(they do not know that the govt has had the law changed in 2002 so that no audits , no oversight and no criminal chareges can be done vs govt contractors as no money can be spent to find out what is going on+ no audits...and that is back to Congress to allow even existing budget to be used...ND TIME FOR CONGRESS TO STOP THE OVERTHROW OF THE USA INTO CONTRACTORS RUNNING THE GOVT HERE and much the same around the world...as govts stop governing and allow contractors to so as they please stealing and harming even to loss of life...even UN has done this and abuses coming to light...The govt does not own HHS nor US detentions camps for the most part...private owned...no oversight yet its our monies and rights of all usurped and Congress will not let be stopped...Action Alert
