Its up to the people of the world to vote for elected officials and leaders who will put their govts back under the control of the people through their elected official and any member of the US congress whole will not put the oversight of a contractors in every bill is not worthy of my vote and why would you vote for one who turned the authority of the USA govt still under the US Constitution and rights of the people under tit to an international cabal that has no first allegiance to the USA or the people in it.?

WE would have a couple of decades surplus but trillions have been stolen plus all the gouging of the medical community and other taxpayer funded health care program he has used to skim and scam as well as blatantly steal as is gig on still at Medicare which is not under the control of any govt officials .. and the contractors call center that can see the theft AT GENERAL DYNAMICS UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S CONTROL HAVE BEEN ORDERED TO VIOLATE THEIR CMS CONTRACT AND NOT REP ROT THE THEFTS AS THEY HAVE THE BEST EVIDENCE AS THY AR THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN SEE THE ENTIRE DUAL SYSTEM OF THE REAL INFO AS WELL AS THE ILLEGAL OFF LINE UNSECURED SYSTEM WHICH IS THE ONLY THING THE WHOLE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS GETTING NOW AND CMS SAYS THEY MUST USE IT AND COMMIT FRAUD AS THEY WILL NOT ALLOW PAPER CLAIMS WHICH IS THE ONLY SAFE WAY TO FILE NOW DUE TO CMS HAS NO ACCESS TO WAIVE THE ELECTRONIC FILING SO THAT THE MONIES WILL NOT BE STOLEN. ETC
So assume at a billion dollars a day that most of the 60 million have multiple Medicare numbers created on them and 60 million card holders creating multiple Medicare numbers with their id of from 4 to 17 phonies added suffixes that look legitimate as they are the ones SSA uses for various kinds of benefits . but this has noting to do with what each ones category really is at SSA . Staling a paid claims and then using it to pay and additional numbers and no notice goes out on the illegal system so no one knows they are overpaid for the theft and their heirs inherit over payments also . Medicare is only suppose to get one claim number to use from SSA even though some do have multiple entitlements such as a spouse who has some paid on their own number and an additi'l amounts as a souse if they did not work that much. under social security and those are the most vulnerable . as there are dozens of spouse categories but this is an ancient system being used and can only do up to 17 on one item like one claim.. or we would be out of Medicare already..
The only written proof the card holder can get is a temporary entitlement letter from 1-800 Medicare as no multiple cards can be sent as those do still cross check with SSA. But my ongoing sets of the 17 active numbers on me is enough for a search warrant even if no monies had been paid on each.. The thefts that started in the Dallas region in 08 would not have sopped but the efforts of the 1-800 Medicare contractors then, Vangent but they got bought by General Dynamics and their new big stock holder companies which is the pattern of this cabal soon has them into the domestic programs contracts and away the thefts go .. and now managed by them as did not deny their were to me months ago.. A person can order the letters which proves NO SECURITY AND ILLEGAL TO CREATED THESE MULTIPLES .. They are basically nice people who work there (our neighbors) but they have been lied to and lied to strip them of their logic and common sense of how one could have all these numbers etc. and lied they fixed it by added the real one to each of the separate 17 system files on each one..

AND EVEN ONE IS ILLEGAL ALL IN DEFIANCE OF AGENCY JUDGES WHO HAVE RULED TO STOP IT AND GET THE MONIES RECOVERED AND THE ONES WHO ARE TO PAY IT BACK GET THE ORDERS TO RECOVER FROM THEMSELVES AND THAT IS THE CORRUPTED UPSIDE DOWN REVIVED ROMAN EMPIRE WHERE NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO PROTECT THE INNOCENT AMONG US AS ITS SO CORRUPTED THE ONES WHO ARE TO BE IN CHARGE AND HOLD THE TITLE ARE NOT ABLE TO STAND UP TO THE EVIL THEY BOW TO . The 11/18 election seems to be the final chance for the people to act. at the ballot box . and if they do not.. its going to take a divine miracle to save any of us.. is my real opinion. and its not a good one at all.. vote and choose the best you can.. as all are human on the ballot and pray for them to do what is right and good.
Form 12/12 until 1/17 when they pulled up my real numbers they had 17 cross referred so that only one pay went out and that was an overpayment as Medicare has never been primary on me and my employer (us govt office ) sends the post bi weekly of my FECA AND [PRIMARY EMPLOYER R PLAN AND ITS IN THE CYBER CLOUD AS IT WAS THIS WEEK BUT BY 7:05 AM have hidden it in the cyber cloud and showing the deleted date as of 10/6/16 as if it was like that but SOON AFTER MIDNIGHT IT SHOWS THREE PRIMARIES AND MEDICARE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY AND A MESS. I have others on my family plan who also have Medicare cards now and all of us getting overpaid for that hack that the contractors OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH of NEW YORK WHICH FUNDRAISER FOR CLINTON'S WAS THEIR LAWYER? , NOW EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY ALTERING THE EMPLOYER POST SINCE 2002.

