   And only a few n Congress and the deep state of he real govern know as the  bonafide fervor  grew  for help from a  govt that would not stop horrific crimes  and most not knowing why..   Congress had and still  is duped into an unconstitutional gag order not to mention , contact or have a contractor testify that blocks them from really knowing what is really going on as bad laws get passed based on bad data and facts.

      You are seated on committees who are under the COUP of 2002 and one whose agency contractors  area DOD and are not and have had needed oversight.  You may wish to confer with Michael Horowitz of the US Justice Dept to know the exact wording needed to protect the USA , people and our public monies and constitutional rights in all areas, not just health care. 

      Attached is the Daily Recap mentioned above as well as the Daily Recap of 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS  And the illegal system generated  redacted set of 17 active Medicare numbers that has already been used to steal 10's of millions by stealing my  records alone and I do no have near the bills as a transplant or cancer patients might.  when one takes in to account the Part D paid for all insure by Lynn Blodgett et al.. A BOTTLE OF GENERIC DIURETIC IS NOW $17,000 for what one bottle of the named brand was only about a $100 a few year ago and MEDICARE IS NOT PRIMARY BUT THE THREE MEDICARE JUDGES RULINGS  ARE TOSSED AS THEY KEEP ON HACKING THE BI WEEKLY POST. AND FEW KNEW OF HIS BACK IN 2010 DID YOU ??  

           BUT  I AM UNDER THE NATION WIDE DEATH PANEL FOR HOME LIQUID OXYGEN  even though approved for life by three health plans including FECA WHERE  THE MILLION DOLLARS A HEAD FOR OUR  PERMANENT  AND TOTAL MEDICAL  CARE DISAPPEARED BACK IN 2002 AND ALL OIG'S KNOW AND NOT ALLOWED TO SAVE US OR INVESTIGATE SINCE.   UPWARDS OF 200 MILLION AND WE WERE THE FIRST ILLEGALLY DUMPED ON TO MEDICARE.  AS WELL DOCUMENTED OVER THE YEARS AS I WAS TRAINED TO DO BACK WHEN WE WERE  ALLOWED  TO DO OUR JOBS.. AND CONGRESS WANTED US TO .. NOT BLOCK US.   get ready to haul 200lb tanks to a few gas companies who still sell to patients  when  the death panel head will not allow service that controls the nation and no one elected him and who he works for is still more top-secret than every ones hacked e mails NO ONES CLAIMS ARE INPUT FOR 15 YEARS NOW AS THEY WOULD BE PAID AND INPUTTING ONE OF MINE AT FECA WHO IS TO PAY AND DID ...  WOULD BRING DOWN THE WHOLE CABAL RULING THE USA NOW IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY LYNN BLODGETT'S OWN MANAGER... is it that easy to bring  down  the stealing of the USA and Congress can vote to allow it to be done for all of us..?    

          AND NOW no one can even know if they are dealing with the government or a contractor impersonating them and not allowed to give their corporate  name  as they are to legally do. 

     Our own congressional delegation has the unredacted set of 17 numbers with  our privacy  releases but no member of Congress allowed to  help since the coup of 2002 as  most people have issues with the contractors where the files , data and work is done.  and what is done and how is controlled even if not legally  etc.

     Agencies only know what they are allowed to know. WE THE PEOPLE WANT TO HELP AND NOT BE AT ODDS WITH THOSE WE ELECTED TO REPRESENT US    THE RESTRAINER OF LAW NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO THE USA AS WITHOUT IT  THE EVIL THAT STILL IS AMONG US TO TEMPT  SOME WITH UNFETTERED POWER TO DO ILLEGAL ACTS IS PRESENT AND CANNOT BE STOPPED

   Thanks for your service to the nation and people. and with the help of Congress we will survive this.. and have a nation  of the people that serves  all  of us better than ever before. for us as it is by us
