 This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when the massive hacking and stealing was detected on the Medicare billing system  worse than ever since eh COUP of 2002 and Congress gagged to even discuss it to allows agencies again do internal audits and criminal investigations of their contractors .. But Congress can't mention, contact or have a contractor testify who is in virtual control of the USA now due to the their unconstitutional gag order rule   to stop it. let alone be  able to  even find out first hand.

        You are a newer member of Congress and pray you can have some positive and new thinking for all to listen to.. The attached Daily Recap explains how bad the situation is to get the robbing of the USA stopped so any budget or health care plan or anything else is discussed to know what to do about all the issues that have to be addressed. you my wish to consider expanding Medicare to take care of all institutional  care. as much rehab  time is not fully covered  etc. Kidney Medicare is the model  and not tied to having a check or the 25 months not applicable either when one would get it after being declared disabled.

     Many may be back to work even after months in a rehab center and broke.  ..     Many in the medical  field are  saying  that PART A IS GETTING ALL THE MONEY AND THAT IS NOT WHERE THE NEED IS NOW. BUT THE LONGER TERM CARE IS  NOT COVERED AS MANY SURVIVE TERRIBLE INJURIES NOW  AND MUCH OF WHAT IS PAID FOR TODAY IS DECADES OUT OF DATE WITH 21ST CENTURY MEDICAL REALITY OF NEEDS.

 PLUS: the redacted copy of he 17 active Medicare numbers on me.. stealing massive amount in my name and its others and I believe those who say a BILLION dollars a day since 10/6/16,.  as its not one region  or two as occurred a few years ago.  nor one claims paying company .      

      Our own congressional delegation has the unredacted copy with our privacy releases and cannot help at all as the issues are with the contractors and my  case  with the named head of the USA, LYNN BLODGETT  even high level cabinet officer have no control over  by act of Congress without the evident they cannot get

     .   Members of Congress  used to find out what was needed to be changed in laws by what happened with individual constituents cases. health care nor anything else can be fixed when its all under the control of one cabal and terrible things going on that would have been shut down years ago .. soon  after  2002  when I discovered the system hacked at my own doctor getting the info,