I needed an antibiotic as the infection had caused swelling around the optic nerve etc. and due to my Blues deleted off the system then in 2/17 ( illegal to alter an employer post to the system since 1994) THEY DID NOT KNOW I HAD PLENTY OF INSURANCE TO PAY TC BUT WITHIN WEEKS I WAS TOLD BY A MANAGER OF LYNN BLODGETT THAT HE HAD ME ON A LET HER DIE LIST.. and some of the horrendous defamation also made up and told that led to me not being worthy of treatment. and I have never been arrested in my life and never intentionally ever harmed another.. My HUSBAND TOOK ME TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL AND HE CALLED THERE ALSO TO BLOCK CARE BUT WAS RUNNING OUR OF OXYGEN IN MY CARRY ON AND BEFORE I RAN OUT THEY HAD TO ACT TO Help AND A DOCTOR DID THE CAT SCAN BUT NO ANTIBIOTIC, NO TREATMENT ALLOWED BY HIS MANAGERS YET.. but did not tell what he found and DOYLE WENT BACK AND GOT THE REPORT FROM MEDICAL RECORDS AS I WAS TAKING CAYENNE PEPPER TEA TO EASE THE PAIN WHICH WAS INTOLERABLE AND AS SOON AS I SAW THE COMMENT OT THE SINUSES I GOT ON ANTIBIOTICS AS IT DID NOT ACT LIKE A REGULAR SINUS INFECTION AND IT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS OF HIGH POTENT ANTIBIOTIC TO GET THE INFECTION DOWN TO DO THE NEEDED SURGERY AS THE PAIN WAS THE SWELLING AS WELL AS THE PRESSURE HAD SMASHED A STEROID CATARACT AS THEY JUST GET BRITTLE AND THIN AND NEVER CLOUDY.
A MIRACLE WAS DISCOVERED WHERE A BONE HAD GROWN OVER WHERE IT SHOULD NOT BE FROM THE DAY I WAS INJURED OR I MIGHT HAVE HAD MY BRAINS OUT.. TH E EXPOSURE WAS THAT BAD FOR US AND FOR THAT GO TO 9/11/16 TO READ WHAT HAPPENED IN 1/10/89 THAT THE COVER UP OPENED THE GATE TO 9/11/01 AND FBI RECORDS DISAPPEARED THE 9/11/01 COMMISSIONS ASKED FOR FROM MY ATTEMPTS FOR TWO YEARS TO STOP 9/11/01 AND NO ONE CARED THE USA WAS IN DANGER AT ALL. ).
Sometimes I feel like the Old Testament prophets pleading for the people to wake up and do what is right and good and all ignore the dangers that they are let happen to them.. In the USA we have NO EXCUSE FOR THE MESS WE ARE IN BUT OURSELVES FOR NOT VOTING IN ALL ELECTIONS AND THEN NOT RE VOTING FOR THOSE WE THINK ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB FOR US OR THE NATION. AND ONE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE WELL EDUCATED NOR GENIUS HIGH IQ TO KNOW IF ONE IS A GOOD PERSON WHO CARES OR NOT AND SOME COMMON SENSE TO HELP THEM KNOW WHAT LAWS ETC. ARE NEEDED.

UPDATE ON STOLEN APPELLATE JUDGES FILE
Spoke to DAB official today there and they had less of the file by the time they got my appeals to and was not aware that not even the legal rep appointment paper was missing too and NO JUDGE SHOULD EVEN BEGIN TO DEAL WITH A CASE WITHOUT KNOWING THERE IS A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE WHERE ATTORNEY OR NON ATTORNEY .. ETC. My cases are getting high priority now for being years old as the one sent to the judge original had a several hearing combined under one docket number and more to be done year that and one was 2006 when it was filed.. and no judge disagreed with my OK to consolidate multiple legal issues in to one hearing.
He seemed shocked that judge had not scheduled a hearing and I said only a few pages get there and just dismissed it and what bout the other hearing consolidated as he did not even mention them. That someone at the contractors had put into one docket number. . I have overpaid mediocre part B premiums of about $22 000 now and the judge says it was less than $150 on one issue which is not the big issues and one is a big win due to the prior appellate judges who Said I was not retired and to recover the monies and the owner of the system who hacks it through them away as they do any that Lynn Blodgett SAYS TO DISREGARD 39 judges defied now in multiple agency he controls what the Judges get and then will not act when he does not like the rulings or orders as those orders are a Judges saying he should not have the contracts as it exposes the illegal activity .
Not hard to gt a judge to say one should not have 17 active Medicare numbers is it?? YES IT IS WHEN LYNN BLODGETT ET AL DOES NOT WISH A JUDGE TO AFFIRM AND RULE SO .. and the penalty is for being retired and I am not... as the contractors do the lower level appeals and they can not apply the laws at all as we could do .. All week have had ongoing issues with the people I call not being able to hear me well with my voice over the Internet long distance .. and it has taken three days with IP and the company etc and many not understanding the technical issues etc. based on common logic to solve a problem n and I kept on digging for info ... and calls and our land line can only call about parts of two counties etc
FINALLY IT GOT TO THE ADVANCE TECHNICAL PEOPLE AND HE HAD ME DO **02 on my Internet phone and got that the provider number was one digit off .. from what all had and what it really was. SOME PROBLEMS ARE VERY BASIC and one digit off A COMPUTER SYSTEM CANNOT FIND YOU.. a world of numbers for every thing and check them first...

