RULER OF USA COMMITS FELONY ATROCITY AGAIN
I was hoping to get to not be forced to pay double Medicare premiums and a penalty for not being retired when Lynn Blodgett the ruler of the USA verbally lied and said I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and none in the real govt even questioned that what he said made no legal sense by FECA law as at the time he withheld several judges orders saying just the opposite and that he as contractor over the USA had a lot to get done and in legal terms gave the real govt justification to cancel his contracts in multiple agencies, as they have NO AUTHORITY OVER HIM SINCE CONGRESS TOOK IT AWAY IN 2002.
DAB SAID HE WAS THE CONTRACTOR A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN FILES HAD TO BE RECONSTRUCTED HEM ASS THIS IS AN ON GOING PATTERN OF ILLEGAL OBSTRUCTION. OF RIGHTS AND HARMS DONE AND A VIOLATION OF THE EEOC SANCTIONS AGAINST HHS I GOT BEFORE FOR TORTURE TO THE POINT OF DEATH AND WHEY THERE ARE 100 CIVIL RIGHTS CLAIMS AT THE HHS -OCR OFFICE IN DALLAS NEVER DOCKETED IN AND NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO GET THEM MOVING AND JUST ONE OF THEM COULD HAVE SAVED OTHERS LIVES AND STOPPED THEFTS OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY AS WELL AS STOPPED THE VIOLATIONS AGAINST ME AND MINE.. as my issues are so common to what others have going on and just have not gotten the cases up to file and are filed. but
THERE IS NO GOVT TO EVEN DOCKET AND REVIEW AND RULE ... LET ALONE ENFORCE THE LAWS ANY MORE TO HELP AGAINST THE ONES WHO RULE WHICH NO ONE ELECTED. AND NO ONE ELECTED HAS BUDGET AUTHORITY OVER ANY MORE. AND THE FEW BAD ACTORS IN THE DEEP STATE IS HARD TO FIND WHEN THE CONTRACTOR CANNOT BE INVESTIGATED AND SOME THERE TURN STATES EVIDENCE ..
Many would be alive and surplus in US Treasury if just one of 39 federal agency judges were allowed to be obeyed.. as it exposes all and working the case would force compliance which the govt has none over the contractors since 2002. Worse is hearings now pending never even docketed in for 6+ years now in some agencies and remand orders even older never complied with as people die and monies stolen from the USA by his cabal.
In 2015 all Medicare hearings that involved premium issues were forwarded to one Hearing office by Lynn Blodgett's contractor and several were consolidated onto one docket number and sent and the brief filed is posted on this blog back in 2015 and pre one earlier. Three main issues included. the judge only heard one and ignored the other hearing requests consolidated into one file and these are years old with no decisions and no docket numbers assigned yet but legally and timely filed and each had a brief and documentation. THE ONE ON THE USE OF WRONG MATH FORMULA FOR GPO OFF SET IS SET TO BE CLASS ACTION THAT COULD AFFECT EVERY GOVT EMPLOYEE IN THE USA IN SIMILAR CATEGORY AND MY CASE SEEM TO BE THE FIRST TIME ITS EVER GOT TO A HEARING ON THE FORMULA ITSELF AS I WAS THERE FOR THE ORIGINAL TRAINING .
Another deals with a penalty applied and this resulted from LYNN BLODGETT AT SSA refusing to post my file and the criminally hacked system used from him as the evidence rather than the real one which another Medicare appellate judge plus two lower ones ruled I WAS NOT RETIRED BUT PREMIUMS NOT AT ISSUE THEN AND THE RULING WAS THAT MEDICARE IS SECONDARY TO EMPLOYER PLAN ETC. Same issue decision should have been followed but they can't get the file from Lynn Blodgett contractors etc.
And often first line reviewers in the govt or contractors OVERTHROW JUDGES RULINGS AND EVEN APPELLATE ONES DUE TO COVER UP OF VIOLATIONS GOING ON AND NO OVERSIGHT OR ACCESS TO AGENCIES OWN RECORDS.
TODAY I GOT A DISMISSAL AND JUDGE DID NOT EVEN GET WHAT THE APPELLATE JUDGE SENT HE HAD IN HIS FILE.. THAT WAS SENT TO CONTRACTOR I CLEVELAND AND EVEN THE ORIGINAL FILE NEVER MADE IT TO THE HEARING JUDGE.. AND SEVERAL HUNDRED PAGES SENT WITH THE APPEAL BRIEF NEVER MADE IT BACK TO THE HEARING JUDGE AND NEITHER DID THE ORIGINAL FILE HE GOT FROM THE CONTRACTOR CONSOLIDATING MULTIPLE HEARINGS INTO ONE DOCKET NUMBER.
About 6 pages have survived from about 6000 pages of all the files and investigation/documentation for several hearings just this one judge verbally got and the orders from appellate remand was to reconstruct file and hear the rest of the issues..
An dismissal order signed 9/27/17 mailed 10/20/17 received today 10/25/17 and no reference the consolidation and felony obstruction as the file from appellate judge went to Lynn Blodgett and more disappeared on the way through to the hearing judge.. And LYNN BLODGETT
Or order each hearing get a separate docket number and since I must have the oldest ones in the USA or near to would be heard and ruled on.. But its legal to consolidate and OK with me as the judge did not say too separate just ignored them in the file he was sent from whoever had them all these years!

