This is an excellent site for Bible translations and Bible helps found online and may we please Keep the information Highway Open for all to share and others to find things to know about....very little online is illegal by standards of any free society....and we need to stop the obviously illegal things and just learn not access those sites that advocate anyone do things that harm others or themselves...because we have learn over history this things humans do...are not good for anyone or others or our future.

OF A GOVERNMENT RUN AMOK AND NONE KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND INSTEAD OF OBEYING THE US DEPT OF LABOR JUDGES AND LET ME HELP SORT THROUGH A COBBLED MESS SENT TO WAGE AND HOUR IN ARLINGTON, TX … WAGE AND HOUR THAT AS FAR AS I KNOW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF MY CASES ETC...AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE DUMP OF EEO TO go around the real process now begun after 9 years of trying ….and not informed legally as none either did not know or told not to reveal...what is and has been done to many.....?? Why the resistance, if a real mistake.? and send it back to refer to EEO office at US DOL?? to add to current case?
And a letter was sent a week ago, I just saw today after a follow-up call... and the content was like mixing apples and oranges and snow in summer.....made no sense and appears the Regional leaders had passed it off to one , and then on down to another...who made the call to me......and as children when we used to play that game of whispering a phrase around the circle....the CONFUSION HAD ONLY GOTTEN WORSE......and the more I tried to find out what in the world they had....the worse the reaction towards me was.....CALLED RETALIATION AND HARASSMENT IN DISCRIMINATION AND IT IS.....as slander and gossip has taken over from the people's level to the highest levels of govt....and for me with full loss of kidney functions and life etc...due to no safe meds made....just because this attitude has some who are to be in authority at every level....trying to ignore the issues and do their job case by case and FIND OUT THE TRUTH OF WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND THEN HELP SOLVE IT....And too bad is some get arrested and jailed for illegal acts that have cost so vast numbers even their lives and livelihoods.....and the security of the nation itself in jeopardy over NO GOVT IN CHARGE......and it will go on as long as those in the real govt keep pretending they know when they do not know what contractors are doing and illegal acts going on with a few facilitators helping real crimes go on.....And when complaints got massive around the country.....let one contractor go only to have another Blodgett set up a new company and same entity running things worse than ever as if FOOLING THE USA GOVT A FEW YEARS AGO...(under Obama) was a deadly joke played on all us suckors…
And we may have a 35 to 40 year bad and deadly and illegal joke played on injured federal workers all this time...with as soon as one injured on the job and has tried to work with grave harm to live..etc...and tests and doctors in massive numbers saying no more or will die on the job....I got sent home by FECA and transferred by official paper work to US DOL....but I and unions have volunteered what they could....NOT UNCOMMON just before one is facing a schedule award for loss of body parts and permanent disability....And by US EDUCATION DEPT waived student loans based on asthmatic condition...(that hit national news as not just asthma but severe injury kind etc., investigated and affirmed not an allergy kind.. of avoiding triggers...which at work sites may not be...as chemicals of parts per billion and trillion are everywhere unless one is careful as to what is used...and only at home can one really have control....of environment..)a few meds still made for those 60% we have nothing for too many of us...including our active duty military over come on the battle field...) which is more severe than FECA but one thing had to be done..first...A REVIEW of whether ANY WORK ANYWHERE IN US GOVT EVEN PART TIME was I able to still do.....and that must be why my personnel file or copy of it....went missing for over a decade now...and when I set out to find the missing million dollars that Lynn Blodgett's said I was sent ( and never would as each claim has to be processed like any other plan---but another OIG at OPM NEVER ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE AS $200 million missing to be put in a fund for medical for those already with permanent medical as occurs when one is put on home oxygen for life....by 1988 labor law.....) AND none seen to have access to laws, regulations, or even court cases etc that can change what is done for all others in same categories...ITS OUR LEGAL SYSTEM and until all evil is bound up in this world little more we can do that have systems in place under our govt, of, by and for the people to stop those few harming us and stealing from us and perjury and even causing premature death intentionally....as no safe meds for millions is easily tracked and with systems WHAT IS DONE TO ONE....GOES ON THROUGH IN A FEW KEY STROKES....AND MASSIVE GENOCIDE CAN OCCUR...
