(management firms of the cabal not helping when non doctors run things etc...this blog began 12/08 when learned of NO GOVT OVERSIGHT of their real ownership also major fraud can't be stopped as govt contractors not under laws since law of 2002...skirting the issue and coovering this up does not solve issues when doctors under duress to not follow standards of their profession..and too often NO DR IN THE HOSPITAL..beyone the ER))CMS cuts payments to 774 hospitals over patient complications