The pharmaceutical companies who make the newer 24 hour time release have said NOT FOR ME TO TAKE THEM AS IT WOULD BE HARMFUL

So Teva wants to make the life saving medication that open the air ways better than anything and then oxygen is needed also but it is basic to being alive. AND FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON TEVA IS BEING BLOCKED FROM MAKING IT AS SOMETHING SEEMS WRONG WITH FACILITIES IN EUROPE ETC. Do they want to put inflaming antiseptics in it so that we die of inflammation as we are the ones needing it.. I do not know how one can do a compound as a time release maybe a drop every couple of hours?? its not an inhaling as is OK to compound inhalers which has been done now for a 7 years now to inhale through the nose rather then take by mouth with the oxygen with the drops in the distilled water attached to my liquid oxygen tank as that is also needed from day one as now understood for us... IS ANY ONE GETTING IT??
So now that the phone seems to be working so I can call and talk and we hear each other I am going to have to call every pharmacy in a hundred mile radius to see if any have some pills of any dosage on hand. ITS 'BLUFFING SHAM' when we are getting pills out of other nations and no one has any idea what is in them and many getting sick from unknown additions... Doctors have not been allowed to find out for 25 years now and the patient has no phone number to even call to find out as I was able to do so up until a few years ago and they would say it if had the 4 main chemicals in it I had to avoid.. and were very professional about it.
If an overseas or now some USA companies has no phone number to call even in India or wherever.. then one has no idea if the reasons for the medication might cure or help; but the pill could kill you...

Evil knows it can overcome a riot or violent melee as he usually has the bigger weapons to use on all.. but evil does not look good when trying to suppress voting...by those with the full rights to be doing so ..And I have cried watching some bad things done in recent years and we should not be turning our back on it but facing it and making sure those in office make sure all are treated fairly and all is legal and fully transparent and ways to do a recount when its too close to know for sure without one. Jeremiah the OLD TESTAMENT PROPHET seems to be prophesying a lot for this heavenly sign but would need to research more as often nations have starts of planets who are symbols of them in the sign and we have lost a lot to history of this.. to even know.. I have misplaced my book WITNESS OF THE STARS BY BULLINGER FROM A 100 YEARS AGO AND REPUBLISHED IN RECENT YEARS WILL KEEP LOOKING AND THEN PUT IT ON MY CHRISTMAS LIST FOR A NEW ONE. as he did the research for the picture Bible in the starts the ancients all understood but to many perverted over time. especially after the DISPERSION AT THE TOWER OF BABEL when much of the real perversion of the BIBLE STORY REALLY GOT PERVERTED into the MYSTERY BABYLON FERTILITY GODDESS RELIGION. which has never been part of the Bible teachings at all.. except to not get into it.

(Are you a cover upper and ignorer of the evil going on or are you accepting the call to face it and stand up to it and not be the only one to do so as all do so to BE OVER COMERS NOT COVER UPPERS " Justice denied one denies it to all." Its OK to have peaceful protest, but then one has t take action to make positive changes for good and the real work begins in a peaceful legal manner so that evil does not overcome the good intent. .We will need law enforcers as long as some do real harm to others and property and maybe some day no one will ever be tempted to do bad things again. and evil will not tempt anyone. WE ALL HAVE TO DO OUR PART IN THIS. )

My evil be bound up and us all do what we need to do to help in this.. and be alert to the trickery and deceit of evil when it surfaces.. With the govt records showing that 25 million have died already and more is indicated and 30 trillion dollars stolen of our tax dollars HOW DID WE BE SO DECEIVED TO LET IT HAPPEN TO US. and now have to help stop the ongoing final depleting of life and nation's assets and monies.. as the evil ones can start wars with out any nation leading it..
Help us out of the mess we have made for ourselves. Pray for those doing us such harm that they will change for good and let Israel make the Medication I and others need and may some be found...
Pray for those at Medicare hearings offices that my files no longer get disappeared and can get the ruling from the judges that its wrong to break our laws and do what is legal and right.. Pray for Congress and for our state and local officials dealing with the same cabal and no help from the federal govt either.. and may President Trump do what he can to stop this evil and convince congress to get the oversight TO USE EXISTING BUDGET he needs to oversee the EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF GOVT AS THE US CONSTITUTION SAYS HE IS TO BE ABLE TO DO so that awful corruption can be stopped in our legal system so all can be treated fairly.
. .. and may 39 agency judges be obeyed in my cases and the whole truth of the years of corruption be put out in sunlight to stop us from every being deceived against. by a few taking over illegally the nation and our lives... may medication and a liquid oxygen supplier be allowed to serve me and others in need to live. When its already approved for life years ago.. and one says I should die that is from the evil one. .not from any good. Amen
