Here Are Your Results! - PeopleSmart This search engine didn't even list me. The one that came up for Linda Joy Hardy Adams produced one in California. Because I'm not listed and another one with the same names is I can't get my congressional delegation to help me at all. People Smart isn't smart at all. 3 years ago Congressman Dan Boren's office staff got mad at me for begging for their help. I've never threatened anyone nor done anything illegal ,but they contacted Capitol Police ans smeared my name and gave them my social security number . it has been passed around all over that I'm the Linda Joy Hardy Adams that is a convected felon when I've never even been arrested for anything in my whole life. Credit reports, etc. seem to be OK and  the only source for what has cost me great physical and financial harm came from an 'unhappy' staff person whom i don't even know. Medical treatment got obstructed and the local medicare claims processor stole my identity and claims info and turned each claim into 17. Has there been kick backs? Also Fed workers comp and fed Blues keeps saying there was a workers comp settlement and there hasn't been. Did some one create a file and pay themselves a check off line of the official Fed workers computer that shows its not happened? I asked for copies of what they were saying and no one will give me anything. It appears Congressman Boren needs to apologize to me and start helping me and my family ferret out the wrong doers and stop this.If he personally did this; their are other candidates available to vote for;  Earlier this year I was treated horribly by Capitol Police when a call was transferred. Their oig investigator whom I called was very nice, and within a few weeks the Chief was 'fired' and reports are he had done things that many did not like him for. Yet, my family and I are still  trying to stay alive and every open govt file of my in every agency is missing. Will someone please obey the federal judges that have ruled in my favor and pay my benefits including my medical bills and home oxygen so I can live.I think the House ethics committee should look into this also as no citizen shuold be treated like this. This misinformation caused the FBI cyber crimes division to believe it and not investigate what 500 witnesses are calling a trillion dollar theft of the Medciare trust fund. I'm quoting an agent. after SSA and FTC OIG's tryied to get their help after I discovered this in 11/08, over a year later. Gossip is a sin! And this is exactly why!!

I have never been arrested or convicted of a crime; not even a misdemeanor. I learned today there is an open file on me at the FBI. There should be as a potential witness in a major Medicare and RICCO case occurring inside Medicare contractors. I've been unable to stop it and have had no law enforcement help at all. even the 500 witnesses at 1-800- Medicare have had their fraud reports illegally not sent on to the govt as required when they detect fraud. It has taken since 2008 when the 17 claim numbers were discovered that used my identity and claim info to get Social security to issue me a letter that only 2 of them are real claim numbers and belong to me. One with a TA after my social security number and the other is B2 after my husband's ssn. I knew after 42 years of SSA employment that its impossible for our new computer system ( now 15 years old) for such to occur as part of them show me as wife and widow of the same man at the same time. This absolute security breaches and fraud for the CMS contractors to do this and high level CMS officials have coached innocent medical billing clerks into using phony numbers to by pass security to get one pay which then is turned into 16 checks cashed by party yet to be discovered and then the contractor can collect 17 pays from the Medicare trust fund. No wonder! Today a law enforcement person said that i was down as a convicted counterfeiter. now while sending out 140 letters to innocent doctors, labs and hospitals for the up comping Medciare hearing : I'll be having to contact an attorney to find out how to get my FBI file and clear my name of any criminal record. In 65 years, the most I've ever had is a couple of traffic tickets. 1 for an illegal U-turn; the other was for speeding at 45 miles an hour and didn't realize the speed limit had changed. to 30 miles and hour. Someone very powerful has had their toes' stepped on and doesn't like it and has 'fought back in a very 'dirty fashion. In the last week; my other blog spot was taken down. Nothing pornographic or hateful was on it. It actually was more religious in many ways as it kept track of tribulation causing laws and policies p; and possible dates for the rapture of the church-though no one will know for sure according to the Bible. I've never maligned our President even though many web sites out there have called him many things. He is what one site said. Russian Prince, USA president. If this site gets shut down because i said it-one can realize the truth of the matter.I welcome any DNA tests! Maybe my Dad did leave some money somewhere in a trust fund to be 'unveiled' at a future date.
I.m not writing this for wealth. Just to stay alive as even life-sustaining medical care is being thwarted with three health insurances approved to pay for any and all of it.
It was Congressman Dan Boren's office that refused to send me a privacy release to ask for assistance to get the correct info to my doctors and labs and hospitals so they would know the legal and proper way to ask Medicare to make conditional payments until the govt decides to shut down an illegal operation that has cost millions in sotlen monies on my records alone from the taxpayers. I got a Hillary on the phone who 'came after me in no uncertain terms that they couldn't/wouldn't help. I said why? She hung up. I called back and asked why and she hung up immediately. I did call a third time and she put me on hold- I thought to get someone else like a case manager to talk with me. I ended up talking to a US Capitol policeman and he did give me his badge. She lied and told him I wad called 8 times and God knows what else and he started in on me. I was shaking and almost in tears. Finally, i persuaded him to realize something was amiss in the transfer and he' saidd is your SSN______? i said yes. He asked for my date of birth; which is on the IT. I gave it to him. He said were you born in California? I said no, but i think there are other Linda Joy Adams'. He said you have on open FBI file. i said Yes, my Medicare and claims info was stolen and I'm a crime victim and 'whistle blower.' he said it means I've been convicted of currency/counterfeiting theft. I said; not me! I've never even been arrested for a misdemeanor! By now he was more forthcoming in the info and he said I needed to contact the FBI to get my files. He had just previously said, I was not a federal employee and had no Federal workers comp file. he asked for my last duty station and i said Camden, NJ where I was officially transferred to Federal workers comp jurisdiction on 10/11/94 and even the general counsel at OPM and the official computer record at US dept of Labor shows my employment and OWCP jurisdiction. No one in the govt has access to any official paper file at present as all have gone 'missing.' I've tried to access my Personnel file at SSA with no success for @ 6 years; as i was told that they were told by OPM that I'd gotten a workers comp settlement and reitred which has never happened. My OWCP file is 'missing' even with appellate remand orders of 2/09 to contact me for the facts of the case as it was missing and an unnecessary appeal was filed just to correct misinformation that has caused medcial bills not to be processed because the computer will pay them Their contractor, ACS, was told by the chief of staff at Employment standards in a former remand from judges that should have settled everything and the file had been reconstructed then: to not scan my file in to be worked as there was nothing to do on it and ACS would not be paid by the govt to post my file. This person, recently pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal soon after our investigation had enlisted the aid of the president and CEO of ACS in how to get the file reconstructed again which ins @ 50,000 pages and unprocessed items back to 1/10/89 in it; including doctors reports and tests filed multiple times to get me on permanent disability which would legally make me retired. Last week. we discovered my Social Security file 'disappeared' out of the hearing office without any transfer authorized by any judge. Every main govt file has gone;'missing' except for the false info from the FBI. All I did was tell the truth; albeit dramatically at times. I burst into tears earlier this evening' something i rarely do. I prayed and and asked for a miracle intervention from our Savior! Only Senator, Dr Coburn's office seems to be the only one who indicated they might help. I call the lady in Tulsa tomorrow. The health care system all will be under soon is the Federal Plan everyone thought they wanted! Your state authorities are going to be very helpless as private contractors, possibly the same I'm dealing with will have control of your very ability to live and be healthy! we have to have accountability by those put in charge. At present, they aren't allowed to intervene! Please pass on this message.