OWCP jurisdiction trying to be accurate.....BUT ITS AN EMPLOYEE DUMP into another agency AND AN UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE...to not be told what your unit or office is, who is your boss...and what union is any has a contract....And many, like me with issues of EEO already...and EEOC sanctions vs HHS Sec now Congresswoman Donna Shalala...to the point of death on the job...and working under those facing criminal charges for being part of getting us injured in the first place and hiring one who was not even a citizen....as background checks seem meaningless when skirted.also…
Any one who reads my blog or knows me, that as a Christian...all life is precious even my enemies doing me hram…..and finally I told a couple that I was fighting to save their lives...as well as mine...and got threatened that I was saying I wanted to do one harm....No way even began to be or say that...and we have some so unwilling to know truth of the real situation going on....now....and little rights due to federal govt lying to Congress bluffing they have been able to verify facts and data etc....and no ACCESS BY LAW SINCE 2002 an in health care a lot of rights suspended to enforce laws as far back as 1994 that the law only codified.....AND CONGRESS IGNORED IT ALL..AND LET IT HAPPEN... both parties go along to get along and now a gag order rule to cover it up we have NO GOVT IN CHARGE and not one at the debate tonight , in Congress in the cover up SAID ONE WORD OF THIS GAG ORDER RULE....AND NOT MENTIONING the bigger issue is the cost of health care is THEFT OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY BY THE ONES RUNNING IT WITH NO OVERSIGHT EVEN ALLOWED...
More money missing than the national debt,, and unsafe meds and food additives and other things as Lynn Blodgett's who said I should die.after US DOL chief said it also.....and many pass it on as a real order to this day including former US Dept of labor chief who was there to contract out our real death panel...when no rights to get anyone in govt to make sure rights and laws upheld...etc...and rumor and gossip and real slander seems to be running all...or some now running scared for after 9 years of none at the US Dept of labor knowing who their in agency EEOC CONTACT PERSON IS.... as none have a poster in their break room or bulletin board as required by law either?? US DEPT OF LABOR IS ONE DEPT OF THE US GOVT WITH NO LABOR UNIONS...AT ALL but for Job Corp connected to USDA a non afl-cio one..I once was member of years ago..in former office.....and for the feds...its all we have and not powerful like non govt as feds have no real powers but can help when issues of real harm occur...and try to alleviate them... We feds have none to help us....as we cannot go to states or local for any kind of official help...at all..
This is the US Dept of labor folks who is to protect workers rights in the USA as well as govt ones...
So after this debacle and finally figuring out this seems to be a real obstruction , if not blatant ignorance...which too well done to be that...and one like me knowing the full history of what has gone on...to be obvious to me....I was just finishing up the Violations of Civil Rights page 66 cover letter to send some papers to US DOL civil rights where I should have been sent by Contract compliance telling me only those working for a contractor could file EEOC and here I was on the face of official forms...ignored by ignorance or and misinformation in training as none questions....and when one deals with evidence and facts....one is to deal with OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS....and no action without them.....So much is verbal misinformation passed on from contractors hiding and manipulating outcomes....and a few facilitators in key places just under the politicos who come and go....and often never find out THEY WERE NEVER REALLY IN CHARGE AT ALL...
But this mixed up wages with an EEOC memo on contract wages mixed in with US Dept of labor civil rights....and a copy to the EEOC which is premature...as have not even gone through EEO informal counseling....and this was a referral to do this apart from already in process and had already made contact by e mails with one assigned and THIS EEOC INFORMAL COUNSELING PROCESS IN THE GOVT FOR DECADES NOW is VERY HELPFUL when it works and these peer counselors are able to access a lot of things we can not...and file a report and recommendation or try and resolve the matter....
For years a Bible is opened daily and chapter read....and at the beginning of the day...could not make sense of this chapter of nonsense by humans done...and real harms also as a result.....and when all was filed and laid down to rest and reread....WOW...A DAY OF REAL NONSENSE...BY A GOVT OUT OF CONTROL... and many good and dedicated civil servants are caught until years up for pension...and surely are praying in their own way...for some day, some way...this whole corrupted mess be straightened out...
Our system is built on the one getting Justice ...not revenge justice...and when anyone lets injustice happen to anyone...even by trying to ignore it...ITS LIKE A WHIRLWIND OF SIN THAT COMES RIGHT BACK ON ALL LIKE WRATH. OR BAD KARMA AS OUR EASTERN FAITHS MIGHT CALL IT... We are all to be rulers and ministers in this world and we have come to a time when this is more close to reality than ever as nearly the whole world has ballot box access to decide who serves us and not reelect those who neglect to serve us well...and even if all have differing political views our leaders have to listen to the experts and form the best possible solution that works for us...and NONE AMONG US IS HARMED BY THE CHOICE..even if the one does not think this is best...at least ones survival is not harmed...
