JUDGES CHAPTER 4 KJV Spell check has not worked right for a year now....and seems the whole world has no idea who is in charge and what the laws of the land are...to even try and sustain even lives and livelihoods......and the chaos and disorder is being created by levels of overseers....and not of the official govt sources as those are defunded...in the USA since 2002 law....and much the same all over the world now..... And ONE MUST NOT EXPECT THAT RECORDS SENT FROM ONE DOCTOR OR MEDICAL PLACE...GO DIRECT....so care can be provided without interrruption.....and today....after some few hours...on and off...on phone calls....finally got to some basics....and again...those in the health care field....are NOT IN THE KNOW...and NOT IN COMMON SENSE CHARGE......and when the patient knows they should be given some basic records to have with them....AND IS NOT GIVEN THEM......that is the clue that transfers to be disrupted for care.....can easily happen... few , even in a medical providers office....know that records faxed tween one medical source to another....ARE GOING TO MANY OTHER SOURCES FIRST...to screen for all kinds of scrutiny....and again...ones records on that national or international data based kept by a govt contractors since 1999 with no rights of patient or even doctor to access......is being reviewed by everyone in the world it seems...to decide if one can receive continued care by their contracted doctor etc... AND TO GET INTO A DIALYISS CENTER....THEY HAVE TO HAVE A TB TEST AND A HEPATIC BLOOD PANEL SCREEN. IN HAND...AND PRESENT..having had them done...is not with them...until they may go through all kinds of levels....of screeners in many other sources....from mal practice insurers and may be more than one....and summarizers and managers....and one simple referral can be going around and around the world even.....and if they get bogged down for any reason....then one is left with disrupted treatment....and the cost of everyone invovlved seems to be far more than the medical personnel and doctor....that may findally get to treat one... and for anyone to know the basic rule....is TOP SECRET...until one keeps doing almost like a interrogatoin..to find out why? why should one go to a hospital when one is not even said to require lesser level of care? Will anyone make common sense in all of this? So many being afraid of what? ends up with real horror stories....and trust in each other....seems to be gone....and again....we have an conveyor belt health care....and any personal relationwhip of patient and doctor....and the trust we have in each other....to do the best one can...medically....and that is all one can expect.....and trust is crucial....and patient and doctor are not the enemies of each other.....BUT...the spritual warfare inside the medical hierarchy of more layers than any govt could create....and none accountable....as shells of the cabal in charge which is not the govt at all since 2002, even if. there are rules and laws that are offical and public.....But the hidden ones made by liability insurers.....can cause more harms...and mistakes....and harms and even deaths....from just be honest....and to obstruct these should be criminal charges for causing harm and even deaths....for obstruction of care...by all the levels.....and somewhere along the line....they find out you are a part of a class action...or other case.....and get obstrcuted...and often the patient has no idea....nor even the doctor....etc....of why....and it has nothing to do with patient but it is something being started that one may never know until a setrlement and then patient finds out they are in a 'class' being obstructed all along.....for some med, device or disease or anything....and one is on a list....and the whole world seems to know all about ones medical records....but patient and and doctor.....trying to stay alive and healthy and the doctor provide the care...... SO....SENDING EVERYONE TO A HOSPITAL...TO CLOG UP THE PROCESS FOR THOSE WHO...NEED IMMEDIATE CARE.....IS BECOME ROUTINE.....AND THEIR RISK MANAGERS.....WHO ARE FROM A COMMON INSURER CAN BE REGULTIONS ONES RIGHT OF LIFE AND CARE........AND FINALLY ONE NAME CAME TO LIGHT....THAT HAD BEEN INVOLVED WITH CASE ALL ALONG.....BUT FOR A FEW MONTHS SENT OUT OF A REGIONAL AREA?? and its not just one vaccination certificate one needs....but current TB test.....in hand.....as will be 12 days and not get to where needs to be....through cyber travels around the world....maybe....and so many have to take a look........and then get back....to the transferree.....for care to set up an appt..... and my own care been held up for several years....for what one doctor wants done...by a specialist....and cannot get past BLACK ROCK...taking over more nd more...and their shell companies....named many times as directly invloved in this blog over the years.....just on my own care... SO THE RULES ARE.....THAT TB TEST GIVEN....AND LAST HEPTATIC BLOOD PANEL....WHICH IS COMMONLY DONE IN ALL KNDS OF MAJOR LABS OR OUTPATIENT DEPTS HAS TO BE IN HAND.......THEN ONE CAN SHARE DIRECTLY IN PERSON......AND EVEN THEN.....IT MAY NOT BE ENOUGH.....FAXES ARE NOT GOING FROM ONE DOCTOR TO ANOTHER.....THEY ARE GETTING DIVERTED....AND DOCTOR MAY NEVER BE ALLOWED TO SEE THEM UNLESS ONE TAKES THEM IN PERSON TO AN APPT..... SO THE COST OF HEALTH CARE RISES FOR THIS WHAT? LACK OF BASIC TRUST AMONG ALL...FOR HEALTH AND