Federal Bureau of Investigation - Department of Justice Press Release investigations and prosecutions are on-going against the providers/suppliers that break the law. However, the major Medicare crime are ignored as they involve CMS contractors. Congress refused to allow them to be investigated? Why? Do we need to send some new people to Congress that will pass laws and stop those thefts that have cost more monies and lives then the few 'scam' providers that have always been around and have to be brought to justice and still are. However, knowing what i do about CMS OIG, I suspect that many complaints had been given to them long before any investigation was mounted! Linda Joy Adams
