     PUERTO RICO  is finding out what my reader have known since 2002/ when CONGRESS voted to overthrow   our  constitutional govt and go to the REVIVED ROMAN EMPIRE MODEL. Thanks to Amy Goodman, my former college friend from 1966 67 at a University of California then a state college.  for doing the expose on this and bringing out NO INTERNAL AUDITS OF THE WHITEFISH CONTRACTOR THAT IS TO REPLACE THE ELECTRIC GRID FOR PUERTO RICO AS FEMA CONTRACTORS AND HAS NOT DONE THE JOB AS CONTRACTED TO DO ..  We , the taxpayers have no idea if the work is being done as it should be as no internal audits allowed  and that is common for all agencys' contractors ...

  Where the real govt stops governing and contracts out the work of govt with no right to use existing budget for internal audits nor criminal investigations and or prosecutions and when things get real crooked and too often deadly due to illegal acts. NO GOVT  ALLOWED TO STOP IT and no accountability for stolen monies which govt records and congressional studies shows is 30 trillion dollars missing from the US Treasury and 25 million dead due to illegal acts buy the cabal of contractors running the USA since 2002 and named head by the few who know as Lynn Blodgett who is in control of the USA and who is WHITEFISH MANAGED BY OR FINANCED BY ??

  Since this one head is over a 100 nations now as well as many UN contracts I would not be surprised it led back to his cabal on this. Even if Brazil is financing the company... Our rulership is international and its not a govt at all.  His brother Tom Blodgett was ruling south America for a few years now since he stopped being over the EU  and has a big operation in UK and one can see how their health care went down.

       Please do not judge a type of health care plan of any nation if the govt  is  not in charge in any way at all  Just because its a taxpayer financed plan of any kind  does not mean any govt is in charge and in the USA . NO GOVT RUN HEALTH CARE PLAN SINCE 2002.. AS CONTRACTED OUT AND NO ONE IN CHARGE FORM THE GOVT.. AT ALL AS CONGRESS VOTED FOR THAT NON ACCOUNTABILITY TO US OR THE NATION.. AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL AS THE PRESIDENT CANNOT BE OVER THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF GOVT WITH NO RIGHT TO SPEND THE EXISTING BUDGET TO GOVERN... NOR  STOP ILLEGAL ACTS...  

  And part of an audit is to make sure everyone is being treated equally as all rules and laws applied the same way etc. 

                                        DID YOU STOP TAKING THEOPHYLLINE FOR ADVERSE REACTIONS? 

     Good news it that TEVA has started over to find and get a site approved to make their generic brand which is far different than all the others.. And if you were prescribed his and had an adverse reaction to another generic brand, it may have nothing to do with the medicines but what else is in the pill that inflames and causes much horrible adverse reactions that is not an allergic reaction..

    Many kinds of antiseptics and chemical bonding is in the pills and although many can tolerate these . hey say  about 11 million plus of us cannot as we have had damage to our mucous membranes and this is a basic medicine for those with inhalation injuries from toxins and chemicals etc.   ..

I am not a doctor but have been a patient  of the leading ones in the USA and approved white papers by peer reviews on this.. since injured 1/10/89.

  But your life expectancy now for similar injures is back to 1-5 years and more numbers are being added now with the toxic fumes out west and in Hurricane Harvey toxic pools and fires there. When a building or house burns that is not all wood burning   but all kinds of toxins are around us not that are OK  for most until they  become heated and burn and one breathes it in..  For those like me often most things are OK after off gassing period which can be a weeks or months or a year for some things. I even have to lay out  a new oxygen canal for a couple of weeks to off gas. 

     You will find you cannot even get the diagnostic tests run I was able to get to know .... what is really needed and liquid oxygen is also a given from day one of inure or your left heart ventricle begins to over work and eventually fail you.

     And the EKG ROUTINELY DONE DOES NOT EVEN CHECK FOR THAT AS IF THAT IS NOT A MAIN PART OF THE HEART...

    Your doctor and hospital are micromanaged  by this cabal now and its them , not your doctor that is in control of your health care.  DO NOT BLAME THEM AS THEY CANNOT MAKE THESE CONTRACTORS LISTEN TO THEM AT ALL. 

  IT SHOULD BE YOUR DOCTOR ALLOWED TO FOLLOW ACCEPTED TREATMENT STANDARDS AND THEY ARE NOT .. 

       So until safe medication is available that will not end me up dead as it can be that bad if not stop taking it if bad things in it for me..   I am searching for pills and found one pharmacy to day with a few more pills on hand..  And many pharmacies are saying  that no one is taking theophylline any more.. and wonder whey .. NO ONE HAS TOXIC AND CHEMICAL INHALATION INJURIES ANY MORE??As Lynn Blodgett et al  has turned all of us in to COPDCOPD PATIENT AS MANY MEDICATIONS FOR THEM NOW HAVE WARNING LABELS AFTER BAD THINGS HAPPENED AS NOT FOR ASTHMA PATIENTS .