LIFE BE THE GOAL? AND ITS ABOUT TIME...FOR OUR GOOD DOCTORW TO BE ALLOWED TO BE IN CHARGE OF HEALTH CARE.....as we seemed to do better....even with all the new things known....in science....and do we really know much more......as the struggle seems to be..doctors knowing and learing what can be done that works and heals......and if they discover it.....they get squashed especially if its cheapter.....and heals and works.....Time to use what we have and works....and spend money and time on those things we have yet to cure and treat.....and find out what does work for them...seems to be the common sense....we all need for best health and long lives.... but until them....we get any breakdown...of this shuffle.....of patients blocked and then told to go to hospital.....and basically told GET BACK ON THE CONVEYOR BELT.....TO COINTINUE CARE....when no transfers can be done.....and one main DIAYISIS.....CHAIN...THAT ADVERTISES AS IF THEY CAN TRANSFER AND PHONE CENTERS.....TO MAKE IT HAPPEN....DO NOT WORK....WHEN THIS LAYERS OF SCREENERS GET INVOVLVED.....AND ONE NAME......CAME UP THAT CAUSED TROUBLE....OVER A YEAR AGO....ON THE FIRST ILLEGAL HOSTPITLA DISCHRARGE.....AND A GOVT CONTRACTOR..set up to call for help....CANNOT HELP.....AS THEY CANNNOT BE AUDITED OR PROSECUTED AS ALL CANNOT SINCE 2002 BESIDES Dept of Defense.....and...when covid pandemic began....WAIVER OF ANY CHECKING ON COMPLAINTS WAS SUSPENDED......AND WAIVED...SO WE HAVE NO OFFICAL OR EVEN GOVT CONTRACTOR RULES....TO FOLLOW..... we have the deep state cabal of all these screeners....all over in levels and levels.....decidding how to avert liability....and ending up causeing more harms.....and more risks....and harms.....and WHY NOT LET PATIENT HAVE TB TESTS....VACCINE RECORDS....AND BLOOD WORK.....IN HAND...so what is in hand.....to have no disruption in care.... and it was higher up in the hierarchy before I found out why...WHY GO TO AN E/R WHEN ONE WAS DEEMED NOT EVEN NEEDING LOWER LEVEL ONGOING CARE SKILLED CARE? but still needs treatment....and DAVITA needs to get some streamlining to the process.......and trust the patient to help with transfer.....or we can end up with all kinds of issues....as KIDNEY INJURIES ARE OFTEN AS THE RESULT OF TOXIC/CHEMICAL EXPOSURES OF SOME KIND.....and that is the biggest political FOOTBALL ONES LIFE CAN LAND IN AS.....AND LIFE AND DEATH IS NOT A GAME....ITS REAL DEATH....AND LOSS.... until the day of resurrection....and then we can have eternal life with no need for health care ever again.....but that day has not yet come.... Finally after days of calls by loved one and others trying to help and even family doctor not aware.....to get records....and they are still missing after 12 days....and another place has agreed to take him.....last week....and none even told.....us....as they asked for records.....and records flying all over cyber space......and around and around the world.....is probable in this era.........and and if no discharge should have occurred.....until transfer done.... If Doyle had been told the truth.....he could have rented a room...in the town near the dialysis center...until the paperwork got send and appt made.....THAT IS THE COMMON SENSE RULE.....ALL THIS DONE BEFORE ONE IS DISCHARGE....BUT IN BLACK ROCK NEW WORLD ORDER WORLD.....social workers and patinet advocates who used to handle this.....and even deal with questions from family ....are NOT ESSENTIAL....and in too many places DOCTORS ARE NOT ESSENTIAL even when to be legally open doctors are to be present or on immedicate call.....and THIS IS NOT HAPPENING.....and has resulted in major ins and Medicare fraud.......of records falsified....so how good and accureate are the records....but for those labs and test results.....which tell a lot of status to the trained eye of ones doctor....that seems to be the last one anyone bothers to ask anymore what is the best way to do this or that....and often....its cheaper and may even be better also.... THIS IS SHARED.....BECAUSE THIS IS COMMON AND NOT UNIQUE SITUATIONS......AND ALSO YOUR NEGATIVE COVID TEST....ETC...take along... our lives are not some game to put the liablity on soomeone else if something has gone wrong....when honesty would work the best for health and life....and all these screeners that are not involved in promoting best health care......which would reduce liabiity....if common sense was used....and here we are....OVERLOAD EMERGENCY ROOMS....TO PLAY GAMES...WITH LIVES......WHEN HONESTY WOULD BE BEST......AFTER NEARLY 60 YEARS WORKING IN AND AROUND HEALTH CARE IN GOVT....AND EVEN IN AN INS CO. AS COLLEGE STUDENT.....THIS IS COMMON SENSE AND LOGIC GONE OUT THE WINDOW....AND CHAOS....THAT MAKES NO GOOD SENSE... In the name of Yahusha...save us from we have allowed to happen....to fall into chaos...and disorder....and everyone trying to get out of helping to make everything work well for one and all....and cost less.....and costing less....might raise ones pays...as appreciation....and money be able to be used for direct care......and few are filing law suits....and few even win or get even big payouts........as this is not a movie but a real world......and HELP US GET BACK TO REALlity AND THE GOOD WAY YOU TAUGHT US TO BE AND LIVE.... prayers for all caught in this.....and a 3 years ago...could not even fax a few main records.....of less than a dozen pages...to several doctors.......and they were