THERE IS HAS BEEN NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE SINCE 2002...   NEITHER HAS THERE BEEN  A FREE MARKET SYSTEM  AS IT TAKES A  GOVERNMENT TO REFEREE  SO A FEW BASIC  RULES OF FAIRNESS  ARE OBEYED AND THEY HAVE NOT AND WHY ONE CABAL HAS BEEN CREATED UNDER ONE HEAD AND ITS NOT KNOWN, EVEN BY ME  WHO THAT REALLY IS .. AND IF ITS WHO IT SEEMS TO BE IS  MORE MURKY IN POSSIBLE CORRUPTION  THAN THE NAMED  HEAD IS WHICH ONLY A FEW EVEN KNOW HIS NAME.

     You sit on some very crucial committee to help solve the whole bi partisan mess we got into in this USA and will take bi partisan cooperation and some compromise to get us out of.. BUT having no government in charge since 2002 is not an option. Michael Horowitz of he US Justice Dept. can better tell you what wording is needed that has to be in every bill or it reverts back to the E-GOVERNING BUDGET BILL OF 2002..  AND NO RIGHT OF A NON DOD AGENCY TO USE EXISTING BUDGET FOR INTERNAL AUDITS OR CRIMINAL OVERSIGHT EITHER; STEALING A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY FROM MEDICARE  AND CANNOT BE ARRESTED LET ALONE ANYONE EVEN BE ABLE TO AUDIT TO FIND OUT.. BUT THE PATIENT GETTING THEIR OWN RECORDS AND SHARING. 

   And all of you  in Congress  need your full FREE SPEECH TO DISCUSS ALL OF THIS AND VERY LITTLE IS national security IS IT?? 

      Thanks for your efforts for the Mentally ill.. as being from the inside of he government since 1968 as well as other areas  I am well aware that they are vulnerable  and with the support the US supreme court mandated in 1985, ( I knew the attorney and aware of  the case) and saw NO SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE FORGETTING THE SECOND PART OF THE RULING  THAT  OUTPATIENT CARE  IS THE 'BECAUSE' INSTITUTIONALISM WAS NOT NEEDED FOR MOST.

     You surely know that the partial hospital programs is NOT 'COOKING CLASSES' THAT GOT CUT AND IMMEDIATELY BAD THINGS BEGAN TO HAPPEN  THAT THOSE PROGRAMS HELPED THOSE FROM GETTING INTO SUCH BAD TROUBLE THAT HARMED SOCIETY ..   

    I CONTRIBUTE  MUCH OF WHAT IS GOING ON NOW IN THE STREETS OF MAJOR CITIES AND EVEN IN RURAL AREAS ALONG MAJOR HIGHWAYS AS A DIRECT RESULT OF THE BUDGET CUTS TO THEIR CARE...  ESPECIALLY THE PARTIAL HOSPITAL  OR DAY PROGRAMS TITLE 19 AND TITLE 20,,,AND CONTRACTING THIS OUT TO THE CABAL THAT IS STEALING FROM MEDICARE  WITH NO OVERSIGHT IS NOT GOOD as its a interlocked maze that crosses contract  boundaries to others   and their cabal of companies to manipulate and steal etc. ..

  Good people are hired but they have to do as they are told and it not always the most ethical or legal.. 

         Attached is the Daily Recap above as well as the DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS  also a redacted set of the 17 active Medicare numbers created on me and like manner created on many others to use to steal a said amount of a billion dollars a day nationwide. On an illegal off line unsecured system that all are being sold to use now since 10/6/16.. generated by the illegal system and of course have no cross check with any real benefits awarded at SSA. 

   Our  own congressional delegation has the unredacted set of  17 active numbers... with our privacy releases but since the COUP OF 2002 MOST CANNOT BE HELPED BY ANY MEMBER OF CONGRESS  AS THE ISSUES ARE USUALLY INSIDE THE CONTRACTORS AND YOU ARE FORBIDDEN ACCESS TO KNOW AND FIND OUT AND  THIS WHERE 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES ARE HELD HOSTAGE AND  DISAPPEARED FROM THEIR OWN AGENCIES TO OBEY.. 

    As for FECA  a million dollars a head disappeared  back in 2002 and  I know the full wrath of this cabal and the judges do also whom he ignores.  I already had permanent medical but the paper work was in ready to be started  for schedule award and permanent  disability  when the CABAL TOOK OVER AND NOTHING AND THE MONEY DISAPPEARED ALONG WITH MY WHOLE FILE  AND TOLD EVEN MY OXYGEN SUPPLIER I HAD BEEN SENT A MILLION DOLLARS  FOR MEDICAL CARE AS YOU KNOW THERE IS NO LAW IN FECA TO DO THAT   AND THAT GOT ME IN A REAL DEATH PANEL TO THIS DAY  and AFL-CIO AND OTHER SAY I AM A TYPE OF MEDICAL PRECEDENT CASE FOR THOSE WITH TOXIC AND CHEMICAL INJURY AND PRAY THE PEOPLE AT THE IRS FACILITY IN KANSAS CITY ARE NOT IN AN EVEN WORSE DEATH PANEL THAN I WAS ..  BACK IN 1/10/89. AND TOO MANY DEAD FROM THEN  with the media reports similar as to what is out now.. but less hem as we did not have the Internet.   

   HIS OWN EMPLOYEES  SAID WE EACH WERE SENT AND I WAS NOT SENT ANY SUCH  NOR OTHERS AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IS IT?  BUT THE OIG SAYS SUSPECTED EMBEZZLEMENT RING  and coup of 2002 forbids finding a couple of hundred million dollars for he life sustaining care of a couple of hundred loyal federal employees. 
 and  he now has all the workers comp in the USA  and  most of approved medical or all worker comp  is now paid by Medicare  in an illegal dumping  and not labeled for recovery either as our heirs inherit the over payments for even one pay  , let alone 17... My diuretic generic brand was a $17,000 bottle of 90 pills. which a couple of years ago  was only about a $100 for the name brand..... recently paid by the head of the cabal  as he pays all of PART D  TOO for all the insurers as he does for all workers comp in the USA and has had TOTAL CONTROL OF FECA SINCE 2002.   NO AUDITS   INSIDE CONTRACTORS AS NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON.   . AND MEDICARE IS NOT EVEN PRIMARY BUT EVERYONE WITH A CARD Medicare  PAYS FIRST REGARDLESS.AS EMPLOYER POST IS HACKED SINCE 2002 BY THE OWNER OF THE SYSTEM.. AND ITS NOT GOVT OWNED OR RUN  OR ABLE TO BE ACCESSED    of a primary that might have a negotiated price for drugs   I  have  to  use  compounding  as their are  no safe asthma inhalers for 11 million of us now.  who are non allergic types.