Its near impossible to be able to go on to court or even an EEOC hearing without somethings found out to even know where one stands legally etc....and attempts to resolve not met...if such....And EEO is one thing its difficult but one can file pro se and then find an atty to step in....and used to be one would be referred for you as mentor if not just be the atty.....Again without this EEO informal process a atty without being paid a lot of money up front...would go broke not knowing legal situations that could be litigated...I AM JUST TRYING TO STAY ALIVE FIRST OF ALL..
..and the rest is just being made whole which how can health and lives harmed for my entire family ever be made whole...
and as a Christian...TO BE ACCUSED OF THREATENING BODILY HARM TO ANOTHER IS A MOCKERY OF CHRIST WHOM I believe in and try to follow His teachings...
So just before I finished the Violations two deputy sheriffs were at my door called by this bunch from US Dept of labor...and lying and saying I had threatened ones life....and one knew me....and said to the other..AND ME: YOU ARE A WHISTLEBLOWER and I replied: Yes and why adding religion in as to say this about me is a lie and a witness present to know what was said or not...is a mockery of Christ and my belief... this is an intimidation and harassment….and here I was trying to use my strength to sign papers to try and save my life...AS FECA CAN BE VERY POWERFUL IN HEALTH CARE USING THE NIH ETC AS DONE BEFORE TO HELP FEDS AND IN TURN EVERYONE ELSE....MORE THAN A PRIVATE WORKERS COMP INSURER WITH STOCKHOLDERS ETC.....
..AND I SAID YES AND I SAID THIS IS WHY I AM ADDING IN RELIGION.. BECAUSE AS A CHRISTIAN....this is an insult to my faith...I cannot even hate these people calling for my death.....just a great sorrow for anyone to be able to act like this....and seem to have no concern for their own survival or loved ones....Are we so far into the opposite kind of beliefs in this world...of no value for any human life?
As most faiths do value life...and caring and rights of others...etc...even if all have not realized how much Christ and the new way of thinking given to Moses and before that Abraham...has changed all of humanity to a better way to heaven on earth....and let a few others send us into a hell on earth instead.
We have come so close....and now this OUTSIDE RETALIATION is CRUCIAL IN EEOC MATTERS...AS NO LONGER JUST US DOL EMPLOYEES...and the two deputies left...and now let the EEOC etc...get the report of call etc...I am pretty sure who it is of the few I spoke with today..
and this and the letter now seen...will be submitted as an incident with the one already assigned....

In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus...may the informal process that follows your teaching from Matthew 18, to try and resolve differences does work for survival for self and others and some how a just and fair conclusion for family and I...and Doyle needs prayers as he was here and this is not best for him either... You know my heart Christ that I wish all those ordering harms done stop and do good and if need be turn states evidence and deal with those running this horrible scam on all of us.....by our legal system in just manner....and at the end will repent and be saved for eternity...each lost sheep of any of us...not one is wished to be lost..to evil void of hell... And pray for our law enforcement in this country..who understood the situation right off....as out here a year ago when caught hundreds of million missing from Poison control in USA and none has any clue how to help me stay alive with the violent harming additive in my main med...which am only partially getting neutralized or am I just overloading on anti inflamers instead?
I had my long oxygen tubing on..to go around the house and sat on chair...but already not feeling well as only can sit up an hour or so...and these papers needed to get in...a s a p...and nearly ready to collapse...but felt Your spirit helping me as I knew EEOC laws too well now....and this is bad legally for those doing this....and they knew better....and the call not made right away... You know my past and experience. Since 1968 in govt and before....and this was not a positive resolve a bad situation for the agency or dept of the US govt and too often some lower rung person gets caught too handle things and much more than he realized how bad this was...even the letter is evidence of chaos...and back up docs, even posted in earlier Violations backs this up and documents....of real horrors going on against many....and so often...going on badly for many for a long time...and then done to me....and I was trained to be just and fair...and knew real crimes being committed....and when You call us to be OVER COMERS and isn't that not being COVER UPPERS...we are being asked to put faith in practice and try to resolve this peacefully......and I share..some of this...as too many have faced the same and DO NOT LOSE YOUR COOL you are on the side of righteousness and this should never be done by anyone to another....and NEVER BY A GOVT OFFICIAL ABUSING POWER OF THEIR OFFICE.
Pray for all of us to find our way through this chaos and some good blessings found for one and all..and safe meds and good food...that no longer makes anyone sick or harmed......