diverted and never got them to have....as the summary they got on me off the national data base...is a real horror.....and blatantly not my truthful records and if the doctors could see what has been done to their own..inputs on a patient....and patients have access.....NO HIPPAA LAW FOR GOVT CONTRACTORS...AND SINCE NOT REAL GOVT NO FREEDOM OF INFORMATION APPLIES EIEHER....so the whole world can find out your info....and worse it may not be truthful......and one has records to prove they are not as I did....thankfully..... Test results and lab work should be given to patient when being transferred so a transfer can occur....for continuation of outpatient care......and this has to happen in 30 days...or one really is going ot be back on the conveyor belt....and by that time probably will need to be inpatient care......and after over a year of not seeing my husband of 57 year in person.....I am not willing to give up now on life....for a few more years at least....and theses are the actions that force one into lititgation....just to stop cover ups and obstructions and....all the retaliations and threats,,,,as I got threatend to day....by one place....for asking key questions....and finally, one place did.....that was trying to get the records for a week now.....and no one told the patient..... and a national chain that advertises...such easy transfers....when already their patient.....and levels of fibs, and cover ups....and need to know to help seems an issue.....and what is the big secret....the patient....should not know....when they have to get the treatment and take the medication.....and....shouldn't they be allowed to know....when they are fully able to know....not all have lost their minds with a few years of age... This is brought to You as You know its bad for all and all endangered if they end up in need of health care......and has little to do with having ins......but one issue if one does not have manageed HMO where the insurar pays those to facilitate all these thihngs.....and has what used to be the cdillac policy....as many feds do......then THE PATIENT HAS TO BE INFORMED....AND BE THE ONE OR THEIR LOVED ONES TO MAKE SURE....APPTS AND WHAT IS NEEDED GETS WHERE....and the current attitude is none is to know...but those screeners.....yet its life at stake.....and financial is a horror of govt contractors doing the fraud....and illegal systems....and money given for work....and work not done....that harms...anyone and everyone....if the care is not there when needed..... You know this and hope all understand even inside the health care system.....that....who seem to not even know the process.....and do not know.... a fax is going elsewhere and not to the doctor...or medical place office.....and away it goes and goes for days and days....as medical care is interrupted..... and it took family doctor to even get current meds....as that is in the missing orders.....its come down to there is not one else to pass off the job needed to be done....and if the one does not do it....then its not going to be done...even for the one who passed it off...and harms occurred..... and I AM TRIBULATED TONIGHT BUT FINALLY GOT SOME FACTS AND WHAT WAS NEEDED......and go to ER and get TB TEST AND ROUTING BLOOD WORK...and what else....? as full and unaltered medical records....seems to be missing on many right now......and has been since 2002 by law of no oversight of govt congtractors who hold and deny access to even offiical and govt records as all of us are in them and part of the offiical records now....and we have no access....and neither is our own doctor...wishing to do best for us? Help us find our way out of the mess we have made of Your wonderful creation.....and extended family becoming part of those we communicate with again.....about times that often are reminders of tomes...when bad things did happen....but much of the world....seemed to go more smoothly.....even for those who had not gotten all their rights yet.......and seems none of us....have much now... SO MEDICAL OFFICE PERSONS....FAXES DO NOT ROUTINELY GO FROM ONE TO ANOTHER.....THEY GO ON A JOURNEY... first....and all need to know the basic rule.....of why so often E?R's have to be accessed for continuation of care..even if not medically needed...within a day of such......TB test was negative....and....so was covid....and that is not even asked for? and the hepatic panel....which is part of the routine for anyone with any kind of kidney disease....etc.. and if one has to stay in a town..far from home to continue care until transfer is done and appt make.....then tell the truth.....we do not have much money.....but. life is precious and a week in a rooming house or cheaper motel....and care not be stopped....and loved ones come get when appt is set up near home......BE REAL..and what is going on no one is being told...? when the patient has rights to know and more capable than "Brandon"...is my opinion....and in the last few weeks....we have added a word to the USA dictionary....and these are the kinds of terms....that we get from past history.....and have no idea what is being talked about...or written about...There are some capable of managing things and pray for the new heads at HHS>..who seem to be trying...to bring some order into decades of disorder.....and....pray for their success. eevn if we do not agree with all the politics....of the current ones in place....
