Third time today sat down to write this. Good news is got e mail to get more time for EEO informal counseling and where to fax to get to right party...and thanks to e mail..am in communication although papers did not all get to where are to do...But at US Dept of Labor, and also at HHS...few who work there seem to know of their employee rights. as have asked for a long time to those who answer the phone WHAT IS THE NUMBER YOU ARE TO CALL ON YOUR EEOC POSTER...which feds are required to initiate informal counseling with a peer, trained to help negotiate...BUT VERY CRUCIAL..is access to a lot of info...just one may not get access to easily,...
And to throw me into a long wait for an EEOC hearing only to have it remanded to add to all other kinds of federal judges to do it....as they surely would....may not survive as many are not now in my group of 40% of asthmatics...which is inflammation and edema of the entire Institerium… A MEDICAL COVER UP FOR 30 YEARS....now out as standard exists and FDA has acknowledged it formally.....so another propaganda war emerges.....And one clear things is if Bill Blodgett now with the FECA contract will not allow my group to post directly....then we have to get a wavier to process manually and by paper...
And still need OPM to determine no job exists in the federal govt even part time I can do....which was to be the next step back in 1996 when I filed for scheduler award and permanent disability......and US Dept of Education waived student loans under them for asthma.....AND that HIT NATIONAL NEWS....that asthma got them waived...neglecting to mention this was not the regular kind....with meds to use to treat..etc.… At 74, now and current records.....and NO SAFE MEDS TO KEEP LUNG PRESSURES STABLE....ETC..BED FAST...IS NOT THE USUALLY WAY ONE WORKS EVEN FOR 20 HOURS A WEEK...
I am not naming the parties involved at this time...but the issues have been shared here for years.....and first is who is my boss...at DOL ON WHAT IS CALLED an 'employee dump' and why?
Apparently, my boss is the current acting sec of labor...and he maintains the in house data base I am in?? This is the first step to give me my civil rights back, I have not had since 10/11/94.....
date went from HHS to DOL and skipped SSA which that was the first pay period after 10/1/94 federal fiscal year....and SSA became an independent agency...as before that our employer was HHS>..and had an HHS personnel office. also...
OPM for all feds has the same entity as contractors and their systems have listed me in it....but not the category as not made to enter....Cheap discrimination as surely would cost a little extra to program some software to give us our rights....and over the years EVERYONE TALKS AS IF THEY KNOW THE LAWS AND WHAT IT IS REGARDING WHO IS MY BOSS......but from one to another.....varying answers.....BUT MS Whipple GENERAL COUNSEL....said FECA LAW OVERRIDES ALL OTHER LAWS.....AND CANNOT BE RETURNED UNTIL PERMANENT DISABILITY IS PROCESSED... AND WITH FILES AND DATA ND JUDGES ORDERS TO GET ALL THIS DONE...etc...from US Dept of Labor by its contractor supposedly under orders of some deep state inside....facilitating this corruption....and some named have broken laws...and well documented and one conviction....but not for the massive amounts of money gone missing from federal funds for us..as even OIG at OPM says suspected embezzlement ring......AND THIS IS THE BUNCH inside and contractors who has me at the brink of total kidney failure and told could not tolerate solutions used for dialysis...when the answer is over at FDA changing a regulation so the powder can be prescribed.....and either I measure out 300 mg 2 X's a day on my spice meter in my kitchen....or someone be paid to put it in capsules....and if capsules not what can be tolerated take it out and put in bread to swallow or take it and drink some water or juice etc....to take it....
Ins companies and medicare blocked in paying for this due to an FDA regulation that makes no medical sense.....another deep state sold out to chemical companies making these binders...that have me nearly dead.....and would be already but for many online with suggestions....which the solution used and doctors know is in the MEDICAL REGIMEN part 2...which is part of the Reposts....as so many do not know what to do...and doctors have no knowledge from their handlers of this cabal now....to act..
And at 6 pm tonight a large hospital with good name in pulmonary....has had my paperwork going here and there and has to go back through mangers...NOT TO THEIR DOCTORS...to get key tests run like the CARDIO PULMONARY STRESS TEST...that NONE ARE BEING ALLOWED TO GET NOW...TO DOCUMENT LEFT VENTRICLE HEART FAILURE.....and a really bad malpractice situation all over this nation....and nations...under this same cabal now in charge all over the world...in nations.. (no safe meds for left ventricle heart failure and few understand that a med, PIRBEURTEROL should be out of patent just to make the powder....and was given as a pill 45 years ago....to treat.....and then in 1989 using methane gas was put in Max air inhaler to keep lung swelling down and blood flowing on through to the left ventricle......AND THAT IS WHAT IS NOT BEING MADE and somehow the patent rights got co mingled in some legal nightmare.....and GREEN NEW DEALERS..going after Pres Trump for relaxing methane emissions as we 40 % of patients...are going to be the emitters....as we puff a few times a day.....but my own doctor said if this was water soluble in pill why can't it be used with other 2 inhalers...now compounded in distilled water attached to water bubble cup attached to liquid oxygen tank....and doing well and thousands of dollars saved to taxpayers...and health care dollars.....
SAVING MONEY BY USING WHAT WORKS TO MAINTAIN LIFE...SEEMS TO BE THE HYPOCRISY OF THOSE IN CHARGE OF MEDICAL CARE TODAY....and its NOT THE DOCTORS.AT ALL.. (cabal contractors and their few deep state facilitators and an overthrow of our elected leaders and the civil service that is still accountable to us....and now cannot oversee that the rulers put in power by congress did to us back in 2002 by law...and only getting worse as we wake up and wish to be the rulers and let those we elected be in charge to take care of our business for us,....are in a real civil war of who will rule...US OR A FEW WHO HAVE NO REGARD FOR OUR RIGHTS AND LIVES....AND YEARS AGO..MIGHT BE IN OUR LEGAL SYSTEM ALREADY....AND CONVICTED IN A JAIL CELL EVEN...WITH THE MANY ALREADY THERE That HAVE DONE FAR LESS AND THERE FOR YEARS...
