ALL THE CLAIMS AND NOTHING EVER HAS GONE TO RECOVERY BY THEM AS THEY HAD NO IDEA IT SHOULD.. its been a Medicare free for all for over a decade now. and CMS DID NOT EVEN KNOW UNTIL 3/14 HE WAS PAYING THE BILLS. UNTIL I FOUND OUT. and then they found out $0.00 sent to recovery .. ever..
many of our primary payers have negotiated prices and to-do this means we often get stuck with co pays we are still trying to get back .. WHY WE FEDS STILL DO NOT HAVE A WRITTEN COORDINATION POLICY BETWEEN OUR PLANS AND MEDICARE?

I CALLED Aetna on my own plan... and explained what I was calling about.. they have not been able to alter what is going on .. She pulled up my records. and saw what she later said was what 1-800 Medicare is seeing of the whole...... and she only had my real number showing. THEN I HAD HER INPUT one of the phonies. as I had just verified it active today at 1800 -Medicare. AND IT CAME BACK WITH NO INFO..
She then went back to the screen she was just on AND SAID THE 2 BLUES POLICIES ETC. THAT WERE ON THERE A MOMENT AGO HAD DISAPPEARED FROM HER SCREEN.
no info as she had moments before.. HACKED BY INPUTTING ONE OF THE PHONY NUMBERS. ???? someone is to call me next week to find out more about the process and find out who is doing this to all the insurers. ??? why can't they decide who is to pay the claims they sell polices for ??
I have no idea if they are monitoring these phonies by some kind of program.. that every bottle of pills , etc. are being paid for 17 times. and where are all the extra 16 bottles of pills , salves and other prescriptions.. drugs going to? . just stealing the money ???. ALL OF OUR PHARMACIES ARE GETTING FRAMED AS IF THEY ARE BILLING 17 TIMES FOR EACH.??. AND COULD WE HAVE NO PLACE TO GET OUR MEDICATIONS.. WHEN THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS ARE DRAINED BY THIS CABAL WHO IS Contracted also TO DECIDE WHO IS OVERPAID AND TAKE THE MONIES BACK AS THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR CORPORATE BANK ACCOUNT IS AS THEY SIGN THEM UP ALSO ????
How long has this been going on .. Since 10/6/16 with all back to 11/12 or before that?/ for part D back to 1/06??
As soon as our call ended, our Internet went out.. and had to go reboot by turning off the modem a few moments. and then turn back on.. happens a lot. now may be the interruption ended the call.....??

Got enough from one call. to verify illegal activity is on going. Thanks for your courtesy and professionalism the two primary payers are open , not terminated FECA and FEHB BLUES. FROM PERSONNEL OFFICE. but showing as deleted. as of 10/6/16 or hidden from tall who need to know to get the billing done legally
The phone menu verified one of the phony numbers and a claim date verified as paid on that one also. BUT THE BOGUS OFF LINES SCREEN CREATED TO STEAL WITH shows Medicare primary and a fake Blues of BCBC OF OK FEP A ONLY AND B ONLY I id not get the fake id used to day as we had begun to get interference on the line.. I could hear ham fine. but he could barely hear e and then we got disconnected,
I tried to find someone at work on FRI PM at Regional CMS office to find out more of how Part D is paid and processed.. if they have a clue either. and only got recordings. ONLY the cabal knows how the USA is run.. ??