FROM THE HEARINGS THE FIRST JUDGE WAS SENT THAT HAVE YET TO BE HELD THAT WERE Consolidated under one docket number and referred to in the briefs that have now disappeared twice and more than one. I and the former judge did not disagree to consolidate multiple issues about premiums but did not get any rulings on the older ones on the various other premium issues which are years older than the current ones and not the same issue but do relate to amount of premiums which are still illegally being billed as not correct amount for two legal reasons is my contention and THE ONE ON THE PENALTY IS IN DIRECT OPPOSITION TO CASE M09-1406 AS MY STATUS IS NOT CHANGED AND AM STILL EMPLOYEE AND BI WEEKLY THEE US DEPT OF LABOR POST TO THE REAL MEDICARE SYSTEM THAT IN AM LEGALLY STILL EMPLOYED AS LYNN BLODGETT WILL NOT ALLOW FECA TO PROCESS THE REQUEST FOR PERMANENT DISABILITY THAT WAS PENDING WHEN IT GOT CONTRACTED OUT IN 2002.. AND THE JUDGE SAID ON THAT CASE THAT MEDICARE IS NOT PRIMARY AND THAT I WAS APPROVED FOR HOME LIQUID OXYGEN BY MEDICARE FOR LIFE BUT CANNOT GET A SUPPLIER AS BLOCKED BY LYNN BLODGETT ETC.. AND ITS FECA'S BILL AND TO RECOVER THE MONEY BUT THAT CONTRACTOR UNDER HIM WILL NOT SEND OUT THE DUE PROCESS LETTERS AT ALL AS THEY HACK AND STEAL AND NOW DOING IT 17 TIMES PER CLAIM .. IN DEFIANCE OF 39 FEDERAL JUDGES ALREADY .. AND WAS HOPING TO GET ANOTHER ONE TO AT LEAST GET THE PENALTY OFF THE PART B MEDICARE PREMIUMS AND THE REFUND I AM DUE ALSO FOR OVERPAYING FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOT..

I did report this to the FBI OFFICE IN CLEVELAND AND HOPE YOU COOPERATE WITH THEM AS THIS IS AGAINST BOTH OF US TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE FILES FROM THEM TIMELY AND DOCKET EACH HEARING REQUEST..
It is not right that a contractors nor any other party should decide what pieces of a filing you should have and constantly pull apart files etc. to manipulate the outcome as has occurred in this case and the original file showed how hearing are withheld from the judges if the decisions would be against the cabal of contractors now in control of the USA. as this case shows and its common not rare for this to occur..

I am in a life threatening situation with medical treatments pulled on 11 million of us now and blocking some of a basic asthma medication being made ... in one of the nations he is now in control of .... also.. and its not the issue before you but the only recourse the individual has is to see a judge ad get a ruling and them have those tossed. by the contractor and that is the world we live in and we have to changed this as too many have lost lives and livelihoods and we are broke . and I should not have to pay for compounded drugs either and oxygen when even approved for life by Medicare and could be paid as a conditional payment but he has that system off line and block any electronic claims filing for a conditional payments now .. since 1/06. NO AUDITS BY CMS DOES NOT OFFICIAL KNOW AND CONGRESS DOES NOT KNOW TO PUT THE OVERSIGHT LAWS BACK FOR ALL CONTRACTORS AS WE HAD BEFORE 2002.
The govt is an imperfect human institution but at least we had one who could act... and we do not now..

Verses 30-38 seem to be an interpretation of the end times taken from the signs in the heaven of 9/23/17 which many have heard of but few in our time have studied it .. as the picture BIBLE IN THE HEAVENS. yet Christ used it at times also.. to refer to .. as the signs to watch for..

IN nearly every small community and city in the USA there is one meeting place that holds more power than any place of faith or city hall. or govt and you all know what it is and where the decisions are made and the religions is more of the ROMAN EMPIRE'S THEN WHAT WE ARE TO HAVE UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION WHERE ALL ARE EQUAL UNDER THE LAW AND WE HAVE FREEDOM TO PRACTICE OUR FAITHS BUT NOT MERGE THEM ... But we can meet also as peaceful assembly is our right and agree to support one candidate or another also and we need to do so .. and vote as that is the most basic step to taking back the USA so that we the people rule for, of and by us. The real power is us, not the money ... as we can ignore the flashy ads etc. if we choose to .. and we the people have the most numbers to act.. and 95% need to vote in all elections and keep it up for about a decade and see if we can have a heaven on earth as this is become hell on earth for more and more now.