         No you are not going to be able to tap into the fund for smokers for me or the other 11 million + of us at all.. as we are not like this from smoking at all. nor even second hand smoke.. as an HHS employee either as not permitted in the work site. since 1970"s  You have difficulty getting paid if you do not go along and list that as the main or only diagnosis.. when it never was on me and not the primary one..  AT ALL AS MOST LIKE ME HAVE SOME KIND OF REACTIVE AIR WAY  DISEASE AND MINE IS DYSFUNCTION SYNDROME ALSO  AS THE TOXIC FUMES WEAKENED THE CARTILAGE IN THE TUBES IN THE LUNGS ALSO  AND THE THEOPHYLLINE HELPS WITH THAT ALSO.

                      GOOD NEWS IS BESIDES SOME PILLS FOUND AT ONE SMALL TOWN PHARMACY TO LIVE ANOTHER  6 DAYS .

      And Part D Medicare has said that somewhere after I filed my appeals not yet processed to get some help to pay  for compounded drugs as  having to compound inhalers now a none safe for 11 million of us per doctors etc. They can pay but its some paper work to get one by doctors etc.  and are they paid for their time NO!      This is due to all of us now on the data base as COPD patients and we should be able to use the ones on the market now and we have been excluded from clinical trials since 1993 as if one has a heart condition one cannot be in a clinical trial for an asthma drug,  and all of us toxic injuries are heart patients from day one.. We cannot ethically be treated by a pulmonologist unless we see a cardiologist periodically...its so interconnected . .

    I never called this current horror OBAMACARE AS ITS ALL BEEN HILLARYCARE SINCE 1993 AND SOME GOING ON BEFORE THAT.. 

     So some more paper work to do by me and maybe doctors to get refund for the compounded inhalers back 3 years and may be more.. but Aetna said 3 years and maybe that is when it happened .. as some one else may have gotten their appeal approved and none of us notified  yet.. It snot that much money as compounds are not very expensive as pills are now .. but it might pay for a few 200 lb; tanks of liquid oxygen    as injured workers cannot get an oxygen supplier as Lynn Blodgett sill never input the claims as he has ALL WORKERS CLAIMS IN THE USA NOW AND WILL NOT INPUT THE CLAIMS  AND THE ILLEGAL OFFLINE SYSTEM ALL GETS TO USE FROM HIM SINCE 10/7/16 DOES NOW EVEN SHOW ONE HAS IT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A MEDICARE CARD .. ETC  AND IT ALWAYS WAS ON THERE BUT RIGGED TO NOT DO A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AS IT ALTERED THE INJURY DATE TO THE DATE ONE GOT PART A MEDICARE..

   AND MY APPEALS MAY ALLOW AN EARLIER DATE AS A CLASS ACTION .. WHAT ONE DOES CAN AFFECT EVERY ONE ELSE IN THE SAME SITUATION .. EQUAL RIGHTS FOR EACH AND ALL..  

    MOST OF APPROVED MEDICAL FOR WORKERS COMP IS NOW ILLEGALLY PAID BU MEDICARE AS HE OWNS THE SYSTEM THROUGH A COMPANY HE CONTROLS AND NOTHING ANY ONE CAN DO AS NO GOVT IN CHARGE TO STOP THIS..  

                                       WE THE PEOPLE ARE TO RULE

and please 95% vote in all elections... and keep it up for a decade and turn this around .. but those in office now.. wake up and put the oversight back and make sure its done and get rid of your unconstitutional gag order rule not to know... NOT TO MENTION , CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTORS TESTIFY NOR LET WITNESSES MENTION THEM EITHER. AS THAT IS THE OVERSIGHT NOW.. OF THE ONES DOING THE ACTIONS. AND PAYING THE MONIES OUR..  WHETHER THE ELECTRICITY BEING PUT BACK IN PUERTO RICO OR PAYING A SOCIAL SECURITY OR MEDICARE CLAIM OR VA  OR MONIES FOR ROADS THAT MAY NOT GET BUILD AS ORDERED.. ??  and be unsafe.. for shoddy work..?

No one is looking our for our safety I the USA , are they that have authority to make sure those things that are regulated are safe. since  there is no oversight of those getting the money to spend and doing the work.. and praise for the few who are doing  it well and competing against such corruptions to continue. dong the contracted work as they are to legally do it..

   (Did a blood feud of centuries begin here where one seemingly merciful leader put in power by the occupier of the land was then overthrown from within his own occupying nation?? When will the shedding of blood end as it just births more and more wars and blood letting  and now the whole world can be ended as the sword of today and end the life of all of us on this planet and upset the whole balance of the universe.)

         In the name of Yahusha, the risen Christ of the Bible ....May we not ever think that bloody violence ever settles anything.... May all do  participate in governing as voters and more as  You call them to do ... Pray for our nation , and ourselves to stay alive in this corrupted mess.. we have to accept we let it happen to us.   and for us to never get ourselves in such a holocaust ever again...  Pleas help us have the wisdom to get our of this one and never get into another mess for us not watching out as the governors of the nation .. and see to it the ones we elect serve us well or elect others to do the job.. May those in office now allow the job to be done and then do it.. and pray for President trump whom this  cabal of the evil does not wish him to stop the illegal acts that are on going  And pray he can do what he can until the congress allows him to do so ...  

    And pray that my life may continue and sustaining life  not be blocked ever again. For me and anyone else.. Amen
