         You are sitting on some committees  that kept oversight  of contractors in 2002 as Sec Rumsfeld saw to it was in the DOD  budget bill  but the rest have had none since 2002...  and the whole nation is suffering  from it. and each one of us.. Ask Michael Horowitz of the us JUSTICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE WORDING  THAT IS NEEDED IN EVERY BILL OR IT REVERTS BACK TO NO OVERSIGHT AT ALL AND TRILLIONS CONTINUE BEING STOLEN FROM THE US TREASURY WITH NONE TO STOP IT     and its up to CONGRESS TO ALLOW THE EXISTING BUDGET TO BE PS PENT FOR THE OVERSIGHT OR ALL MAY AS WELL GO HOME AND DISSOLVE THE WHOLE GOVT AS LITTLE IS IN THEIR CONTROL NOW ANYWAY. BUT THAT IS NOT THE ANSWER FOR OUR SURVIVAL AS INDIVIDUALS OR NATION.. AS MY FAITH BOOK SEEMS TO INDICATE AN ENTIRELY DIFFERING FORM OF SELF  GOVERNING   AND CHRIST HAS NOT RETURNED and not sure He would not expect us to still have freedom of choice and some govt to be over as voters and all participate... ..

           Attached is the Daily Recap  linked above as well as the DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS  and then the proof of the loss of Medicare,    a redacted copy of the 17 Medicare numbers active on me now in the illegal off line unsecured system being sold to all as of 10/16 by the unaccountable  cabal running the USA since  the vote of Congress in 2002.  stealing a believable billion dollars a day . and that is all over not just my few bills 

       Our own congressional delegation has our unredacted copies with our privacy releases which no on since 2002 has been able  to help as the gag order rule prohibits the getting to our records if thy have not been illegal destroyed as the judges have referred to    and order reconstructing using my records as needed.   at the contractors which have not been shared with  agencies , NOT EVEN JUDGES ORDERS FROM THEIR OWN AGENCIES.. ARE ALLOWED TO BE SEEN IF THE CABAL HEAD HAS DONE ON ME. AND A REAL DEATH PANEL IS IN PLACE SINCE 2002...    AS THE POWER IS NOT WITH THE US GOVT ANYMORE SINCE 2002 TO BE IN CHARGE.. 

    We need to be on the same side and not at odds with each other and all need to know what the real truth is  and Congress put back the oversight  as this has nothing to do with size of govt but whether we even have a govt to over see. anything at all let along the public treasury ..
