    Continued from yesterday and from other postings over the last few years.
what I'm sharing with you has been known by  all those high up in the git and among many victims and others from 1988-89 in Jersey City. You will not read of any investigation because to this date, there has been none allowed of any depth, not even after many have died. Homeland security is well aware this, but the public is still not informed, Why?
A week before the Social Security Teleservice moved to our new location, a death trap waiting for a disaster to occur intentionally or otherwise.  The newly hired entered on duty. We were allowed to hire 40, but few applied for the job and of al those who did apply only 22 allegedly met the qualifications of two years of employment, US citizenship and a clean criminal record plus security back ground check plus the basic skills to learn how to do the job.
Few applied because what insurance industry and others were paying was sometimes triple or quadruple for people of the same skill level and one entered into a lower rung salary for the first two years, before the salary increased to about 1/2 of what the govt was paying. in the area.. Later this changed in the govt so  pay scales in the govt were based on area of the country.
What we were not aware of is that all the security  protocols,  including even the criminal background check which almost any employer does in order to bond an employer were not done. And not even citizenship was checked as one did not have it according to sources later on. All. this was the job of Delores Bryant to see it was done, and wasn't.
At that time each employee whose job was dealing with public and providing information and taking actions on there records had several volumes of manuals that contained the laws, regulations and procedures as to how social security carried out the laws. we received constant up dates and part of each day, would often be making pen and ink changes on pages or inserting new information. we even had alerts on suspect documents like where in the USA there might be a criminal investigation or charges or copies of fake of birth certificates an even what they might look like and other documents one might provide, plus  court case decisions which altered how the laws would now be interpreted.
At that time, the job of the teleservice center was calls received were completed with no more action needed by any one else inside the agency if at all possible and if we took an action which might require a control to make sure something did get done by another  facility, a copy of the action  was sent to the local office of the person  so they could make sure it did get done in a timely manner.
No public came.
 So the first week. the new 22  on duty, were putting their manuals together and other orientation.
We had been almost 70 employees and now we were 90 on duty.
I had little contact with them and neither did others. I'd worked in many different offices  for social security over the years since 1968, and had needed to transfer out east for personal reasons and this was one place I was able to transfer to. as there had been hiring freezes on and few were allowed to hire, even a transfer.
Unlike other offices, there was no attempt to introduce the new hires to the entire staff. This was actually a breach of SSA security  procedures  as they  seemed unaware of  in the New York Region of SSA as we are to stop any one from gaining entrance who didn't work there unless escorted, etc.  we had to know who belonged. we had no employee badges.
At the time our w-2's and payroll was Health and Human Services and our top boss was the Sec of Health and Human Services.
Over the weekend .before 7/15/88, the office moved and a big union grievance occurred because only the management moved equipment on open bed trucks including the sensitive computer monitors and other expensive equipment. It got dusty. The union was not to happy with me because I didn't sign. up. At the time We had a family member in treatment  and I would not have worked the overtime, had it been offered as time was spent with the family member. And I explained that to them. .If I'd ever been asked I would have had to say, I would have declined the offer to volunteer. SSA spent multi millions on the lease, but couldn't hire professional movers to move sensitive and expensive equipment...
We moved into our new offices. A few had problems with the new chemicals in the new office, but I didn't as these kinds of things never had bothered me  before I was later badly injured. A white paper published in a medical journal  by one of my later doctors attributed  chemical sensitivity to the damage  done to the mucous membrane which doctors said mine was burned off by the toxic exposure which occurred in 1/89.
Doyle arrived out  from the mid west and and within a couple of days of our moving we had rented the first floor of  a house within a block of the office in Jersey City with some yard for a little garden and that  Sunday Doyle interviewed for a teaching job at Holy Cross in a nearby town  and on Monday morning he was teaching second grade. Although not Catholic, they were agreeable to hiring him as long as he went along with what they required to be done and one of the sisters taught the cathicism classes for the children. Doyle at times was even asked to teach them and he found them not in variance  to any thing one might find in most Christian Sunday school teachings
It looked like everything was going to work out and Doyle was planning to get his masters and at the time I had taken the LSAT to go to law school and there were several  that had night classes in the area and had made second cut for one and another had said I could start on a provisional basis and would be in if made the grades.
To firm up my skills and  to get a better grade on the LSAT  although I had gotten a pretty good score, I'd started to attend classes at the local junior college in computer science.   When one has not been in school for many years, its a boost on admittance to show one could still do college work and get good grades and did. It was a good move if injury and near death had not occurred in 1/89. who knows where we would be today?
When we moved to our new ofice, or physical set up was such that many began to make office friends more with the new hires. .
The first thing everyone was abuzz about and curious to meet was the man from Saudi Arabia who had transferred in from the CIA, Many had trouble saying his name Osama Bin Ladin and he said just call me SAM so many just knew him by that name. I was in unit 6 and it was near the training room and so he would walk by my desk several times a  day as they came and went. Some employees commented he was different and would not look strut at any woman teaching the class and different ones took turns teaching different areas and many were.
One man in the class had been a Jersey City policeman  for 22 years and he became very suspicious of him. He had been shot on the job and was not able to continue in that job and had come to work for us.

He  checked with his buddies at the police dept and found out that Delores Bryant had not even done the criminal background checks on the entire class, nor had fingerprints been done yet and they were sitting in that class actually using print outs of real peoples records for training, As far an any one knew, we had 22 convicted identity thieves in that class. Worse than that we had the head of al queda in the class.