And this phone call from a woman who said her name fast...and ID was the main number from hospital....and tried to call back and ran into some resistance...BAD RETALIATION...
and why can't my doctor deal directly with theirs?? and get done what is needed to help get our meds made....for up to 25 million and that is varying degrees of injury....but still is progressive from moment ones lungs are weakened even slightly and left ventricle goes to overdrive....and mine was very bad....and without the meds over the years..as after the 1997 scare of taking them away and was asked to get my medicals in to help persuade congress to waive the emissions for methane CFC's we kept them until 2008 and by this time illegal manipulations of our medical records on the national data base....and coercive tactics to billers to get them to put that down...rather than all the diagnoses ones doctor did.....and only a few times over the years has any doctor said COPD as that just means chronically obstructed....and mine worse injuries are the other lung diseases...
40% OF US DO NOT EXIST IN CYBER SPACE....and although illegal AND FEDERALLY FUNDED DATA BASE.....for all even if one has no medical insurance or health plan....go to medical care and you are in it...AND NO PROTECTIONS OR PRIVACY RIGHTS EVER....and neither you not your own doctor can see how ones records ended up being shared..either…..NO WAY TO CORRECT ERRORS. TYPOS OR INTENTIONAL ALTERATIONS....to steal tobacco settlement money by monitoring patients that had nothing to do with tobacco in any form...
HYPOCRITES is what John calls those running things now
accountable to no govt...oversight or us....and among them up above a few steps to ownership of all these companies....from the nicer people hired to deal with the people is a hierarchy that ends at the pit of hell of what they can do and lost souls to do what is being done....
And Christ was stern when he declared HEAL THE SICK AND FEED THE HUNGRY or hell is the answer when we are to be praying and striving for heaven on earth...and no reason we do not have that but our own non participation in the process of preserving our rights and freedoms...daily when such intrusions on our rights occurs....and we let it happen and few willing to even find a phone number of who to call when every federal office is to have it posted publicly somewhere or e mail list of employee rights....just in case one has a complaint of civil wrong done....and we try to resolve is peacefully with fairness and justice in house first.... WHICH IS REALLY DUE PROCESS for all parties to know and see if resolution can be met...BUT OFTEN NOT and most work places in the world and much of the federal govt.....HAS A COMPANY CONNECTED TO GOLDMAN-SACHS AS ONE THAT IS CALLED FOR FRAUD AS WELL AS OTHER COMPLAINTS....and of course they say legally they are not them....but check out who owns the stock from one to another....and its a maze and calling it a CABAL is pretty much what it is...unless one of faith might say it looks like the BEAST SYSTEM OF REVELATION bigger now than the model of Rome..who went from govt..not governing and some rights some had....gone into a corrupted organized crime ring of govt contractors stealing from the people and the most innocent being harmed even to death on the cross by this and the middle govt of Pontious Pilates...scared to do what is right and legal....and letting it go on...as they have no govt above them willing to govern justly and fairly and stop the horror...of hell it devolved into with armies going around squashing uprisings and violence....as they did not have what we have now THE BALLOT BOX ..
The big secret is that most of the world has govts now where the people do have the real power....and have not used it yet....peacefully at the BALLOT BOX...where we say good job serving us and stay another few years or we send them home and give another a chance to serve us better....and this has to be 95% of us to get a real mandate or majority and also never forget civil rights and human rights that not one be harmed by actions of the most....even if not fully agree with the how...at least made whole and not harmed....
And those we elect have many good people who wish to go what is rights nd good in all parties or none....but without our support they get gobbled up and tromped on by outside interests who own he souls of some already seated for long times.....and it may take a decade to become the power we were called to be in humanity...and someday...when we get one to hold the server and allow none to mess with....we may send everyone home...and just vote a few minutes a day and be the rulers of this world, nation state and local communities...and just hire some humble city manager types to carry out the will of the people....But its nice to have someone get out and make speeches and meet leaders of other nations and make good deals that help all sides fairly. and let us know what is really going on.......and may we find our power at the Ballot Box....AND STOP LETTING HYPOCRITES..GRAB CONTROL AND LIE AND OVERTHROW GOVTS AND INDIVIDUALS BY RUMORS, GOSSIP AND blatant lies...
In the meantime , our basic civil rights seem to be getting eroded by No govt in charge and its a deadly mess we have allowed to happen while in other areas its better....the disconnect is harming all of us and the world...too...

In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus...may we not forget to be the rulers of this world....and take care of it and each other the best we can....with justice and fairness for all.....and may the process be worked out for our medications to be made again...and life sustained a few more years as we should have had all along...and may cures be found as You gave us these wonderful brains o figure things out...and what is there we cannot do for good...with them.....and resist evil intrusions that some few should never be doing....and pray for them to change to good also,,' In Your Holy Name Amen!

as DOJ and CMS told me this is the only legal vehicle available now...and so far...real obstructions inside HHS...but with 10/16 US SUPREME COURT DECISION THAT AN EMPLOYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HIS CONTRACTOR DOES.....may be an open door for us feds to wake up the govt....as they hire them and when complaints come is need to respect the deadly horror and give due process...or replace and not with a relatives company or shell company and do even worse for another 5 or 10 years...
