This is linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare billing system hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress and the real government stopped governing and forgot GOVT 101 . A new, unconstitutional concept became popular and was put in place that no one of , by and for the people had agreed to .THE PARTNERS OF THE GOVERNMENT RULED AND UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION THERE CAN BE NO SUCH POSITION OF POWER.

And the head of tax collecting ; THE TAX COMMISSIONER said in a budget hearing yesterday that the PARTNERS OF THE GOVERNMENT AT IRS WERE DOING A GREAT JOB AND HAD REDUCED THE AMOUNT F IDENTITY THEFTS
How does he know that?,, THERE HAVE BEEN NO INTERNAL AUDITS SINCE 2002 nor any criminal investigation since then of those partners. AS THEY HAVE BECOME THE IMMUNE RULERS not accountable to any one but their owners and stock holders. the biggest cover up of a real government in history ??
Is he one of the few in the government that does know this and is lying to Congress or do we have another at the head of a crucial agency that affects everyone that HAS NO IDEA HOW THE GOVERNMENT IS REALLY WORKING ?>> and ten Congress bases bad laws on what he shares which is nothing but what the international cabal running the USA now wishes him to know.
Its been since 2002 then anyone even knows how to write a bill? You get everyone together and the Chairman of the committees and in our split nation of just about 50/50 party split . you have to work together or the whole collapse

We only need enough laws and regulations so that no one among us is harmed.. BUT FOR 15 YEARS WITHOUT any government in charge of virtually nothing WE ARE IN A REAL STATE OF LAWLESSNESS AND NO NE REALLY KNOWS WHAT IS GONG ON AS NO ONE OF THE CABAL HAS HAD TO DO WHAT THE LAWS, JUDGES REGULATIONS OR CONTRACT TERMS SAY as they decides hat laws to follow and alter them to suit their own profits and those of their illegal deal partners.
Those contractors who do wish to obey he laws, find they are unable to as there is no government to make sure all do play fir and by the rules and they are forced to go along with the ones in control or not survive at all worse IS THAT NO ONE KNOWS WHO IS REALLY IN CHARGE AS THE HEAD OF THE CABAL HAS EVEN PRETENDED HE IS THE GOVERNMENT AND ALL ASSUMED HE WAS AND HACKED SYSTEMS ON HIS ORDERS AND WHY I HAVE NAMED LYNN BLODGETT AS THE ONE IN CONTROL AS HIGH LEVELS SAY THEY OBEY HIM HE IS THE ONE WHO IS OBEYED AND OTHERS IN STATES AND LOCAL KNOW THIS AND CANNOT GET ANY FEDERAL HELP AGAINST ILLEGAL GOINGS ON SINCE THE COUP OF 2002..
OTHERS THINK THIS OFFICE OR THAT ONE OR GROUP DOING SOME JOB IS A REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICE AND THEY ARE NOT.
Even law enforcement intake and review and whistle blower compliant are his companies and partners. and few know it as they are not allowed to tell you they are taking the info of something serious or criminal and YOU ARE REPORTING TO THE ONE DOING THE EVIL OR ILLEGAL ACT AND YOU HAVE NO PROTECTION AS ONE SHOULD HAVE IF A REAL LAW ENFORCER WAS TAKING YOUR INFO AND PROVIDED PROTECTION FOR A WITNESS OF ANY KIND

AN EMERGENCY MEANS YOU ACT NOW NOT TOMORROW AND ALL NEED TO HAVE COMPLETED GOVT 101 THAT ARE IN THE GOVT TO HELP WHEN ASKED
IN my era up until the last couple of decades he would have gotten a reasoned answered that would have accomplished the security protections. needed for the nation but not ended up in some political nightmare situations and EVERY ONE RAN TO COURT

LIKE US WITH A SOUL THAT DOES NOT HAVE A MORAL CORE.

HOW IS THAT DONE? YOU ASK THE EXPERTS WHO GET PAID... TO DO THE WORK.. whether THAT BE THE BRIDGE ENGINEERS OR DOCTORS IN HEALTH CARE
and in existing programs CONGRESS LEARNED A LOT IN HELPING THEIR PEOPLE DEAL WITH AGENCIES WHEN THE AGENCIES REALLY DID THE WORK OR DID NOT GET IT DONE WELL When one thinks they are not treated fairly that is something that needs to be addressed also

I have never been arrested for a misdemeanor .. yet the one denying me such have been well documented committing illegal acts that have cost millions of lives lost before their natural time AND THEY GET TO BE THE RULERS OF THE USA BY THE ONES WE ELECTED TO OVERSEE WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON??

People need health care right now and a human rights emergency is present.. IF WE CAN SEND EVERY ONE IN THE USA A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS TO STIMULATE THE ECONOMY the why not send a few thousand to every medical provider in the nation to take care of the uninsured or under insured and them file what they did with the money at the end of the year. UNTIL CONGRESS GETS SOME THING PASSED

I DID NOT GET CALLS MADE TODAY AS SOME FAMILY MATTERS HAD TO BE TENDED TO and I got some misunderstood info about Debbie Wasserman- Shultz out but our some who was only 3 at the time remember the girl that was there at Mercer Island and thinks its HE ALSO but my cousins last name was not Wassermann

the mail brought two more temporary entitlement letters ordered last week when I called to verify the ongoing thefts of my id and claims info and turned into nearly 30 million? on me already when one considers the prescription drugs from the illegal offline unsecured system stealing the money from Medicare on 16 phony Medicare numbers and the initial hacking is to make Medicare posts when its not as my employer posts its not bi weekly
The two letters received were generated 7/25/17 from this illegal system that is very believable its stealing a billion dollars a day AND NONE OF THAT MONEY BUT ONLY 1 OF THE 17 PAYS PER PATIENT IS GETTING TO THE DOCTOR,ETC That is 16 patients my doctors, labs etc. could see and take care of .. THAT IS EVERYONE?? gets health care THAT DOES NOT HAVE A HEALTH PLAN OR ARE UNDER INSURED AS MANY ARE THAT DO HAVE A PLAN Who needs this cabals shuffling data around??? if a doctor etc. does not wish to participate then they can send the money back.. THEY WILL BE ADVERTISING FOR UNINSURED PATIENTS IS MY GUESS; BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK AFTER THEY GET THE MONEY!!
and up the amounts for the uninsured fund that hospitals get and get the patient to the doctor office for those who do not need to be in the ER....

Our doctors etc. become government contractors and if they cannot be trusted better than the unaccountable cabal now in charge,, then who do we trust when we get sick or injured or our loved ones do ?? This cabal partner's of IRS can have all next year or two to review the tax returns to see if they did use the money well now will they get t be unaccountable, ,pray that foolishness ends soon or Medicare will be gone also or will some oversight be done as once there was...and our constitution mandates it be to "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation.