 I was aware of security procedures for the most part as having worked in other regions we were better trained  than in the New York region to know about such things.
There was a 300 page book that included all the things that were supposed to be done and I knew much of what was in it to protect the integrity of the systems as well as things that needed to be done for us and for the security  of the records of everyone who had an SSN.
 At the time, any one who got onto the system had access to more information on people than even the IRS did because of the low income supplemental security income  program which had replaced the  state welfare programs back in 1/74 of old age assistance, and for the blind and disabled. Once in one could create an SSI app and obtain all kinds of info as the system cross checked with pensions dividends, etc. including other kinds of state and federal benefits on that ssn.to verify what ones income and resources were.. A complete financial profile of an individual was able to be accessed. if one got in and not caught. .
We each had our own PIN number and security would be able to know what we each did, so no one would be doing something illegal and not be found out. So to this day,, no one gets on the system without being watched by another employee until they are issued ther own PIN which comes after they pass all the security clearances. and one starts with fingerprints and criminal background checks. When I went to work for SSA in 1968, I  went to he police station  in the town where I lived and they had all this done before I even entered on duty. for the agency.
Of course now these are being done, for the most part, by a financially  interlocked company of the new world order under CEO Lynn Blodgett and who knows what is going on.as the  documented track records with my records shows there is no security  and intentional wrong doing on going. So we are very vulnerable do to the on going, unfettered corruption and Congresses just will not  do anything to stop the problems.

So for the three weeks in which Public enemy # 1, as he later became known ;  illegal access  was given and so were 21 others and who were they and should  any of them even been there?
He would stand by a window about 12 feet or  from my desk and stare at the skyline of New York City including the World trade Center Towers and I couldn't understand the look he had on his face.
 I had no idea he came from wealth, and it was assumed he got the job for health care for his kidney problems. It was also the excuse for his frequent trips out to the hallway for periods of time.
 One of those security  procedures is for each training class to have a class picture. and this is something one didn't miss,. Yet he did. He had to go to a doctor's appt for his kidneys that day. The picture should not have been taken unless all were present. So if any one has that class picture, yet, one is missing from it.
 I noticed this and like most was 'asleep.' not knowing that our 'snoozing ' on matters we left to others would end most of our  lives at some time in the future including mine in all probability and that our  highest superiors would cast us off as so much collateral damage to 'let us die' as having no value  in order to cover up the corruption and the fact that our whole numbering system to keep track of individuals and their records had been compromised by an entity that later would declare jihad against the nations. The Bible speaks of the mark of the beast needed to keep track of us; but this violation of our numbering system was/is a major step to compromise the ability to just each have a number to keep track of our records by..
 We had no idea who  this guy was, that was famous in parts of the world, already. Apparently he thought we should know and treat him as an idol or something? .
How were we to know? SSA employees who talked to people doing business with social security. even the war in Afghanistan  and Iran and Iraq at the time was something we only got bits of info in the newspaper or on the evening news. we never had even cable or DISH satellite  untll the late 1990's.and even then 24 hour hews was NEW. we didnt have lots of our soldiers over there and casualties from our nation.
The second week the new trainees were on duty was when a supervisors keys went misisng.
Marty Reis had a habit of usually being one of the first to arrive and would unlock the door of the office, lay his keys on his desk and go hang up his coat in the lunch room. One day they went missing.
I had been facing forward at my desk, back to his deak about 16 h feet away or more  and had just turned around to see Osama Bin Ladin nearby  his desk  walking toward the training room.. But I did not see him actually take the keys.
Marty's niece had made him special key ring, one of a kind, child made, and he was very proud of it and had shown it to several of us at break.
 If I'd turned a split second sooner, I would have seen it. Everyone searched, but they weren't found and I did mention that one from the training class had been near the deak at the time walking by.
 Those security  procedures  , if followed meant locks had to be changed. Tom McDevitt, the manager was surprised Delores Bryant had not got it done, later in 12/88 when the report was filed he had the keys and they had not been changed for at least 6 months. Tom and Delores usually went to lunch together so wouldn't they have talked about the office?
Also on the key ring was the keys to the two locked stairwells. In case of fire we were to go the two locked stairwells to get out and pray someone would get there to let us out. Later in 10/88, we did not have the mandatory yearly fire drill as ADP refused to allow us to be in the stairwell as apparent below us was more wide open and they didn't want us near their wall street  investing offices where they invested for their clients for them and their mainframe was tied in to wall street.  Also they went and picked op securities  through out the day from wall street stock exchange. A lot of this was pieced together later after people were injured.
And ADP didn't know that their security had been breached for 6 months and wouldn't let us walk down and up some stairs one time a year?Yet one could not get off any other floor but the 9Th in the building as one would be met by uniformed security people, while the stairs had been compromised.
A felony took place. and the office could not pass code for us to be in it. So all kinds of bad things were happening and corruption was increasing he twisted  the path to 9/11/01 and WWIII. Those whose duty it was to see things were done, weren't doing it. But they got big rewards for doing a great job and multiple promotions for aiding and abetting the enemy of the USA. T
he locks were never changed and the building was in the hands of alqueda gone rogue on its own apart from the CIA thinking it was their organization. We were under attack and infiltrated and no one was doing what they had promised to uphold the Constitution. and protect the integrity of our Nation and peoples records. so far the trainees had not come ot to be on the computer systems where all the records of everyone could be accessed.
TOMORROW; BIGGEST  SSA SECURITY BREACH IN USA HISTORY and OIG does nothing to stop it..
